We stopped in during happy hour and had various small plates to share. Food was delicious and hot. Service was great. Sebastian was excellent. Ambiance is so so as the city hall is across the street. REALLY love this place and as a new resident of WM, I can't wait to return.

I seldom give five stars, but this place might deserve 6. The Moussaka was amazing. We also had literally the best lamb chops of my life (I've had chops in three continents).. The fried calamari: fresh, tender, perfect! Wonderful tzadiki, great pita! The service is jovial, respectful, at point. Very, very good service (Thanks Nicolas!). Very tasteful deco and impeccable cleanliness. Can't wait to return!

The place to go for excellent Greek food in Wilton Manor, love Xrated Margarita, and the small plates, some are shareable like the Greek salad, and fried calamities, and some not like mousaca. Awesome Orzo Paella for two. And the Greek platter great dor the buck.

Just had lunch here, the ethos gyro platters were amazing. Ty our waiter was the best, he was funny and super attentive. Awesome service. We got a free baklava on the house because my fiancé and I are getting married and he treated us. We are definitely coming back. Food was delicious and the service even better. Thanks Ty!!

3rd time at this location. Service was great, very friendly. We were with our dog and they are pet friendly. You have to seat outside if you are with your pet. Clean and nice to seat outside. Food was delicious, I ordered the Lamb chops and Shrimp's plate, I never liked green beans in my entire life and the Greek style green beans was phenomenal. My husband ordered the Ethos Platter that's a combination of many things. Is actually his favorite plate. Its our favorite place to eat , Wilton manors is so nice and the restaurant atmosphere is just a nice plate to met friends or have an enjoyable dinner. Already planning to have dinner with parents in law next week.

Amazing Greek food and the service was great! The manager Jim was amazing and our server Ernesto as well, he was very nice! I have never tried Greek food before but I definitely recommend this place!

This place has some of the best Greek food I’ve had in South Florida in a very long time. Great portions at reasonable prices. The service is excellent! Special shout out to Ty, an amazing server, who made us feel very welcome and taken care of. This place is a must!

Vibrant atmosphere and food is consistently delicious. My falafel plater was a great value for the large portion. Our waiter Sebastian was attentive and friendly. I will continue eating here regularly.

My husband had the platter which is a combination of multiple items and he loved all of it! I ordered the spinach pie and lemon rice soup. The soup was great although I did squeeze a lemon wedge into it because I do like mine extra lemony. The spinach pie I felt was a bit overdone so I asked for a side of tzatziki sauce and it made it better. I was glad that it was on the happy hour menu so it was only $6 but I would not order again. The tzatziki sauce is fantastic! We actually went back the next day and got two Gyro wraps to go. Both were very good the only thing is they did not put plasticware in our bag to eat our sides with. So we had to wait to eat the sides until we could get a fork. Combo platter - Delicious Lemon rice soup - Very good Spinach pie - Ok Would go back.

If you love Greek food, you have to eat here. If you don’t love Greek food, you will after eating here! Love love love this restaurant! From the friendly staff, to the atmosphere, to the mouth watering dishes, they are on point every single time! Had a late lunch here with a friend. Food was excellent. Service was good. Nice atmosphere. We ordered two lunch specials for $18 each. My friend's calamari was some of the best I had in a while. My gyro was good but I felt a little salty. Lunch combos come with potatoes, rice, salad,pita and tzatziki. Drinks were a little pricey. Our server Topher was friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

We love eating at Ethos whenever we’re in town. Through consistently good food and good service, Ethos has surely become one of our go to places in Wilton Manors. They also have a very nice bar area, and serve some very good cocktails and other drinks. They also have an excellent selection of wines. The ambience is open yet warm. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. But the real star of Ethos is the food, simple, unpretentious yet incredibly tasty greek cuisine. We have tried almost all the dishes in the menu and have always enjoyed the food here. Some of our favorite dishes are the greek salad, lam chops, branzini, artichoke chicken and the flourless chocolate cake. Highly recommend Ethos for a great dinner experience.

Not all Greek restaurants are the same. That’s a given. But if all Greek restaurants served THIS food, we’d all be GREEK. Terrific weekday happy hour on drinks and food. Great service. Exceptional bartenders. Comfortable vibe inside and out. Sampler appetizer a must. Try all the flavors. Well priced.

We had dinner outside on the patio which has cooling fans. Located directly across from city hall parking is a breeze. We have enjoyed several great meals here. Healthy and filling, service was good.

Fantastic Greek food in downtown Wilton Manors. Two of us ordered the Ethos Platter, one with lamb and one with falafel. Excellent. One ordered the Greek salad and enjoyed the dish. Service was fine.

Wow what a Great experience coming here. Ethos Was recommended to us by local friends. We ate at the bar and had amazing service and drinks with the blonde bartender Zack. He made us these lemon drop shots and they were AWESOME…plus he gave us delicious food recommendations! The food was great. The service was great. Very friendly…we Will be definitely be back soon. Highly recommend.

Great dining experience, excellent food and service! Must try the hummus variety as well as the falafel. My salad was also amazing. The chocolate cake on a Baklava base was delish. Looking forward to our return!

The food here is TO DIE for. I had the grilled chicken artichoke. I waited only around 10 minutes on my entree even though the restaurant was packed. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Large portions. Everyone was so friendly. Ryan was a great server/bartender. I highly recommend. Will come back.

The restaurant and food was incredible! Unfortunately for them, their system went down, but the staff was really great about making sure the tickets and food were organized. Ryan, our server was awesome, A+. Another staff member, Charles came over to talk to my wife and I and let us know our food was coming out shortly, and had a great personality. He went above and beyond. Those two should be commended for how professional and excellent they were. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back.

Excellent service. Waiter was very attentive. Had the sirloin. Ordered med-rare came out med. Flavor was fine. Perhaps another selection for future visit. A bit pricey compared to Young Circle but manageable.

Went with my 2 little ones and husband. Amazing service from Chris and Katherina ! The food was delicious and seasoned so delicately. The dessert was out of this world I was even given a complimentary dessert, leaving me wanting to come back for more 😭😭. They have amazing cocktails & pitchers as well. We WILL be back. Officially have a peaceful brunch spot. Attended as soon as we walked in and all thank you guys for everything 😊

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at Ethos. We arrived late and were the last two to leave (not obnoxiously, lol). We never felt rushed and Vicky was absolutely amazing. There’s always such a great vibe there….. you can feel it. Vicky suggested the perfect wine and the manager, as always, made sure that everything was perfect. Great great job!! I’m guilty of noticing service over food but the food is amazing as well……always!

Go Greek. The “drive” in Wilton has been upgraded with some better dining. Ethos has been around for a while, but it has some consistently good food. The pita bread has flavor and texture which you do not always find in Pita. Many of the orders come with a Greek salad which has fresh feta and the dressing is tasty. My friend ordered the chicken and I had salmon which was grilled but not overly done. The cutie bartenders can serve a smile and a collection of cocktails all (at least the few I tried) went down oh so easy. This is a good place to start your night if you want to be well nourished before hitting the many man bars.

Chris the manager was great came over to our table. Doing an outstanding job. Waiters were attentive to our needs. Food was amazing. No need for condiments. Temperature was just perfect and the price was great. Nice ambience and clean. Going back for sure.
