Telephone service leaves something to be desired, I've been on hold for more than half an hour, I don't know why?? When you're there, there are always two to three women at reception and one always has time for the phone. So why are you left hanging??

Technically a very competent medical center. The appearance of the telephone staff in particular is significantly worse. The phone is left ringing for minutes or calls are apparently parked in the queue (and forgotten?). In the past, I have called several times a day at different times - even after waiting in line for over 8 minutes, no one answered. The last time I stood in front of the building and after about 5 minutes on hold I went up to the practice and it was deserted and the ladies at the reception apparently had nothing to do. How about answering the phone then?

There's always a lot going on but the employees really make an effort to smooth everything out as best as possible. I don't understand some people who still think they are better than others. Anyone who is sick didn't choose that, so please be more considerate of the employees and doctors. Make haste and take time, everyone will be helped. A warm greeting to the entire Bergmeier team 👍😘

For a long time, my former family doctor was Dr. Hunklinger (what a great family doctor) but also my current family doctor Dr. Bergmeier is in no way inferior! The waiting times (especially without an appointment) are generally very short (30-60 minutes) and you are treated very competently. Telephone availability/consultations were always clarified quickly and in detail. For me personally, the Salinen doctors and their team are the ultimate. I would like to thank you for this good work and their service! Feedback after one year. The saltwater doctors only treat regular patients, new patients are rejected and then often go to the emergency room, which is actually intended for emergencies. It seems to me that there is no time left even for regular patients. There are no examinations at all (at least in my case). You get a prescription, if necessary an AU, and are out of the treatment room after 3-5 minutes. I no longer feel taken seriously as a patient there. It's a shame it was really a great practice.

Great doctors and very friendly staff. The only thing that can sometimes be a bit of a problem is the waiting time, but even without an appointment I've never had to wait longer than an hour in this practice and I've had completely different times! So, if you have to see a doctor, then the best place to go is here!

I know that the doctors have a lot to do, but at the counter they tell you that the waiting time is around 30 minutes and then you have to wait around for 2 to 3 hours until you get your turn, which is really a bummer, the same thing every time. At the very least, be honest with your patients. LG

After 45 minutes in the queue I drove there and there were 3 people sitting in the front and one in the back and when I asked I got a stupid answer... I've never experienced a doctor's office like this before
