If I could give this place an even lower score I would!! Worst service ever and I asked for a refund! No direction, structure or customer service. Managed by a teenager that has teenage employees that have no clue what they are doing, and all they can do is taste test everything in front of them!! Unclean and sloppy! Use at your own risk!!!

Donut cabinet was dirty. They were trying to clean that and the floors. My hot coffee was just warm. This was a little after 5am. They just opened. How can the hot coffee be cold?

Takes forever to get a drink very slow service was standing in line for 30 minutes and nobody acknowledged that i was there not to mention the management is absolutely terrible

Dirty & gross looking employees! One of them is definitley addicted to crack. Missing all her teeth! Another has huge face tattoo that says "RIDE ME" in all CAPS. YUCK 🤢🤢🤢

Its a hit or a Miss you never know if your going to get Burnt coffee or if your order will be correct.

The customer service here is a literal joke. The manager especially is incredibly rude. My drink is ALWAYS wrong, and I fully believe it’s because I quit that toxic work environment. Yesterday the manager, Crystal, dropped all of my fiancés change and couldn’t even say “sorry”. We definitely will be bringing out business elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same.

Great service if it's not busy. Food is DD food, it's ok but not going to win any awards. BE AWARE, if the drive thru has a long line, they won't take any orders inside regardless of how many people are working, it's not as efficient as other Dunkins.

They were out of my favorite donut but made a great alternate suggestion, thank you!
