We
had
booked
a
block
of
40
rooms
for
our
upcoming
wedding,
so
that
many
or
our
guests
could
stay
at
the
hotel.
After
filling
out
the
information
with
the
manager,
we
were
told
that
he
will
fill
out
the
rest
of
the
forms
and
get
back
to
us.
After
2
weeks
we
had
called
down
there
to
just
touch
base
with
them
and
make
sure
everything
was
moving
along,
but
did
not
get
a
hold
of
him.
Over
the
next
few
weeks
we
had
called
multiple
times,
just
to
leave
a
message
because
no
one
would
ever
get
back
to
us.
After
finally
being
able
to
talk
to
the
same
person
again,
we
were
informed
he
had
forgot
to
fill
out
our
paper
work
and
gave
the
block
of
40
rooms
to
another
couple
getting
married
on
the
same
day.
So
now
just
months
before
our
wedding
we
are
not
about
to
have
a
hotel
for
all
of
our
wedding
guests
to
stay
at.
Thank

Winona
for
the
poor
hotel
management,
and
the
worst
service
that
a
hotel
could
ever
offer.
We
have
40
families
that
give
hotel
a
1
star
review,
and
recommending
that
you
drive
anywhere
else
to
find
a
hotel.
