    Waited literally stuck in the Drive-Thru for 50 minutes and still no service. I had already placed my order on the mobile app and now I have to call the store and cancel the order. The literal worst McDonald's in the area don't ask me why I even stopped there again. Went to the next one down the road they were easily 5 times busier and they had my order in 2 minutes. I had my food in less than 15 minutes. Winter Garden, worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life.

    Currently writing this as I’ve sat at the drive through order station for going on 19 minutes now. Long line gathering behind me (most of them leaving). Was told “I’ll be with you shortly” about 10 minutes ago. Have been sitting here long enough to listen to 6 full songs and write this review. Failure of a fast food joint.

    Wowww Very Quick & Friendly Service😱😱 I pulled in and did a mobile order for 3 people at 4:18 PM and the food was brought out literally 2 minutes later at 4:20 PM. The cherry on top was it was brought out by a kind, cheeful, welcoming, & thoughtful crew member named Nawjan! Thanks so much Nawjan.

    I disappointed because I bought a drink and once I was going to refill my drink the counter said they don’t do refills for regular lemonade. There is nothing saying that on the restaurant and they were rude when I asked even made fun of me with his coworkers just because I asked a lemonade refil. The manager was the one who did that.

    If I could give zero I would, this has been consistently the worst McDonald’s you can go to in the area, they choose when they want to take orders and when to stop dinner orders, it’s not because of short staff and they never turn the app ordering off whenever they are very much capable of halting mobile orders if they WILL MOT ACCEPT THEM. Just close already if you weren’t in such a good spot for business you would never get it. Go to literally ANY of the THREE McDonald’s that are almost right next door to this one . You won’t regret it. Even when you get the food it’s the worst, soggiest, terrible food but I mean it’s also McDonald’s lol. Have fun wasting your time and money attempting to go here

    Ordered 4 piece happy mean for my son cause we had a 20 min trip to Clermont, oncewe get there i asked him os he ate his nuggets during the drive he said no and when i look at the nugget container it had one sausage patty in it. Who makes a mistake like that?

    McDonald's and DoorDash Review: Inconsistent Orders Every time I order McDonald's through DoorDash, I encounter recurring issues. The orders often have missing items or are delivered incorrectly. This inconsistent experience has impacted my satisfaction with the service. Manager, are you there?

    Horrible they can never get your food right playing aroundcwith each other had to tell them four times this is not my order I just paid you 50.00 one bag and one coke is not correct after 4 times I just asked for my money back. You should get some diversity in here and a good manager on duty that pushes these kids.

    Did online order with drive thru pickup. After sitting in drive thru for 10 mins and no movement went inside. Was told by the cashier who I later found out was the manager that she did not know if she could find the order because pick up was at the drive thru. 25 mins later, order was still not ready, I was told she had no sweet tea and they are still working on the order. Asked for a refund which I got, no thank you or apology. Lousy and rude servuce

    Frys are always cold. To much salt. And I've worked in fast food.. especially since the pandemic you should be extra careful. After putting my hands in the bag and tasting my frys, I informedthem the frys aren't fresh. The manager came to the window ask for the frys back. I gave them to her and told her she should not take food back throught the window. It's not sanitary. And she should have known. This. Even if she throw it in the garbage, she just contaminated the other order. She did not wash her hands, after touching the bag. Just think, I could have the flu sneezing, anything just something to think about.

    I last review this restaurant as a great place to grab good fresh fash food. I know retract my last statement, the employees are ill mannered, rude, and the food is old, dried out, and left out. Down right nasty. I believe this is due to management's fault of letting the behavior or the employees and/or the quality of the food to go down hill. People we need to better than this.

    Not giving her two star for atmosphere because it was bad. That was in the dry fruit and services. Excellent food is McDonald's. So yeah there you go. Last minute stop on the same side of the road. Normally never do that

    It is always a challenge to order or get the right order/brand quality at this place. After struggling multiple times at the drive-through with more than needed wait time, orders 90% wrong when you get it, I decided to go inside and use the automated kiosks. Last time only one kiosk was operational, nice way to use technology and not maintaining it. Food quality is hit or miss… unfortunately more on the miss side… It is sad because clearly it is an issue at this place and not an overall review of the brand itself. Management and corporate should pay more attention to customers issues and food/service quality. Increasing prices and minimum wage is one thing based on the economy, nevertheless, decreasing quality and employees involvement/service is a different story that is hard to accept for the price.

    App never works at this location. Even when attempting to claim points from a previous receipt, you'll get a "no internet connection" response. Any other location, not one issue.

    This location had great service in the drive-thru. We ordered by mobile, went to pick it up within 5 minutes and everything was ready. Grab and go since you pay in advance by mobile also. Food was good, got typical cheeseburger and fries. Can never go wrong with those!

    Not open 24hrs. And late at night you'll be lucky if you get someone who can take your order with enough proficiency to get it right and not take forever making it! But mornings are best here, fresh fast!

    The slowest, most disorganized second shift on the planet. The split drive through never works, you WILL be skipped as they take people out of order. The employees will routinely walk away and ignore both ordering boards for over five minutes at a time. I've spent over 30 minutes in the drive through here. Avoid it like the plague.

    We went to this location on a Saturday. Self kiosks we’re not working, none of them. All the tables were dirty, no napkins or hand sanitizer available on the saloon for us to clean the table. Luckily we had some wipes to clean and eat there. Staff and food were good!

    ⚠️⚠️⚠️DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️This place should be taken care by different staff. I've been 2 times recently and the time customers have to wait in the car line it's INSANE. The first time I waited 45 mins to get to the lady who takes payments, which is always someone very rude, who doesn't even tell you anything nice at all. Then you move to the people who give you the order and it's always WRONG! and when you ask them for things you're missing, they look at you like they want to hurt you, for 3 orders of chicken mcnuggets I asked for BBQ sauce and they give you ONLY ONE, and when you ask for more, they again look at you like you asked them for free money. This place is crazy, has been always have very bad management, the worst service!! Ohhh and to add up, " the ice cream machine has been broken for more than 5 months" clowns!

    I just waited an hour in line here to get no service or even an acknowledgement that there was anyone waiting at the speaker. Even if there is some emergency happening someone should have let people know what was going instead of forcing people to wait in line for over an hour I couldn't even get out because the line wrapped around the whole store and not moving at all

    My order was wrong, but I can't complain! I ordered a small fry and got a medium. I ordered a small drink and they gave me a large cup. I pointed this out and they said to keep them. Really friendly and smiley people!

    I drove off and left my meal on Tuesday morning went back Thursday and the young man at the window remembered me and the manger got me my meal. The young man also made sure I received a hot fresh cheese danish.. Overall it was a great experience

    Ordered on the app to pick up at the drive thru. It was a post shift mid night trip. Spent a full 30 minutes waiting in line. The food was typical McDs, the wait was impossible to understand. They had dozens of drive-offs as customers simply gave up. I didn't have a lot of options, so I stayed. Would never repeat this trip, should have simply written off the early wait and gone home.

    Haven't had a problem with getting exactly what I ordered but anytime i go at night through the drive through? It's way too long. They take one person's order and don't take the next until that one person's order has been paid for made and they left. 6 or 7 car line takes about 45 minutes. See a lot of employees in there but still takes almost 10 minutes per vehicle.

    I don’t know what happened to this place. No customer service. This place is a reflection of their management for sure. Never have ice cream lol. Al’s ways wrong size cups. Can’t use rewards here. WRONG FOOD ALWAYS. Cold nasty fries. Just a complete mess

    Slowest service imaginable. I will make an active effort to guide people away from this particular establishment. Going out of your way is really a better option (anywhere out of your way.. 25 miles away is faster)

    What can I say about McDonald's? McDonald's has good food where you can get it in a hurry . The food was good and hot the apple pie was so delicious and my Moms Coca-Cola and My Sprite had just right amount of ice and it tasted so good on that hot day. Thank you McDonald's for such a good lunch today

    Horrible service. Ordered in the Drive-Thru and they asked me to pull into one of the parking spots to wait on my order. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally walked inside to inquire on the status of my order. The employee didn't even look up or acknowledge my presence. I asked how much longer my order would be, without checking, she responded "I don't know ma'am. We're having staffing issues". I asked if she could check. She then tried to hand me someone else's meal. I told her it wasn't my order. Come to find out they had given my order out already. So, without an apology, she remade my order. I 100% understand staffing issues, but her attitude was the problem.
