Update 2/8/23, I made (what I assumed was) the mistake of coming to Vibrissa during a Winchester Chamber of Commerce event - the place was absolutely PACKED. I had my beer and food within ten minutes of starting to stand in line. Service here is consistently fantastic. 10/10, highly recommend. ——— Can’t handle how good the experience was. The atmosphere is great, the food was tasty (and arrived within minutes of ordering at the bar), and the beer actually had flavor (so: not dyed water, and not liquified hops) Add to that the fact that this was day 1 of being open - I am looking forward to making this a regular haunt. Vibrissa would fit in, and do great, in a proper foodie city. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I really enjoyed Vibrissae Beer. The menu provided for a variety of tastes including; burgers, bar food, vegetarian, and vegan. The pizza was awesome and I enjoyed The Champion Chicken Sandwich with salt and peppered french fries. My 2 vegetarian friends had the Chickpea Croissant with sweet potato fries, which they really appreciated. The service was excellent and the bartender (beer connoisseur) was extremely knowledgeable about the available beverages. Easy parking. Outside seating. Sofas and large high tops inside. Also, there was a bank of swings to hang out in. Lastly, super clean and large ladies room.

Been there 2x now and love everything about this place. Service has been a bit slow due to understaffed.... but that's everywhere these days. I've tried atleast 6 beers now, my favorite IPA is The Small Things. The porter and lager are also delicious. Very spacious indoors with a great atmosphere! The outdoors is also cozy, especially near the gas fireplace. We love the canopy tents that seats 7, those table have lazy Susan's on them.... making food and beer sharing/sampling between friends extra easy. Outdoors is dog friendly!!! The wings, antipasto app, sliders and The meat Lovers (add jalapeños) pizza is all tasty! Bonus, 5 blocks walking distance from our house....

Nice place for a beer with snacks! I loved the grilled cheese sandwich with the meat, delicious. The pretzel was ok, not special. Nice beers! I got the flight, always fun to try new beers

This place is wonderful. The vibe is always great, the beer is great, and the food is delicious. Try the Apricot Glissade and a Magnus Burger. I could not recommend this place more for a nice lunch or a celebration with friends. This place is perfect for any occasion. Come on down and you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent, beer, food, and atmosphere, especially the pizza! The customer service was on point, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! We loved the choice of being able to eat indoors or outdoors. The ability to watch the game inside but also relax outside under a cabanas or near the fire pit was really cool! We will be back!

My first time to the Winchester location and first time since the rename and new head brewer. I'll start off by saying that I'm very fussy. Most breweries do not get a good review from me because most are not very good. I will say that these guys are doing a nice job with their styles and staying true to those styles. The environment is clean and inviting. Even took a picture of the bathroom for your review. The servers are attentive and friendly. The cost is a little high, but that's probably because they don't skimp on the malt bill unlike most breweries these days. I will definitely be back!

Large brew spot with a large bar, plenty of other indoor seating and a ton of relaxed seating in a nice outdoor space. Beer was good and they had a couple vegan options including the chickpea croissant and fries - think veganized tuna salad. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

One of the best brewery environments in Winchester! Very large space with indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for small or large groups. Excellent selection of beers and bites from the kitchen that compliment the drinks. Staff is very attentive and helpful. A must try while in Winchester!

Highly recommend. So glad to have found this place. The beer is wonderful and every single thing I’ve eaten is delicious. I’ve been to breweries all around Northern Virginia and this ranks among one of my favorites. Vibrissa become a weekly go to place in a short amount of time. As an added bonus, it’s a great place to go with a pup/super dog friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough!

First time during my visit. Good beer and staff was very accommodating with a small hiccup with the food/kitchen, but they were so nice and made it right as best they could in our situation. I liked the outdoor seating as well.

Dined at Vibrissa during our visit to Winchester from North Carolina. OUTSTANDING! From the atmosphere, food, beer and service. Due to our extensive traveling, my wife and have dined at a number of restaurants and breweries. We've found most establishments that are a combination of a brewery/restaurant, pay attention to one or the other. At Vibrissa, detail and attention is given to both. My wife had the Jiggy Piggy Pizza and I had the Alabama Melt Sandwich. As usual, we sampled each other's food and both were delicious. Very tasty and unique. The sandwich melted in my mouth and the sweet potato fries were prepared to perfection. I ordered the Milk Stout and my wife had the English Brown. Excellent!! Well deserved GABF winner.
