Terrible
customer
service
and
very
disappointing
in
the
way
they
deal
with
their
customers.
Won
a
car
in
auction
on
Friday
afternoon.
First
thing
Monday
morning
I
called
to
arrange
Pick
up
and
ultimately
I
wasn’t
satisfied
with
the
way
customer
services
handled
my
query
and
responded
towards
me.
Having
read
reviews
online
beforehand
I
wasn’t
surprised.
Moving
forward
I
Informed
the
person
whom
I
spoke
with
that
I
will
make
the
payment
which
was
£11976
the
next
day
and
I
will
collect
the
vehicle
the
following
day
and
everything
was
done.
As
I
was
making
the
payment
the
following
day
I
realised
they
had
suspended
my
account.
Got
in
touch
with
their
customer
support
team
once
again
and
they
didn’t
provide
me
with
a
solution
and
started
putting
the
blame
on
me
for
which
I
had
previously
spoken
to
customer
service
to
arrange
the
date
of
payment
and
pick
up.
I
explained
everything
to
Wayne
that
I
have
purchased
a
Vehicle
for
£11976
and
I
would
like
to
make
a
payment
but
he
insisted
that
I
pay
£30
extra
late
payment
or
they
will
close
my
account.
Im
shocked
and
disappointed
as
a
business
owner
my
self
that
they
are
happy
to
lose
a
customer
for
life
and
damage
their
reputation
for
£30
when
I’m
happy
to
spend
nearly
£12000
in
one
purchase
and
it’s
not
even
my
fault.
For
me
the
£30
is
not
the
issue,
it’s
the
principal
behind
it
where
I
feel
I
have
been
treated
incorrectly
for
a
late
payment
I
was
ready
to
pay
as
scheduled
anyway.
As
a
result,
I’m
very
disappointed
and
I’m
happy
not
to
buy
ever
again
business
and
get
my
account
closed.
All
they
think
about
it
money
I’m
happy
for
them
to
close
my
account
I
won’t
like
to
do
business
with
them
ever
again.
