Nope, nope, nope! This place is so sketchy! The rooms are not clean, donโ€™t even mention needing updated, just clean would be good. The pull out couch had urine that had leaked through the mattress and molded on the backside. Instead of getting rid of it they just put another sheet on. That was in the โ€œsuiteโ€ which really just means dirty pull out couch. The a/c does not work properly so they give you an industrial fan that you can plug into the sink area (middle of the room) and hopefully blow the cooler air to the back of the room where the beds are. Seriously, if I were filming a horror movie I would absolutely choose this place!

Our room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. We did enjoy the breakfast during our stay. It has several hot item options and the breakfast area was very clean and neat. The front desk clerks are very friendly and willing and able to assist any needs you may have. I would stay here again in the future.

My husband has family in the area so we have been staying at this hotel at least once a year for over 10 years. Always clean, safe and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, the free breakfast is fresh and offers plenty to choose from, pool and fitness room are great, very convenient location. Definitely the best hotel in Winchester by far!

Ryan SAVED this. Someone GAVE AWAY OUR ROOM! and clearly didn't check IDs OR the card on file at all. I don't care if their last name was Peterson vs ours which Is Pearson. The first names were way off and the cards ending were nothing alike. Ryan was able to get us a better rate as well and an ADA room which was more convenient for my husband, but training is clearly needed.

Made this account as a throw away because I prefer to keep my online presence private, but I felt the need to call out the evening employee Ryan. He was super friendly and a bubbly personality. The hotel itself seems fairly rundown and a bit dated, but the staff I managed to meet made it all worthwhile.

Ryan at the front desk was very pleasant! Room was nice, clean, and comfortable with a/c working nicely. Breakfast was great! I am a breakfast person, so that is always a plus. Awesome variety with Bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes, biscuits, and gravy, waffles, cold & hot cereal options. I would most definitely stay here again.

Your hotel was so amazing. Your front desk supervisor Chris was really top notch. Hard working and very helpful. From restaurant recommendations to printing off directions for us, to even just helping us get around town, you got a great guy there who knows Winchester well. Breakfast was so good and the room was really clean and comfortable. Would stay again with you guys. You put the Best in Best Western.

It wasn't terrible and it definitely beat staying at the Quality Inn down the road. It's more of a motel style so definitely more noisy than I prefer. They did move me from the 2nd floor down to 1st floor- as I was definitely not going to be able to take all the luggage/belongings up stairs with my children in tow. There isn't an elevator or that wouldn't have been an issue. Breakfast has a decent variety, you may want to go to Wal-Mart if you want any fruit. One morning the warmers for the food were not working/or not turned on and that was a bummer. I don't know that I would stay here again- the proximity to where I needed to be was great but honestly I'd probably go back to the Sleep-Inn in Manchester and make the drive.

Stayed 2 nights and really loved the location. Our first stay in the area. Clean rooms, and greeted warmly by nice lady at reception. We hope to come back in the spring.

Room was clean, booked on line, had my German Sheperd Dog and teenagers! Lol. Met my daughter's friends there had nice choice of local restaurants. Breakfast and staff were really nice and lots of choices. The coffee was really good. My bed was cozy, extra toiletries, no problem. The wifi was fast and lots of channels on TV. Reasonable priced at 106.00 at checkout if you pay on line. I had points and a BWR points ebede up paying 87.00 plus fees and tax. I don't think they charged for my dog which I reserved for him when placing the reservation. I would stay there again.

Now that you guys Have not reached back out to me. I'm gonna put it on here. My name is Chris from American labor I had 2 employrent a room there at the Best Western in Winchester Tennessee. Well, why my guys were at work during the day. After putting in 14 hours, they wanted to come back to their room and relax and take a shower. Well, when they got back to their room, all their clothes and their variables were gone. And when I spoke to somebody and they did to only give him fifty percent off the room after they lost hundreds of dollars Variables And now they're saying there's nothing they can do about it. They can't even give them their clothes or any of their stuff back. So I advise anybody if you do stay at the best. Western in Winchester. Take everything with you when you leave your room. Or you will be the next person who have your stuff stolen from one of their maids. I will not let my employees again or anywhere. We go stay at the Best Western.

Clean and very accommodating. I was booked on two itineraries they checked me out of the first reservation and checked me into my 2nd reservation without having to leave the room. Staff are very kind. Will stay here again!

Everything was amazing at the Best Western. The staff was amazing, very friendly, Karen was an absolute doll and so helpful she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The beds were nice and the breakfast is absolutely anything you could want. Cheese omelettes, waffles, biscuits and gravy and everything else standard at other places. The coffee was husband approved. Pool side was gorgeous!

For a Best Western this is a great hotel. Quiet even though it's next to a busy street. Hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.!) Good wifi. Even has free EV chargers (level2) - 4 Tesla and at least a couple non-Tesla. Pool isn't heated but has a nice gazebo with a table. Another nice touch is that the lamps have a USB plug so you can charge your device with your own cable.

Stayed here one night for work and 2/6 rooms for my crew had live bedbugs. There was also blood stains on the sheets.

Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom hasn't had a deep clean in who knows how long. Employees were very nice and accommodating but wasn't impressed with the room at all.

The desk clerk with her sense of humor and capable self started the stay great ... and it stayed that way. Room was fine, bed was comfortable. Did have a hot tub in my bedroom ... that was a surprise. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my evening there.
