I've had multiple negative experiences with pick up orders from this location, including being served expired ground beef and completely rotten produce multiple times. They substitute items for completely irrelevant items (i.e. plant-based "meat" was once used to replace the ground beef I ordered). On my most recent order I took the time to choose which items I'd like substituted. The shopper completely disregarded the subs I chose, and once again replaced an item with something completely different. They even replaced one item I requested no substitutions for. I've decided not to shop at this location anymore.

Don't waste your time coming to this store. Wait times average 30 minutes, sometimes longer. Very long lines. I feel like I'm in a bread line in the soviet union, instead of being a paying customer. Employees will sit there on their phones as these lines build up too, so that's nice. I'd rate 0 stars if I could 🤢

So many outs. The managers are too lazy to fix it. Instead they just fill in gaps with anything. They almost always have only one register open. You know who needs to be fired immediately is the market manager (the manager's boss). Ultimately, that's who is messing up. The market manager is failing to get the manager to do their job and properly run a profitable store.

Walmart is becoming a worse and worst place to shop. Of course because of broke purchasing power, being one of the largest corporations in the world, they can offer better prices on many things. However they are always short-staffed and you always have to ring up your own groceries. The employees that they do have are typically inexperienced and not quite helpful. Lots of bad attitudes. Very few friendly polite and knowledgeable, helpful employees. Management at this specific location has been rude, even racist and hateful, on multiple occasions.

Literally, the worst store with the worst. Customer service was literally watched at self check out and even when I got my receipt and showed her my bag she wanted me to empty my whole bag. I feel some kind of way, but I’m a keep it to myself and continue to go to the regular Walmart.

I go to this Walmart often and Just happened to go in there tonight, and tried to get help, while girls walk and standing around talking. When you ask for help they just look at you, they are very rude. I will be going to the one on Jonestown Rd. Everyone in the on Jonestown has always been very helpful and talk to you.

The person at the register was absolute terrible. She was rolling her eyes and did not really want to check me our when I started to walk down her lane. I asked for a manager and they were taking a while and I had to leave. If I was by myself I would have waited l. She was overtly rude. I do understand that companies are literally taking whomever they can find to work, but she was just nasty!

should ever expect much from walmart employees, but maybe hire some that arent so stoned at 8:30am that they can actually look at you when you are asking them something and can ACTUALLY speak. had an entire cart full and had the most unhelpful lady look past me and shake her head when i asked her a question about self check out because i shouldnt have to spend 15 extra minutes in this disgusting store to check myself out because non of the 15 employees were on the register. nasty place

Pick up at this location is terrible. I placed an order to be picked up between 12 and 1, at 12 I get a notification saying it's delayed. Fine. But at 3 o'clock when I still hadn't gotten confirmation to pick up the order i called. They said they couldn't find the order and would call me back. 40 minutes later I called again and they said it was finally ready. I've now been sitting in the spot for almost 30 minutes and still no groceries. This is a total waste of time and extremely unprofessional.

I placed order for pickup when I parked I called the number multiple times and finally someone came out and told him I was there to pick up an order he was rude said they were busy then they walk over to a car get their name and order and a truck pulls in and immediately someone brings her stuff and she is gone before they even start on my order. Very very unprofessional needless to say I won't be back to this market center!!!

Don't frequent Walmart for good reasons, my 9/30/2022 shopping experience is why. The cashier who checked me out was talking on the phone the entire time (curse of earbuds), she functioned like a robot, so might as well replace her with one. I later found I didn't receive all the items she should have bagged, call the store 7am 10/1, to hear how eager their associates are to assist me...how about NOT. Don't live on that side of town, so wanted to be sure the items were accounted for before traveling to it. First call, rung 5 mins no answer, second call...rung for several minutes, the call was not answered, but disconnected. 3rd call, after 2 mins, I decided what the hell, not worth it, they don't like their jobs, people who support them, and are certainly not eager to assist anyone. Walmart stores are horrible places to shop.

Customer service has a closed sign on a Saturday. It doesn't state when and whether it will reopen. A cash register states that you can press it and an associate will come to help. I was there for 15 minutes and pressed it three times, no one came. Calling didn't get a person.

We actually didn’t go into Walmart but instead we went into the Children’s Dentist office that is in the same space. That whole shopping center is so nice!! I highly recommend the Children’s Dentist wow is all I can say!!!!

This a typical but convenient Walmart Neighborhood market location with a nice staff and management. This Neighborhood Market is also convenient if you prefer the ones with the cashier checkouts since the other two Neighborhood markets has less of that option (not that I mind it). But I understand why people prefer the cashiers.

My husband and I recently moved to Winston-Salem. He had Walmart as a pharmacy already and I was coming from another pharmacy. It was hard for me to switch because I knew my pharmacist at my previous pharmacy and they knew and understood me very well. I have been fully switched now for about 2 months and I am feeling very comfortable going there now. At first I definitely got the,"Wow look at this chick's persciptions," look and vibe a few times but that hadn't happened in a little while and I am doing well with the pharmacist there. The more I go the more I feel like a customer and not a number or someone that takes a lot of medications. I'm glad I switched pharmacies and gave them a try.

So I don’t like giving a bad rating because a rating online lasts essentially forever whereas the state of a store could just be that way one day or even just because of management. Everything we needed was inside and was easy to find but it was definitely not the cleanest or most organized store. They had now hiring signs all over the place so in the world of the pandemic, I imagine there aren’t enough people willing to sell their soul to Walmart to stock shelves. I mean who would. I will say that all the employees we talked to were pretty nice. They seemed stressed though as it was obvious there was nothing but things to accomplish in there. A never ending stream of walmartians ruining their beautifully stocked shelves.

The store was uncomfortably cold. Decent gluten free section in the freezer section and good prices! But for being winter still it was WAY too cold in there.

Every time I come into this store it’s very organized. Things just be thrown any and everywhere it look like they just don’t care. Bathrooms are disgusting and smelly!

It's better than the typical grocery store! Great prices are a bonus. Pleanty of available registers to cash you out - no lines. Wonderful!!!

This week I did a grocery pick up order because I have a one year old and I love the convenience of it, and that lady who brought out my order was super sweet so the two stars are for her alone. I know it's Walmart so it's not like you expect the best produce ever but there was very obvious mold on my strawberries AND the avocados I received were completely overripe to the point of being inedible. It wasn't like you couldn't tell from the outside, as soon as I touched the avocado I knew they were bad. Unfortunately I've been so busy that I wasn't able to take them back yesterday or today, so I guess it's just a loss on my part. They REALLY need to address the produce issues though because it's not really saving money when I have to throw out produce. I could just go to Lowe's, Food Lion, Aldi, or anywhere else to get produce that's slightly more expensive but way better quality.

Visited 8/10/2023 @ 4:02P and as soon as I and some other people entered the building the power went out and flicker, came back on quick for 1 seconds then total power went out. The Managers and employees informed us it's a power outage and possibly will take an our to get every thing back up and running again as well as helped escort all of us out so could lock the doors . I didn't get to do my shopping there unfortunately because couldn't wait an hour but I rate 5+ stars because situation was overall handled well 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕. - Sincerely, Lisa Carroll
