I am at a loss for words at how awful my experience was and always is. I am only giving one star because even though the doctor is nice, it doesn’t excuse the disrespect the office has for my time. I had been waiting for almost 2 hours just to speak to the doctor for 2 minutes. The past 3 appointments I had waited over an hour and had seen other patients arrive after me get called back before me. After I complained no one wanted to take accountability. The doctor said she didn’t make the schedule and the receptionists had another excuse. Absolutely disappointing clinic.

The doctor waited a long time to see you, the rest provided excellent care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sheela now for almost 8 years! He is always so patient with me and my many questions! At times it can be a lengthy wait in the office, but I know it’s because he takes his time with all his patients. I love the office staff at this location, they are always so warm and friendly no matter how busy it gets! He is very resourceful and strives to find the root cause of the issues. I also appreciate the fact he allows me to take an active part in my health.

I enjoy seeing Dr Narvaez but I am not sure if it's this location but the past few times with an appointment I have waited anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. I understand things back up especially if it's just one Dr but the front staff is not advising patients that it looks like there might be long wait times to see the Dr even with an appointment. My suggestions would be to advise patients to check in on the app for those who have access to do it. This would Dave time for the first desk people who need to verify personal information. I thought the check in process was fast and easy to use. I think this office lacks on how to communicate to the patients about the importance of using technology today to help the check in process for appointments. Maybe also easy follow-up concerns could be done via online as well.

Worst experience ever, first doctor visit lasted 5 minutes. After my procedure was done I didn’t even go back to get my results because of that poor service. Yet, I received three separate bills from the office which was totaled at 988 dollars. Mind you i have two health insurance policies and had already paid $150 copay the day of the procedure. Pay attention to your claims folks! Pay real good attention. Priciest claims for a simple endoscopy! SMH

Consultation appointment before my colonoscopy, waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor for 10 minutes. Facility on Dean was a little more punctual with the appointment although it was about another 2 hour wait, they did say in advance that wait time and procedure would be about 4 hours. I called the office in Winter Garden today to reschedule my post procedure and am going to end up canceling it as I’ve now been on hold for over 40 minutes. This office and their staff are extremely disorganized. I’m not sure if they are overbooked or understaffed but either way we will not be back. Terrible customer service!!!!!! Edit: it ended up being 62 minutes on hold and didn’t get though until I called back and said I was a new patient that someone picked up immediately…hmmmmm!!!

I love the reception area and the office is so bright. Makes me feel good as I'm not feeling well. Dr's are nice and they were concerned w my health.

Had my appt this morning n I'm happy to say that that I had a great experience. After reading all the negative reviews I'm glad I went. Office staff was very friendly n helpful. Very short wait time n Dr. Sheela answered all my questions.

My God, my appointment was at 11, I arrived half an hour early and it's 12:41 and they still haven't attended to me, and the only thing they tell me when I ask is, you are the next to be attended to... what a lack of respect towards people's time, I do not recommend it, it is better that they look for another place so that they can be attended to at the time they schedule their appointment!!!!

If I could I would give them 10 stars. Pleased with all your attention. The doctor is very responsible and professional. Doctor Atiqq recommended. The wonderful nurses. The clean place. All bilingual and concerned so that I had no doubts. Very communicative. God bless you and thank you
