I visited Dewey's in the Thruway Shopping Center, it's a must. Those Moravian Cookies, the Chess Pie, Pink Lemonade cake square and the Moravian Sugar Cake are amazing and pretty much what I purchase. I wish you could get the mini pies shipped but alas you have to go into the store for that. This place has so much to offer besides sweet treats, they have everything NC. Definitely worth a stop, you will not be disappointed.

Great shopping center near downtown Winston Salem. I love the variety of shops like Kilwins, Trader Joes, Outdoor Provision, Chick-fil-A, Moe's, Dewey's, and more. This shopping area is well lit and safe at all times of day and they also have ♿ handicap accessible ramps, parking spots, and restrooms throughout.

Thruway Shopping Center has been a staple in Winston-Salem for as long as I can remember. While the stores have changed over time, the vibe, style and eclectic mix of shopping, highlights that there is something for everyone at Thruway Shopping Center. I highly recommend a stop at Dewey's Bakery for a sweet taste of homemade pride and history. For the adventure Lovers, I recommend Outdoor Provisions. For the sophisticated lady, you have to stop by White House Black Market and Talbot's. Of course there is always Trader Joes. I'd go on, but you'll just have to stop by and see it all for yourself.

My favorite place in the shopping center is Dewey‘s bakery I travel 43 miles just to get there.

I went to the FedEx store. I was able to fax some important paperwork for insurance. Easy to use. Helpful employees. Easy in and out. Printed confirmation fax and receipt. And on my way!

This shopping center has a lot of good shops to go to. Close to shopping has a steak house called flemmings which I hear from other people it is good but I never been. They also have PF changs in this area to which has good Chinese food, but both places are a bit expensive.

Went to my favorite place. Trader Joe's. I love this store. They are so friendly and helpful. I went there once a long time ago when my Mom and sisters came to visit . This lady and I were talking and I was telling her they were coming in and she went and handed me a bouquet of flowers that were on sale. She told me that she hoped it would bring smiles to everyone's face. That was so awesome. They will always get five stars from me. Their food is great too.

Parking is horrible and narrow spaces and T-Mobile has decided to post No Fire Arms only problem is they did no follow the law to post it and put it down in the lower right window. Not in a conspicuous place being there us a sign outside the door that blocks that area out of even a child's view! The law plainly states that it be posted in a conspicuous place at eye level not down at the side walk! You can see in the picture the edge of the sign I had to move to the the picture!

Beat bakery, been here since I can remember. The best place to get Hot Cross Buns before Easter.

This is a very clean shopping center. Easy in and out plus great parking.

An interesting mix of rich folks, hippies, the dregs of society and a couple homeless parking lot stalkers tossed in for good measure (they all need gas money to get to Greensboro). Quite the melting pot.

I love Thruway shopping center I went there to get a smoothie at the juice bar for my daughter. It took them less than 5 minutes to make it. She loves them!

Trader Joe's is a great place to shop....lots of organicsand healthy options

Great quality businesses but avoid around Christmas and black Friday.

Has a variety of stores. Some really great ones like Trader Joe's, Hanes Outlet store (great under & outerwear) Dewey's Bakery that cannot be beat by any bakery anywhere, shoe stores, just a good variety! I personally have been shopping there over 50 years & they keep up with the times.

Well what a great property This is. Is aged like fine wine and she's gone through so many changes over the years but still remains a great property. Easy in and in and out. Access and safe and secure

This property has been around for a long time. It has aged gracefully. It is still valid as if it were built for today. Front parking for the store are cramped and many changes however the style and it is known for have not changed. Newer properties lack the character that this property has going for it. For myself I look forward to it's aging further and it's changes.

One of the oldest shopping centers in Winston but it still remains a vibrant one. There are some great stores and restaurants. During good weather, the whole center is hopping. You can tell that the clientele is middle to upper middle class. It feels relatively safe but I would still say stay aware as you move from store to store.

Thankful this place is starting to thrive again. Looking forward to the old Steinmart space getting filled!?

I visited the carving board establishment, the people are friendly and the food is outstanding. The items are a bit pricey, they need more specials or deals.

This is the posh shopping center, so I don't hit many stores, but Trader Joe's and Dewey's are enough to make it my favorite shopping center. (Now if Toys & Co would come back.)

Ate at Chopt. First time there. Great salad! Fantastic variety of stores.

Parking lot is a nightmare, so have patience and pay attention to other drivers and pedestrians. I can not say enough about the wonder legend of Dewey's Backery! Trader Joe's is great too.

Nice shopping center overall, other businesses on site can create a traffic nightmare.
