Staffs are nice. Took my dog for vaccination. Charged 100 Ghs and infected rabbits related vaccine in addition to lice spray.

Staff are responsive but the facility has .no waiting place. Visitors chairs and tables to write on have been provided but you're sure to experience good portion of the sun rays if you go there in the afternoon.

It was a cool place. And the services there is fantabulous

The process of getting my COVID rest was great. It was smooth, not painful, everyone was friendly and helpful. However, when it was time for the results, it was very unorganized.

Poor customer relations. Went there and wanted information on their operations. They lady that spoke to me spoke as though the reason I was there was just a bother and that if J liked I should go do something better and come back later, at that moment, my dog was suffering and eventually ended up dead. I'm not happy with their customer relations at all.

Just visited this place for covid-19 test. Service on average level. I was having test here a few times. At the beginning when they started with it the tests were made in obscure toilet. There is improvement now. Even offering the seat during test and it's not taken happily in toilet now

We took our dog for injection and it all went all, they really received us nicely and took care of the dog

Their service aren't bad
