Leaving here worse then what I did coming in ! Careless staff it’s their way or no way . Unfriendly lady who has an accent is very disrespectful and should be fired . Calling someone a week away from their appointment and say they can no longer do my only day I have off which is Wednesdays. And I told them in the beginning that was my only day I could get off . While she continued to say I basically need to take an extra day off work if I want to continue services . Medication management and this whole company just seems to be a joke for them to mess with your health and well being by keeping you off medication they said you shouldn’t just take yourself off by them messing around with your appointments making you go without! This place doesn’t care about your health or well being DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. Went here today to try to get help get put back on medication that I am already prescribed but CHOSE to stop taking and now that I need It for real I literally have to argue with people like this. I understand there's people that ruin it for other people but come on. And I'm just saying this because it's not my situation but no wonder these people buy these medications off the street. It's because people like these guys. Very sad.

I wanted to leave this review as appreciation , because I feel like my provider Ellen has truly helped me make my life better. Looking for mental health services is never easy and can be a very vulnerable time in one’s life , but Ellen accepted me with the most welcome open arms, and always listens and provides REAL solutions to my problems. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your mental health but I feel like Ellen has always made mine a priority. I just can’t express enough gratitude for her. Thank you so much WCMH 💖

To be short, stay away. It is better to not receive treatment than to go here. In longer form, they retraumatized my fiance by forcing her into group therapy, even though they were warned that her trauma would make that a bad idea. They are also completely incapable of performing even the most basic operations such as refills. Finally, good luck getting to speak to anyone if you need to. My fiance's therapist simply quit with no notice and we did not get back into therapy at all, even 3 months later. If you are in WV, go to Harmony. Best of luck.

Drs are good. How ever now when I need a prescription refill I can't get one. I have been waiting over a month I have been out of a medication for three weeks. Even CVS called it in and they haven't heard back from the office.

I had high hopes for this place. I got out of detox n was sent to this place. I spoke w the dr n filled out about 300 pages of info. I wasn't told much about the place or who was who. I had 3 different ppl calling me to make an appt w me. 2 w the same names n one w almost the same. I did the 3 days a week therapy, appts every other day, showed up to everything I was supposed too. The last thing they wanted me to do was 4 days mon-thurs groups, from 930a-1230pm. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have a full time job n it was just impossible to do. Eventually I was discharged n thrown out on the street. They send u a packet in the mail w other places to go, but they do not help u w transition n they don't give u meds to hols u over. This just wasn't a good fit for me, but might b for the next.

Been out of my medication for a week and can’t get a refill. When I call all I get are recordings and no one calls me back. Went into the office yesterday to tell them I needed a refill and they said there’s nothing they can do. They don’t care about their patients

i have been going here for a little over a year consistently and i have nothing but good things to say about this facility. i go to the inwood location, and the staff there is extremely accommodating, kind, and understanding. the therapist i see is super helpful and empathetic. i think i'll always recommend this place because of how much kindness and understanding they have shown me, especially in my most anxiety-ridden times. big thank you to winchester community mental health for helping me become a better, more stable, happier me!
