review
is
only
based
on
the
office
manager
and
receptionist.
I
have
never
written
a
bad
review,
but
learning
others
need
to
know.
I'm
sure
that
the
dentist
is
absolutely
amazing
which
is
why
I
left
three
stars
here.
I
would
have
booked
due
to
her
reviews,
but
decided
not
to
based
on
customer
service
I
got.
When
calling
my
first
time
I
was
in
the
middle
of
going
over
their
rates
with
the
receptionist,
I
got
cut
off
by
what
sounded
like
a
podcast.
Called
right
back
with
no
answer.
I
was
not
called
back
for
several
hours,
but
only
because
I
left
a
voicemail
asking
for
a
call
back.
I
should
have
been
called
back
right
away.
I
called
back
again
an
hour
later
to
the
office
manager
who
answered
and
she
told
me
she
had
an
opening
this
Thursday.
I
was
trying
to
tell
her
I
only
have
one
car
and
my
wife
would
need
to
use
it
at
the
time
she
proposed,
she
cut
me
off
and
kept
pushing
for
me
to
schedule.
I
tried
to
re-explain
my
situation
and
why
I
can't
make
it
at
that
time
and
she
cut
me
off
mid
sentence
around
three
times.
I
finally
asked
for
her
to
please
let
me
speak.
Then
she
understood
why
that
wouldn't
work.
I
then
called
back
today
to
schedule
and
was
put
on
hold
for
a
very
long
time.
I
might
be
having
too
high
of
expectations,
but
this
should
not
be
the
initial
experience
for
a
new
patient.
