Just want to come on here and thank the entire staff for the amazing service they have with their residents, have been living here for about 3 years. Ms. Mary Ann the property manager is amazing! She makes sure we are good when needed! And the maintenance team? Beyond great! They go above and beyond for the residents as well! We love it here.

I love this apartment community. The office and maintenance staff for so friendly and helpful. the apartment is very spacious and love the floor plan. The fitness center is just the perfect size and never too crowded. My children love the playground and my furry child loves the Bark Park. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

My time at Mill Creek Flats was a great experience. Mary and Christie are very tentative to their residence. They care and it truly shows- which means a lot! The maintenance team is fast and effective- I did not go over a day without a maintenance request being completed!!!! The dog park is a great asset to the complex. It was great to live at a complex where you felt valued, heard, and appreciated.

I have lived there since 2016, I enjoyed my stay there. The office staff especially Ms. MaryAnn was always nice. The whole staff was awesome and attentive to my needs. I would recommend Millcreek Flats. You don't always find a place in apartment living where the the manager really care about the residents. I will miss them!

In case your wondering? Mill creek flats is the most wonderful place to live beginning with amazing staff that gives you the biggest welcome all the way to the warm feel of home immediately when you enter your unit I would recommend mill creek flats hands down !!!!

2022. Still a great place to live. I've been here 4 years. In that time, my rent has increased 10 or 15 dollars a year....until this year. This year they increased it 58.00 per month with no renovations to my apt. For me, that is steep. I do hope the new owners will understand that increases like that are far too high. The community is nice. I love the pool! The staff are amazing and always work hard to take care of any issue I have in a timely manner. I'd like to see a trash can again at the mailbox. Ours was removed because 1 person did the wrong thing. I don't want to suffer because of one person's lack of respect. This isn't a gated community....so unless and until it is....people who don't live here will commit acts of....carelessness. But please don't make the community suffer due to the act of one person. Maryann did tell me they were working on getting another one a couple of months ago. There are 3 trash recipticles in the pool area. Maybe one could be moved outside the mail room while we're waiting on the new one? That would be amazing because it's so nice to be able to check the mail and discard what I don't need. Instead of having to bring it all home. Very few complaints as you can see. I'm just being completely honest....for anyone thinking about moving here. My experience has been a positive one. The best staff. A great community...so many great neighbors. A beautiful place to live....and we can keep it that way by all pitching in as a community to report issues and pick up after ourselves and clean up after our pets outside. Press the button to squish the garbage once in awhile. 😉Working together. ❤

My husband and I have lived here for 1 month, and we are really loving it! Maintenance requests are filled within 24 hours, our apartment has new laminate flooring in the kitchens and baths, and brand new carpet in the bedrooms. We share walls with 2 neighbors, and I only ever hear noise from one of them (clearly young children). There is a lot of diversity in the neighborhood, and the recycling center is very close by for the civic minded. The grounds maintenance is usually on par (except for other residents throwing some trash off their balconies, which we can see from ours). The only drawback currently is an inconsiderate person blasting their music in their car as they troll through the parking lot, but that usually ends fairly quickly. Overall, we have really begun to think of this place as home, and recommend it to other young couples as an apartment before you buy that first house.

I've been a resident here, going on 6 years now. It's good community for kids and a very clean environment. Ms. Maryann and Jordan of Maintenance has always been reliable and considerate to all of my residential needs. I wouldn't trade them in for the world!!! Thanks Guys!!!
