Sorry Burgers were not cooked proper, it hadn't been grilled proper. Lite brown meat ,, not Happy. If go there again you cant go wrong with a chili dog. Of course Ice cream always Great!

How is it that DQ, known for Ice cream treats, has better hamburgers and onion rings than BK around the corner? This DQ has never messed up an order, they are always polite, and never an issue.

This is why I never eat here. I paid 4.29 for a misty freeze and got a slushy. They have done this to me 3 TIMES. Apparently management never teaches the employees the difference. One of them literally told me that. So you'll be paying an extra 2$ for a drink you didn't even order. Staff isn't even friendly most of the time. Thanks for ripping me off again.

Dairy Queen is a go to spot if you want ice cream in the area. This location specifically has never let me down and always treats me right. I believe they have genuinely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I can’t speak on their food because I haven’t had anything except the cheese curds before (they were actually fire) but the ice cream is what this place runs on.

Probably the saddest cone ive ever seen. I did in fact order a small cone but i didn’t think it would be this small. My wife ordered a small as well and hers looked quite normal. Wondering why this looked so pathetic.

Our service was amazing!! The cashier who also brought our food out to us, Benjamin, was so kind and helpful! 10/10 recommend eating here.

Well I went to dairy Queen 👑👑 to get some dinner 🍽️🍽️ after leaving the Alamo Drafthouse and I got the six piece chicken tenders and fries 🍟 and toast and they are very good 👍👍 very worth the money 🤑😎😎 and the staff are very nice and upbeat and happy 😊😇😁😁😁😇😇😁 and very friendly and polite and patient and positive

Service here is always a bit slow. The workers will walk past you without even greeting or acknowledging you, but within a minute or two someone will come to take your order. Icecream is good.

Ordered a chicken basket, was charged for a basket meal and brought just the bites. Told the lady this wasn’t what I ordered and she argued that it was. I followed her to the counter and said, did u read the menu wrong? A manger came out and looked at the menu and said, why are the prices for the bites and the basket the same? I replied, I don’t know that’s why I order the basket. She walked away and said I’ll have to ask somebody. I pitched my drink and said never mind. No better than when Burger King was there-can’t get the orders right

Ordered food from the drive-thru, waited almost 20 minutes to get my food! They are horribly slow! If you have somewhere to be and the line is long, you might as well put your car in park. The food is delicious but the service is slow! They have nothing on Chik-fil-a, maybe they should take pointers on getting the food out plus its cold when you get it! Even tried going in and they make it seem like they’re working on getting the food out to the drive-thru and it’s just a bunch of moving around “act like were doing something”

Blizzard is good and exactly as you would expect, but the service was very slow in the drive through. I sat for 3-5 min while the employee had my food in her hand and was talking with co-workers.

We were greeted as soon as we came in. Food was ready pretty quick and Auntonio who was working the register was very nice and professional. Overall great first experience at the DQ in Winchester.

Today we enjoyed supporting the children's miracle network by having delicious blizzards at Dairy Queen. Especially when the service is so nice and friendly.

We stopped for ice cream. Got everything as expected and enjoyed the treat. Staff very pleasant and everyone was busy. Only mark I’d take off for was tables were a bit messy from prior customers. That said, the drive-thru was wrapped around and there were a few people inside and every staff member we saw was constantly busy. So they may have been dealing with a busy time.

Ordered cheeseburgers, had to throw them away after one bite...great fresh bun but meat tasted spoiled very bad, awful!! Fries were good.

Was not at all impressed. I guess my burger that I ordered was pre-processed. I'm from Texas and in Texas we have actual hunger busters belt busters. This was not even a real hamburger. It tasted like a white castle frozen burger 😪

If you have never had a DQ Cheeseburger, what are you doing with your life lol. Foods great, customer service is always great. Restaurant is always clean and welcoming.

Food was good. Burger was cold, ever after I waited for about 10 min. It was shortly after lunch rush so I do not blame the employees

Real friendly staff and asked did we want to wait and have our ice cream made at the end after we ate our food we said yes that was a nice experience

I'm used to getting barbecue sandwiches at Dairy Queen in West Virginia but here in Winchester they don't have it nor will they give me orbit me barbecue chicken strips without their nasty uncooked fries the uncooked fries and toast that is saggy for like $15 no thank you. So here I set trapped in line and the drive-through because there is no way to get from between the carsThat will win you a bad review every time. Could have at least offered me something for free for the attempt to get what I actually wanted. Going across town to cook out

Ice cream!! Nothing like a DQ Blizzard. So far, we’ve only had ice cream from this location. Good service. There are a lot of good ice cream places in Winchester. Yet this location still draws a good crowd. Outdoor seating is a plus.

Used to love this place. But customer service went way of dodo bird. Stood in line for 15 minutes. They were more interested in drive through then people inside. One person left in front of me. The final straw was when a worker walked right passed the counter with No acknowledgment. Nothing, not even sorry for wait, be right with you. Left and went to another place. Need to get act together.

Very busy but quickly got my order in and did not have to wait for long before it was ready.

I had a Pecan Cluster Blizzard and my wife had a peanut parfait...wonderful !!! We just finished a 10,000 mile tour of the western United States including Tesla Giga factory in Austin, Boca Chica Starbase, Las Vegas (Cirque de Soliel) and Zion National Park and others. We are calling it our Dairy Queen Tour because we went to numerous DQ's in all of those places because we love Dairy Queen. ❤️

I usually like anything I get from DQ. Today the brownie and mint chocolate chip blizzard didn't have enough brownie pieces. It certainly didn't stop me from eating of it? LOL 😂 DQ why so stingy with the brownies?

We were very pleased with this Dairy Queen. Very clean, extremely nice staff and the assortment of ice cream cakes was amazing! Pumpkin pie blizzard was soo good 🎃

The food is always hot but when it came to the dessert I want plain chocolate ice-cream but it would took two hours for it to freeze so I got hot fudge sundae

The place was clean & efficient. The blizzards were fantastic as always. Service was ok, younger man with no personality behind the cash register but he got our order right so no big complaints.
