Drive thru only most days. My latte is always bitter. They don't follow the recipes. I ask for sugar. They don't put it in. This happens multiple times a week. It's the only dunkin that is close to my work. That is what keeps me going there. Terrible coffee is better than none at all. I want what I pay for. The friendliness of the employees is the only reason for giving 2 stars.

It's August 2023 and the lines onto route 512 will only be long for a few weeks until this franchise moves across the street to the old Burger King property. Can't wait! In the meantime, I'm chilling.

I got a dunkin iced coffee that I normally get from the Bangor dunkin. I stopped here at wind gap and the coffee I got made me use the bathroom twice with sever stomach pain and caused me to throw up. The cold foam I got on top wasn’t foam it was chunky and looked/ tasted old. The women who was taking orders barley spoke English. I don’t recommend this place at all. 🤮

Placed an online order for walk-in pick up and when I arrived the door was locked. So now I have to sit in the drive thru line. It’s beyond frustrating that a place allows for an order that requires me to enter has the door locked. Numerous people before and after me tried to enter as well. Nothing is posted and they are still allowing for walk in orders to be placed

The same menu selections as other Dunkin' Donuts which isn't really anything to Rave about but the coffee is decent. The staff at this particular location is extremely friendly every time I see them and that's always a pleasure

Got a frozen coffee the other day with oat milk, like I’ve done plenty of times before, and it tasted spoiled. A frozen coffee is over $6 so I went back through to replace it with a regular iced coffee and a donut, which would have came out to less than $6, and the lady scoffed at me and said “I’m already doing you a favor so no, I won’t do that” so I just got a refund and left which cost them more money than just replacing it. It’s ALWAYS hit or miss and I’m just done going here. 25th street and Bangor are always better

Always out of the good donuts. Got a wrap and it looked like it was thrown in the bag without being put together. Come on yall can do better

This people are such a big joke! No idea what their items are made the cold brew wrong twice no comprehension of what we are saying. 10 people in there but not even 1 that has a clue.

Really getting disgusted with all Dunkin’s anymore. Every time you place a mobile order more than one item you never get your entire order. And this time got an apple fritter and it was raw inside so make sure to check before biting into it. Gross.

Passing through the area, not many fresh doughnuts available. Employees English is very hard to understand, and had to repeat my order several times. Coffee is very watered down.

Location was clean and modern, coffee and strawberry frosted donut was good. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the prices were low. One of the dine-in registers was down, but otherwise good, I recommend.

It’s a Dunkin, so the quality is a known factor. The service here was excellent, we parked and walked in and it didn’t take long at all for our beverages or donuts. The drive thru line was very long, so I’d recommend walking in if possible when that happens.

Messed up a simple order (although it was emphasized). The coffee tested horrible, especially Macchiato.
