Restaurant was understaffed. Those who were there unfortunately did not pay attention to my order. I ordered a Dave's triple add bacon. Didn't seem too difficult. Forgot the bacon and my sandwich look like somebody threw up in the wrapper, unacceptable. I didn't work a 12-hour shift and not eat all day just to eat this. Then had to wait five minutes past the window so they didn't screw up their window time. Also unacceptable. If franchises are going to Value bonuses and ticket times over customer satisfaction; I don't think 15 an hour is right for any employee that work in fast food. Fries were perfect.

I love their $5 and $6 meal bags. Fantastic value. Good quality fast food option. Drive thru is usually pretty fast. Order accurate and served at appropriate temp.

Food was so so. Typical fast food. I was more irritated with the fact that the inside was completely closed. No signs no nothing. Had to go through the dive thru.

Placed a mobile order through their app which said they were open. When we went to pick up 10 minutes before the listed close time, the drive thru staff decided they would close early and screw me over out of the money I already paid for the order in the app.

We stopped in for lunch and the food and the service was great. In fact it was good to have someone at the counter that was not trying to do 5 other things. She was extremely polite and was very helpful. It seems that the owners or managers have done a good job keeping the staff happy.

Tuesday Aug 8, 2023 Dirty! Refused to eat there because when I went to order, i saw a crew member reach, bare hand into the fries, and help himself. But it's so dirty that it was the least of my worries.

Went at noon during the week. They were fast with getting the food out and food was fresh

The service at the drive thru was great and fast but I asked for no tomato on my burger and as I got going on the freeway I checked and there was a tomato. I am allergic to the and had to pick it off and throw it away. Other than that it was a great stop

Ordered the ghost pepper fries and a Jr bacon the bacon was cooked perfectly so were the fries overall pretty good experience at this location would recommend

I love when they have baked potatoes. We always pick the Biggy Bag. 1chicken bacon and 1 Hamburger bacon cheeseburger

Doors are locked again...twice this week at 6pm cant go inside. Employees screaming at eachother while we waited and got 1/2 the order. Tramatic.

Was completely closed 30 minutes before listed closing time, which means they left and closed even earlier than that. Thanks for wasting my time.

Really 2 years after pandemic is over and doors are still locked at dinner time..this is the 5th time now..never giving my money to Wendy's again..go to Arby's they have dining room open!

The food was good but it was disgusting to walk over many cigarettes to get in to restaurant the employee's smoke at the entrance next to a garbage and all the buds are on the floor. Young lady who helped us never look at me or smiled while I talked to her.

They do a great job here the food is always good when I order and they are fast. 10/10!

Horrible food. Horrible experience. My order was cold. The garlic fries were old, cold, and rubbery. It was for the trash. The burger was undercooked and it tasted like blood. I took one bite and I had to spit it out. I gagged. It was all garbage. I threw it all away. They didn't send me my frosty. They knew they didn't give me my frosty and they tried to make up for that with a large chili but I ordered a small chili. It sucks. I contacted customer care but they gave me the run around. I've been on the phone with them all day with no resolution except a partial refund. Oh no! Never again! I won't be back.

I ordered $11 meal and literally this is what I get I got two pieces of bread and a piece of meat with some cheese!!! I'm very disappointed in this place I feel like the work ethic is ridiculous... If I could post a picture of this I would that is horrible service

The drive thru crew is great. Super friendly, quick and the food was just as expected.
