The Best Ever!!!! Always fresh, extremely delicious, and Always a great variety!!! The staff here are absolutely the greatest!! Though everyone is nice, Ashley, Kody, Amber, and Erin, are always smiling and ready to make your day/lunch a really fun experience! Thank You all so much for having the best Customer Service that I've seen in a long, time. P.S I also would like to say that they should be allowed to get tips. Most of the staff are in college or plan on going to college and it could really help them financially.

Great value for the money. Fun spot to order a quick bite or a sweet treat. They also have delivery options! One of my managers ordered us a treat and had it delivered.

Awesome staff great customer service fresh hot golden brown pretzels. Manager will aways make it right if you are unhappy. Just ask she is super friendly if your polite to her. Mean and rudeness will get you nowhere.

I can’t deny the smell of these fresh pretzels. Mini bites and cheese dip all the way! Staff is always quick to pay attention and very friendly :)

Worst experience the food was horrible and over priced. There was hair in my pretzel dogs. And the employees were filthy dirty hands and fingernails. I could almost vomit writing this. I will have to call the health department.

The woman that works at the Wilton location is a very miserable and mean person. There are no name tags so I couldn’t tell you who. My children were standing with their father in line and got a little close to the guests in front of them and she yelled very rudely at my children. Instead of saying it nicely which I was about to say it anyway she had the nerve to yell at my children. She is the most rudest employee I ever saw. You want business you may want to hire employees with good customer service skills. I will never go to one of these stores again. You don’t yell at children especially when they are young and have done nothing wrong.

After getting our photos with Santa, I took my kids here for a few pretzels. We ended up leaving before being served. Several employees were handling the cooked pretzels without gloves 🤢 We won’t be back

I bought 3 traditional pretzels. They were really really tasty and a million miles away from the hard pretzels I have bought in the UK. A little on the expensive side, but nice as an occasional treat for the family.

Horrible service manager she nut job says she been there 15 years & don’t know how the coupons works thought she would be nicer since the mall empty as hell probably was her only customer for the day really rude

One of the workers that was on today his name was Alec he was extremely rude to me refused to take my order because I stood in the wrong part of the line and took the peoples order that were behind me. This made me feel terrible and definitely made me not want to buy food from here. I don’t recommend anyone to go here, this worker really ruined my whole appetite. Highly disappointed that the company lets him treat customers like this.

Love the pretzels and the people here. Usually have a full selection in the warmer and friendly enough service. I love the frozen chocolate that they have this time of year. A kudos to the clerk John for having a nice smile.
