The service was great but they need to learn how to cook the 🥩 steaks.. There were x 3 of us today we all ordered our steaks to be cooked differently.. but all x 3 steaks came over cooked & dry❌️❌️❌️ What a pitty... Appart from that it would of been a cracker of a day @ windsor 🇦🇺🤠🍺

Amazing old heritage pub said to be Australia's oldest although about 5 other pubs lay that claim also. Nonetheless it's got various areas to eat and drink both inside and out. I recommend a seat in the front window at street level. Awesome friendly bar staff aswell. Looking forward to returning.

The place has friendly and polite staff, very delicious and perfectly cooked food, the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing with furniture that was perfect but one negative is that If you are taller than 170 then some places would make you bend like when having to go under arches. There were also no seats behind the bar where the parking slot was.

This is such a cute traditional pub, with massive portions of food. Ever better that it tastes so great. I order a classic chicken Schnitzel with pepper gravy and it was amazing and the gravy was creamy and perfect. I’m just disappointed I couldn’t finish it all. What a great experience, the oldest pub in Sydney, with very modern foods, had the Squid which was lightly battered and fried to perfection. Chips were not matchsticks, which was a plus. The only minor criticism...the sad salad. Great staff & friendly service.

One of my most favourite places to hangout and eat. The hotel bistro survives delicious food. It's warm and cozy and love listening to the bands during weekends. I will sure come here again with my friends and family 😁❤️

Ordered the Angus rump. Asked for medium rare. Cooked to perfection. Ordered a side of pepper sauce. First bite of the steak was so good I decided to enjoy the taste of the steak without the sauce. Very fairly priced. Just a lovely old Aussie pub with a great pub feed the way they should be.

Great food in the oldest pub in NSW. We had lunch there and both meals were great. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, we chose a window table in the "dining room". The food was ready fairly quickly, tasted great and the portion sizes were good. I'd definately go back again.

Fantastic place to go, it's a bit harder for someone with different accessibility needs but overall a great old school pub !

Bought a chicken schnitzel with chips and Salad with a side of gravy Poor form Gravy was all over schnitzel (instead of on the side in a container like everywhere else does) and my "salad" was drowning in gravy if you can call it a salad 2 tiny for fulls and that's its Had a starter of salt and pepper squid plus 6 dollars for salt and pepper prawns on top the halved the portion of s&p squid (ate here a month ago) and added three measly prawns and more salad underneath this dish than was on my salad Nice lady at front but in last month went from yeah I'll eat that again to I wouldn't even bother thinking about it 0 stars worst food set ever do not recommend to anyone
