The
moment
I
walked
into
the
space
for
the
first
time
I
KNEW
this
was
where
I
needed
to
be!
I
could
feel
the
positive
energy
flowing
and
I
was
instantly
uplifted.
I
was
in
a
depressed
state
after
going
through
a
very
rough
year;
house
fire,
loss
of
pets
and
family
members,
and
I
knew
I
needed
something
but
I
didn’t
yet
know
what
that
was.
When
I
clicked
on
a
Facebook
ad
about
a
12
week
challenge
I
didn’t
think
much
else
about
it
and
then
Karen,
the
manager
of
the
space
reached
out
to
me
personally
to
come
see
the
space.
I
had
never
taken
a
single
yoga
class
and
I’m
really
not
much
for
gyms.
I
figured
I
had
nothing
to
lose
and
although
I
felt
a
little
nervous
maybe
even
intimidated,
all
that
disappeared
as
soon
as
I
walked
in
the
front
door.
The
smell
of
soothing
herbs
and
candles
from
the
CasaShanti
shop
up
front
set
me
at
ease
immediately.
Welcoming,
loving,
and
accepting
are
just
a
few
words
to
describe
the
energy
I
felt
right
away.
I
signed
up
for
3
months
to
start
and
I
have
loved
every
class!!!
Each
instructor
has
their
own
vibe
and
style
but
what
they
all
have
in
common
is
compassion,
a
deep
love
of
their
practice,
and
a
genuine
gratitude
for
all
their
students.
I
can
honestly
say
I
am
stronger
physically,
mentally,
and
spiritually
since
I
began
my
practice
at
The
Breathing
Room
and
I’m
beyond
grateful
for
that
first
text
message
inviting
me
there.
It
is
hands
down
the
best
thing
I’ve
ever
done
for
myself
and
I
know
my
whole
life
and
energy
is
changing
for
the
better
because
of
it.
If
you
need
a
change,
want
to
be
more
centered,
reduce
anxiety,
become
a
stronger
person
physically
and
mentally,
or
just
want
a
place
to
relax
and
unwind
then
The
Breathing
Room
has
a
place
for
you.
Give
it
a
try
because
you
have
nothing
to
lose
but
your
WHOLE
self
to
gain.
