The room was fairly nice with the exception of the bathroom not being very clean. The breakfast was fairly good as far as hotel food goes. My problem was a billing issue and the management’s complete failure to follow up with getting it resolved. I paid with cash at checkout and was told my credit card would be reimbursed for the original fee charged when I booked the reservation. 6 1/2 weeks and four phone calls made to the hotel later and still no refund or any information as to WHEN they even plan to send it to me. They’ve essentially told me it’s my own fault for giving the front desk clerk the cash because the type of reservation I made didn’t have an option for cash payment instead of the fact that he should not have accepted the money or told me that it could be credited back to the card. Terrible management/ customer service!!

Only stood one night. The logistics of Homewood are always good. Digital key and no interaction with customer service. The place is filled with snacks-all included in your stay. Condominium style rooms.

Great hotel. I had a lovely, well-equipped suite. Everything was perfect. Great location with easy access to the interstate and highways. Will definitely stay there again.

I've been coming here since 2020 the experience always exceeds my expectation. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience at there property.

This is extremely serious and terrifying. Personally, I have never had this type of experience in my entire (any) hotel stays.  I was sitting at the table near the kitchen area in my room. There was a sudden banging sound from the ceiling nearby, and I noticed a ceiling light attached to the room ceiling was coming off to almost hit me in the head. It's really scary and extremely horrifying. It was hanging and swinging from the ceiling. I reported to the front desk immediately twice.  No proper explanation and a formal apology about the incident were made from them. There was not even a response from the hotel manager, which is very unprofessional and irresponsible.  They seem really not care regarding this serious issue. This hotel property is such a failure in housekeeping maintenance and physical room condition.

There was hair and mildew in the bathroom drain. The rooms also had a TERRIBLE draft. However the staff was very pleasant

So far this is my favorite partner in the Hilton family. These things are awesome. You can cook your own food you have a living room you have a bedroom it feels like a small NYC apartment.

Loved it. Layout of the buildings is kind of awkward but once you find your room... It's nice and quiet. Def recommend if you have an early flight!

Solid extended stay. Not amazing but they left my room alone while I worked nights. Counter staff was quick to resupply since room service let me sleep. Would have been a full 5 if dishwasher worked. Otherwise great spot and great for commute

Clean, comfortable, spacious and recently updated suites. Front desk staff was amazing and kindly provided breakfast-to-go when we realized that we would need to leave before the hot breakfast bar opened the next morning. The free airport shuttle was on time and the shuttle driver was friendly. The only unexpected inconvenience was that the hotel is comprised of multiple buildings, organized around a lovely pool and courtyard- like an apartment complex. Just be aware that you may need to walk outdoors in inclement weather and climb stairs to access your suite.

I was looking for a place to stay with my dog for 2 weeks while was between homes. This place was in the right area and pretty inexpensive. I was absolutely wowed. The internet is rock-solid, I worked out of the room for 2 weeks with no issues. The breakfast is pretty good, but there are so many options nearby I didn't have it often. Laundry works nice, decent little fitness center. Great place for dogs! Full kitchens too. But lastly, and most importantly, I swear they put something in the water here, everyone is so darned nice. The folks at the front desk were all so kind at all times to everyone - it's noticeable immediately. Stay Kind!

Convenient location to Bradley International airport. Full kitchen. Great morning breakfast. I wish it had more berries for us vegans though

Good amenities and close to BDL airport. Great rates. Room cleaning could use some more attention. The freezer still had a frozen meal in it, the bed and bathroom had some shorter hairs laying around, the tub was a little moldy, the shower curtain was worn and had a tattered bottom, and there was an empty chip bag behind the nightstand by the bed.

Worst experience in a hotel. Room I booked didn’t have a working microwave. The whole reason I booked the room was to have kitchen appliances to cook/heat up meals. Staff was not helpful, did not offer any help. I had to call the 800 number to cancel my reservation for the remaining nights. Will never stay at this property again. Considering never staying at a Hilton property after this terrible customer service experience.

Don't bother. We paid a lot more money for this room that is listed here since we were there on a holiday weekend. There was no coffee or tea in our room - but they do offer free cold drinks and snacks. The former resident's used Keurig was still in the machine. The toilet backed up several times. Breakfast was fairly inedible. The hot water for Tea was not hot; the coffee ran out, the "omelets" were terrible; the potato patties like tastless bricks. There was one tissue left. Room was ok.

This hotel is wonderful This was our first time at this hotel and we loved it. It has all the comforts of home. They also have 24 hour coffee and games for all ages. The staff are so nice and friendly. They also have grills so you can cook out by the pool. Again i will highly recommend this hotel to everyone 😊

First time staying at a Homewood, so was expecting a hotel style suite like Home 2 Suites, another Hilton property. Was a bit disappointed to find that out room was located away from the main lobby in a separate town house style building, with only outside access back to main building where lobby, coffee, breakfast area and snack store were located, so inconvenient to us. As this is a suite hotel with full kitchen etc. , we would usually stay in this type of hotel for an extended stay, not just a quick overnight after arriving on a late flight as was our situation. As most decent hotels in the area were fully booked, we took Homewood as it was priced the same as other fine hotels nearby, and was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful room, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean! The entire property was well maintained, the only complaint being the breakfast area in the morning. Generally our experience has been that there is someone continuously bussing and cleaning the tables, but here we had to walk past several tables before we could find a clean one. Very untidy for the most part, which for this caliber of hotel was a bit disappointing. Everything else was fine and we would likely stay again, now that we know the routine for Homewood properties and would plan accordingly.

Nice staff. Excellent location very close to Bradley Airport. Staff was kind to prepare food for us because we had to leave for an early flight.

Very clean & spacious rooms. Love the apartment style for easy in an out. Wish the bathroom was accessible without going through the bedroom but wasn't an issue for our family. Breakfast was a to be expected hotel breakfast. The kids loved the waffles and cereal choices. I loved the cheese omelettes. Pool is very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great mid range hotel. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I am a stickler for my privacy, and this hotel seemed to respect that. They had security that walked the perimeter and looked out for seedy characters. I felt very safe and comfortable: I recommend this hotel.

Don’t like that people complain about driving at 9pm . The receptionists we’re welcoming and the rooms were very clean and love the kitchen setting.

Convenient to the airport. Relatively old property it seemed. At least the rooms were ice cold for a warm summer night!!!!

It's pretty distant from the Connecticut Convention center, but the local 34 bus solves that alright. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans. I only used them to boil water, but I'll plan to use them more fully next time. Combined with the complimentary breakfast, it makes budgeting for meals a lot easier.

This is a great hotel with nicely designed suites. Very clean and spacious.

The rooms were a tad dirty. There were dead Beatles in the shower and on the rug. There was a stain on one of the beds. Besides that tho it was okay. It's a good place for kids. The pool and basketball court is nice and the breakfast in the mornings is very yummy. I would give this hotel a 3.5.
