It's a nice place to shop and it's helpful to have a super market and a clothes shop together so that you can go to one place for everything that you want to buy M&S also has 2 cafes so you can eat while your there as well.

The outlets were bustling with plenty of early Christmas shoppers hunting out the bargains. We visited pretty much every outlet there and were not disappointed by the choice and value. Get there early and be prepared for a busy days shopping.

Big M&S with food hall and cafe. I like this one as plenty of parking and spaces seem bigger so easier to park

Just shopping for certain brand products that l cannot get where l live. I always spend more than l mean to because there is such a good selection of products in Tesco and M&S. Plus free parking.

Tesco. Sells stuff, for money. Bought some sandwiches crisps and chocolate.looked at some other stuff but didn't buy it as I didn't need it, not that not needing something stops me from buying it, but this time I was able to exercise self restraint and act like an adult. I feel properly grown up and may go buy myself a treat as a reward.

Very popular shopping destination. There is a M&S, Tesco, JD Sport, and Boots, also Next with a Costa and Pets at Home. Free parking and public toilets, and petrol station.

Great selection of stores with free parking just off the a34. We go here regularly. Car park is very big but soon fills up on busy days.

What a ridiculous system of orderinig food and drinks. Food was delivered to our table then we had to keep reminding the waitress that we had also ordered coffee. Whose bright idea was it to change the previous well run system. We felt sorry for the staff having to run up and down trying to find the correct tables I expect you will have a problem keeping your excellent staff. İncidentally tables were not clean or cleared as quickly as they used to be. Also any chance you could have word with house keeping the changing rooms were filthy with dust I thought Handforth Dean is classed as a flagship store.

A great place with a variety of stores, well worth a visit. Large parking area, plenty of cars parked on the day I visited. Called into M & S impressed with the size of the store. Much bigger than the one in Woolstanton in Stoke on Trent.

OK. Good parking, Marks and Spencer cafe awful, slow, poor choice, ordering system like Mc Donald's, which I hate. Toilets in between M& S and Sainsburys.

Although there is plenty of free parking and big public restrooms, another café would be welcome; the lovely M&S cafe is always busy, neat, and well-kept. It's a normal retail location with a variety of brands like Tesco, TKMax, and Marks and Spencer, and the restrooms were clean and obviously well used. There are still some seats available; it was a busy site on a Saturday. We also got our buying done quickly. It's a fantastic place to explore.

Nice retail park - Good selection of high street branded shops and a very good Tesco and MS

I can't understand why I have to drive to this location and still then have to drive to two more separate locations for a full shopping experience. (TK Max, B&Q then John Lewis)They even managed to block off the cut through to Next/pet shop to add a little more difficulty. Though, I suppose you could always drive round after you have been Tesco or Marks. In fact, if you don't mind driving constantly, this is the area for you. I think the Trafford centre and Chester retail parks seem to do it much better. It's not bad...just a bit of a faff.

Popped over for an M & S and Tesco shop- 4 hrs later!! Cafe really busy as the cafe near the food hall has now closed permanently. Summer menu sounds good - afternoon tea back on. Clearly quite a big refurb going on too. Great range of summer dresses, boutique and Rosie lingerie.

The car park is a good place to wait for free if you're picking up someone from Manchester Airport, which is only 10 minutes drive away. Also there is a large Sainsbury's with a wide range of non-food items.

We mostly call for fuel, Tesco or Birthday cake from M and S, can't beat M and S cake !!!! Plenty of parking but it gets very busy here at weekends , quite a few shops and not a bad retail park, depending on what your looking for.

Handforth Dean Retail Park is one of the best shopping retail parks I have visited. It has a very large parking space which is free, petrol station, M&S super store,JD sports, Tesco superstore and Booths. Relaxing atmosphere and the people are welcoming and friendly. the WC is clean with disabled access. I love it well done 👍

Busy refurbishing. Coffee shop closed. Couldnt find what we wanted. Wasted time looking for items. People wandering around looking lost. Dont recommend till work done. Sorry but M and S in Ashton just as good.

I visited Boots at Handforth Dean shopping estate to get a COVID vaccination. It all went smoothly. I was told to wait around 25 minutes before driving away. So I used the waiting time wisely by popping into the rather large neighbouring Tesco to top up a few essentials. The shopping centre is located just off A34 which makes it quite easy to get to and to navigate. There are plenty of parking spaces. If I could spare more time, I would like to have visited Maks and Spencers new refurbished store. All told, a very pleasant visit and a positive shopping experience.

I was surprised at the size of Tesco Extra. First visit, the aisles were well signposted, I liked the upper floor with clothing, I picked up a few bargains. Ample parking. I definitely will be visiting again and hopefully the M&S next door.

Lovely little shopping place. When using the toilet facilities, they were clean and well stocked, hand dryers working etc. Easy to access from car park. Overall a good do ☺️

Good parking and loads of shops. Visited M&S for food. Years back we were involved in getting the fire exit doors on the John Lewis store painted to match the stonework Sadly the stone has not stood up to time like the paint on our doors.

My dad always reckoned it was always full of old people dawdling but guess what dad that is now you. I recently had a huge argument with two colleagues who reckoned there was a cafe in Tesco and of course I was right- there isn't. But there is one in sparks opposite if you need a sit down and a quick lemon drizzle boost x

Great shopping retail area with lots of free parking. Not as many shops as most retail parks but the ones that are there are large with a good variety of items in stock

Great selection of shops. Well stocked great variety of produce. Cafe in M&S very slow. Bad design at the point of ordering. Needs sorting!!

  • 5/5 Eleanor G. 2 years ago on Google
Great shop, clean, tidy, contains a Tesco and M&S, both look a little dated, but still clean, tidy and well kept. Toilets are on premises between the stores and one in the M&S café. Wheelchair friendly, Tesco's Mezzanine is accessible through escalator ramp. Further down is a large Boot's with lots of different stock, wheelchair accessible, though a bit cramped on the aisles. Bright, clean with a variety of products and a pharmacy counter at the back. You can also get vaccinated there and Tesco.

Been using Handforth Dean since it first opened. Good supermarkets with ample selection (plus a couple of other shops too). The only downside is, it gets absolutely hammered at the weekend and there's not enough parent and child spaces- I find myself having to either park on an end bay or having to pass my baby through the car. I try to avoid weekends because of this but sometimes needs must!

Plenty of places to park. Typical retail location with a number of household names such as Tesco Next Marks and Spencer. Toilet facilities were clean and obviously well used. Some seats available. Costa is within Next. Busy place as it was a Saturday visit. We also managed to successfully complete our purchases. Worth a visit

Tesco's today. Big store. Mind boggling array of foods. Over did it. Diet will have to start in about a week. Maybe 2. Got 9 quid off with a voucher. Nice.

Had lunch in M & S. Vegetarian wrap and fries. Tuna and cheese toastie and tea. Cost around £16.00 Very busy around 1pm, but still managed to get a table. Food arrived within 15 minutes and was very tasty.

Always really great here....Tescos was crazy busy ....why they got rid of the tills upstairs I don't know....left what I was going to buy.. cos of the queues ..the rest all good..

  • 2/5 Alison B. 1 year ago on Google
Tesco was always my go to supermarket but since they've put in all of the self service tills which you can only pay by card I've started to avoid it. Very few ordinary tills. The queues are ridiculous already definitely 1 to avoid at Xmas!

It would be much better if there were a secure bicycle parking compound there rather than simple racks to padlock bikes to. Even with CCTV that is not secure. I live about 4 miles away and it is a fairly easy bike ride which I would be happy to do and not use the car but only if I could be certain that my bike would not be stolen which happened fairly recently. Don't suppose anyone will do anything about it though which means I'll still go in the car but much less frequently than I would on the bike.

Handforth Dean is a great place to shop, lots of free parking, spacious, public loos. Could do with another cafe though, lovely cafe in M&S but very often very busy.

  • 5/5 Dom B. 1 year ago on Google
Easy to get to off the A34. Good parking and all the right shops. M + S, Tesco and next. Also a big Costa if you are thirsty and good toilet facilities.

  • 5/5 Rahena R. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely outstanding customer service! I just asked if they had any additional items and nothing was too much trouble and went absolutely above and beyond!!! Tesco are indeed very lucky have to her!!! Thank you Connie!!

  • 2/5 Alison L. 1 year ago on Google
Very busy despite midday and midweek. M and S sunroom cafe closed for storage, regular cafe bursting at the seams and queues down to lingerie department. Store was very crowded. Difficult to shop. Impossible for wheelchair users to navigate.

  • 4/5 Paul L. 1 year ago on Google
Neat and well maintained. Large car park with free parking. Good facilities. My only criticism is there are very few EV charging points and they tend to be unreliable.

  • 1/5 Elizabeth S. 1 year ago on Google
A lady was poorly and sitting at the foot of the down traveller which was switched off. Unfortunately I was already halfway up the up one. Once upstairs I quickly became stuck in a crowd of about 65 people who were waiting for the lift which wasn't operating, the only member of staff apparent was being harangued by an irate crowd to open the doors to the fire stairs. This is a dangerous shop to be in in case of a situation like this, why not just turn off the other traveller and allow people to walk down ? THERE IS NO ESCAPE FROM THE UPPER LEVEL ! I had visions of us having to abseil from the balcony. Quite scary and needs thinking about.

Loads of parking. Disabled parking is more near the middle where Tesco and Marks and Spencer larger entrance is. It’s 1 way up and down the isles which is great to help stop cars getting clogged up. Trolly park is under a roof so trolleys are nice and dry. Crossings are marked out clearly to safely cross into and out of the stores. There are 2 ways in and 2 ways out. 1 near the exit where the petrol is and 1 near the Next store. Disabled toilet and toilets are situated in between the main entrances of both Tesco and Marks and Spencer. It isn’t a usual disabled key though so I think you might need to ask at the desk if maybe Tesco to open it as Tesco seems to be the closer entrance to get the key. I will update the info when I know for sure. Lovely large stores and up to now everyone has been very helpful and polite who work inside and outside the stores. ☺️
