    Ordered online and still sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes! They didn't have Impossible Whopper. Didn't have Iced Tea. Didn't give zesty sauce for onion rings and whopper is SATURATED in mayonnaise. Never going back!

    We waited in the drive-thru for 12 minutes and did not get our order taken. After 5 minutes we reversed our car to trio the sensor again, and a voice said "be with you in a minute" very quickly. We waited another 7 minutes before leaving. This is the second time this has happened to us. I wouldn't have left such a harsh review, but this happened to us before. The last time, we waited 17 minutes in the second drive thru lane while 3 other cars in the first lane -who pulled up after we did- had their order taken. We called the store to explain that they lost our patronage that night, and the manager offered us a discount if we came back. That was really nice. But this time, there was literally only one other car that came to the drive thru around the same time as us, so I can't fathom why it could possibly take so long to take a drive thru order. In the past we have also been handed a completely incorrect order, at a time when there were not many other customers. We kept going back, hoping that things would get better. I understand being short staffed, but even when they don't seem to be busy this happens.

    I went to BK on Feb 13th, 2023, at around 8 pm. There were no cars in line, but I still had to wait minutes for anyone to answer the speaker. I ordered 1 Whopper meal with fries and an orange soda w/o ice as well as 2 double cheeseburgers w/o pickles. I received everything I ordered, but the soda had ice, and the double cheeseburgers had pickles. When I asked what soda varieties they had, they would only say "Coke Products" even when asked a second time. The two people working were dismissive and rude for the entire interaction, which took about 15 minutes. Including them having to ask me what I had ordered despite having just taken it and no other vehicles in line. As someone who worked at McDonald's for years in my youth, I can say that this is not growing pains or being overworked. They have already driven away most of their customers, and it's clear why. The sad part is that the management and owners also don't care as they let this type of service continue. So until they go out of business and a better company opens a well run restaurant, I won't be back.

    Absolutely God awful service. Somehow missing a fry, a burger, and our 3 other fries were swapped with onion rings. Not to mention you refunded me a burger (because you guys ran out of patties) that cost's $10 before tax, but only was refunded $9? Absolutely pitiful, and this is from someone who's worked in food service so my view point isn't skewed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

    Went through the drive through and we were missing food. Went inside and they fixed it. The food itself was terrible. Not heated or cooked all the way. This was probably the worst experience I've had with fast food, definitely at the King.

    The staff was really rude. When we were ordering she was just rushing us to make it quick. She wasn't even stopping to listen to what I had to say and take my rewards code. Anyways, we ordered quick and left. They messed up our order big time. First of all, we ordered double cheeseburger and received just a single cheeseburger. Then they forgot to give us our chicken fries for both our orders. We realized after we got home and then we went back and asked for it. They said that they gave it in there so they don't know why it's missing. I didn't have the time and patience to argue so I left. Get better employees, really really disappointed. Not sure if I'm gonna go again and highly recommend people to stop going there.

    My family stopped going shortly after they opened due to wait times and quality. In the past few months we have been going more often and it's because of a few employees there. Everytime we go in Shay is working...and I mean working, she does it all there and continues to be friendly and pleasant! I know when I walk in and see her there (or a cpl others) that our food is getting done correctly and as fast as she can humanly make it happen. BK take note and show them girls some appreciation!!!

    Ordered a double whopper with cheese, only ketchup. They left the cheese off. Another day ordered a bacon king, only ketchup. Specified I wanted just ketchup, cheese, and bacon. No bacon. Staff just seems confused.

    I come to this place about once a week with a client. Shay and Ashley always remember us, and always greet us with an amazing smile. Their kindness and hospitality is genuinely unmatchable. My client has a disability and they always take the time out of their day no matter how busy it is, to ensure his needs are met. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the employees at this Burger King. The food is always amazing and fresh as well!

    Driving one thing I noticed about Burger King is there. Burgers are getting smaller and smaller. I ordered two rodeo burgers and lucky I did because one would have been a bite or two tasty but don't know why they've gotten so small

    May be on the pricy side. A bacon cheese whopper ran me about $9.50 that was a single hamburger, no meal (drive thru). Perhaps all fast food is going up, but it just didn't seem fair. All that being said it was an incredible burger. The lady that took my order was very friendly as well.

    One star doesn't do justice negative one maybe fair, this is the worst fast food restaurant in the whole tri state area customer service sucks and everything else I'll be surprised if they stay open for one more year they need to find better management that can actually hire decent employees, if you happen to have the courage to drive through there make sure you come with 2 hours to spare so you can have enough time to wait on that line for some cold burgers good luck and God be with you!

    I came in to Burger King today and was greeted with the most friendly greeting and welcome by the manager there. She was so kind and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. She was so nice and welcoming and the food was so good I had to come on here and say how nice she was and how good at her job I feel she is! I asked and she said her name was Shea.
