The place is clean and my girl Loan was great. The reception guy is so bland. It's like we the patron are lucky to be in his presence. He is like a "wet blanket not cozy and no good use if its wet." A little Thx you and hope to see you again won't hurt. I asked him to itemize my bill and he scribbled it on a paper. He was annoyed that I asked why 78.00. We all have been traveling and this place has nothing special just a factory to do nails. The TV was on with sport and I went with my friend to sit together for Pedicure . They had us with 4 other people when there was a much quiet area behind us. I asked to be moved and the technician said this is where she likes to sit. Wow customer are not right there. As I said good staff but horrible guy at reception.

UPDATE: I appreciate the owner taking the time to address my review. But unfortunately, I don't feel that there's anything else I can say to him or her to help them understand what I had already explained on my review. Dragging.... Carla the nail tech is AMAZING at pedicure! So, I'll stick with that. Thank you! Literally left the place about a hour ago and my gel manicure already needs a fill. Mindblowing! Carla is amazing at pedicures. (Though you do have to be firm with what you want) but at gel manicures? She will let you know and show it too, that she's not worth the $37 for rushed, unpleasant and unfinished gel manicure. Honestly speaking!

Jay is your dream nail tech! He gave me an incredible manicure, was very thorough, fast and meticulous. He has many years of experience and finished my gel manicure in less than 40 minutes!

I went to lavish nails two years ago and Sandy was my nail tech. My nails were absolutely stunning. I called to make an appointment and found out she no longer works there. Boy was that an absolute let down. My nails look like chicklet gum, super thick nails and the gel polish is poorly done. The end of the nails aren’t even painted. I will not be returning. What an expense for a major let down. I should have read the reviews before going. That was my first mistake. My nails look like they are floating away from the nail bed, I got them done today….

This is the first time I’ve been to Lavish Manors Nail and it is definitely my new place to go! After a horrible experience at my previous salon, which drove me to leave after having my dip powder half soaked off, I was desperate to find a place that could just give me something half way decent. I googled and found Lavish Manors, called over, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and told me to head over. Lu did my dip manicure and gel pedicure and he is FANTASTIC!!! I think it might be the best service I’ve ever had, and he’s very nice, too! If you’re looking for a new place/person, Lu is the way to go!

I'm super impressed with the work of Jessica! She is not only a gorgeous, sweet, chipper and fun lady.. she can design nails so beautifully. Jessica removed my acrylics and did a fabulous job reshaping and applying gel. I'll come back for her service for sure! Thank you!

The place is clean and good quality, This place is a no judgment zone as well and everyone is nice. I like to go to MoMo because she is awesome at her job and I call in to schedule with her specifically. The reception guy is nice but he can do better at customer service. And I’ll give this salon a 4 rating slightly lower than 5.

I read about Lavish Nails in Hotspots Spa addition. So I call to make an appointment with Hugo who was featured in the article. I book a manicure and pedicure. He delivered beyond my expectations. Totally professional and his attention to his craft was exception. He workmanship is worth the trip from Coconut Creek. He has gain a perment client. Thanks Hugo
