Twin falls are dried out. No water at all by the time we visited on 15th Oct 2023. But it must have looked so beautiful as it has unobstructed view of the 2 falls.

Superb views of the waterfalls and over the valley, really easy access on a well defined path. It can get quite busy on the weekends but you can still manage the escape the crowds and find your own spot along the way.

Absolutely amazing views of the falls from this lookout. It is an easy walk from the car park to here. All day parking is $4.

Have been here before but never knew of these falls! Easy to get to. Great location and ease of parking. Some good hikes and trails in this area. Not too hard, but beautiful countryside!

One of the lookouts at Fitzroy Falls. You can easily see the main waterfall and the rest of the valley, but the second waterfall is quite far and blocked by trees. Even after days of rainfall, the waterfall still didnt seem very strong. The walk to the lookout is nice and not too far.

Fantastic views over several waterfalls. An easy walk reveals more and more lookouts. May have poor visibility when a cloud lands on the valley on rainy days.

Great walks along the East Rim, some sections quite steep but you get some great views of the gorge. Roughly 8km return if you go all the way. Saw 2 lyre birds and 1 snake on the walk.

Bit muddy after rain but still very easy to walk. Packed with people on holiday but at this lookout not too many people. Highly recommend for the 2 falls here.

Beautiful lookout. Free & worth a visit!! Even more beautiful when it's rained a lot. Fitzroy Falls is one of my favourite waterfall spots. Options for short walks(150m) with amazing views or long(2.5-3.5km). Highly recommended!

It was certainly busy as I went on a public holiday weekend, but the sights were still amazing!

I recently visited the Twin Falls Lookout and wanted to share my thoughts. The view from the lookout is absolutely stunning especially during sunrise or sunset, reminiscent of the Blue Mountains. However, I visited during a dry period, so the waterfall had very little water flowing. Keep in mind that this time of year might not be ideal if you're hoping to experience a gushing waterfall. The lookout itself is just a short walk from the parking area, taking less than 5 minutes. Although it's easily accessible with kids, do note that there are a few steps to navigate. Overall, Twin Falls Lookout offers a beautiful view, but the experience may vary depending on the water levels.
