After being a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A and spending thousands of dollars at this location alone only to be told by the OWNER Adam not to come back because apparently it is my fault they cannot consistently provide fresh food that looks like the pictures on the screen. The chicken is either over cooked and dark dark brown or the bread is hard. There is a reason they are short staffed and nobody wants to work at this particular Chick-fil-A I believe it is due to the owner Adam. I mean after all I am not asking for anything out of the ordinary just for my food to come out fresh not soggy not oily and certainly not dark brown chicken that looks like it was left in old oil. There are several other Chick-fil-A‘s in the vicinity to me that would be happy to consistently prepare an order to a loyal customer what Adam is doing at this Chick-fil-A location should be considered a crime and Chick-fil-A should pull his operating license or be replaced ASAP!!!

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers delicious chicken sandwiches and outstanding customer service. The staff is always courteous, efficient, and attentive, making every visit a pleasurable experience. Don't forget to try their irresistible waffle fries and creamy milkshakes while you're there! This fast-food restaurant truly stands out from the rest.

Great food as usual. Unfortunately, their management is rude. Specially Brittany Ives who is very racist and claims not to understand people just because they have an accent. You could even see the way she treats her employees who are not white. Chik-fil A do better

I’m so sick of the inconsistency of the food at this location. Pay extra for large fries and they barely fill the box 1/4 of the way full. The spicy chicken filet has a weird texture like it’s not cooked enough. Fries are soggy and food is just generally cold which is odd since they are always busy. Must make too much and then just let it sit there too long. A large soda will be 3/4 full of ice. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. Don’t know why people hype this place so much when it isn’t even good.

This place is always good. Fast, friendly service and their food is always good. The chicken tortilla soup is the best on these chilly days.

I went to the new location on New Independence this morning at 10:20AM and asked for grilled nuggets. I was told that they weren't serving them yet. I recognize they were still serving breakfast but I routinely come to this location and they are always able to accommodate me. So knowing that I canceled the order at New Independence, drove 5 minutes to this location and I have my grilled nuggets!! They are the best.

12/1/2023 Maybe I was in a bad mood due to other variables in my day but this was the worst Chick fil A experience I've had. The staff was not attentive. The bathroom was disgusting. And the other patrons, which is not in the restaurant's control, I know, all seemed to be only concerned with themselves. I had multiple staff look at me while I waited to get some sauce but then not actually engage. I will say the food was fine once we got it and we didn't have to wait too long either, it just wasn't the experience I've come to expect when getting Jesus chicken.

Chick-fil-A stands out for its consistently high-quality fast food and exceptional customer service. Their chicken sandwiches, always juicy and flavorful, are a must-try. I like the clean and welcoming atmosphere of their restaurants, combined with their efficient service, makes for a delightful dining experience.

The last few times the food was a little cold but since is a Christian place I always give another chance :) and all the 4 stars are for the lemonade and the honey bbq sauce! Haha :)

Always a pleasure here. Whether coming from a baseball game or just hanging out with the family and friends, this place never disappoints. Quick service even in curbside.

The place is pleasant, although it has a very simple, almost Spartan decoration. It has a good indoor playground, which helps when you have small children. We visited on a busy day but didn't wait long for the order. Nothing was bad, but I had better expectations, given the fame of the place. Either way, it's worth what you pay.

I am leaving this feedback here in hope to get someone from the upper leadership to take measures to correct the situation at this location. It has been 3 days and no one contacted me to at least refund us the money. On May 23rd I ordered some food for my kids via drive thru. One of the coworkers approached my car and spilled the frosted watermelon mint lemonade over my car window. They come to the car I guess to move faster in the line. The driver seat, door and of course myself got dirty. The lady just brought some napkins, wet wipes and disappeared. I asked the worker to call a manager and obviously she did not do it. Long story short, I managed to call a manager by myself. The manager, Krystal first told me that she would bring me a form to complete about the incident. I had to wait for her in the car for several minutes and then she came with a regular white paper where she wrote some questions - so no form. It was clear how important this paper would be. The manager offered to bring fresh food since during all this incident and everything after took so long that my kid’s food got cold. She brought us “fresh food” with the old receipt on top of the fries. The chicken on sandwich was cut ( I guess to check for the food temperature) and the chicken nuggets and fries were cold. They remade just the frosted drink which was a regular one not the one I initially ordered. I understood that she just brought us the same food back. I contacted the customer care and asked the case to be escalated. My kids did not touch the food since I did not trust what they could have done to it. It was not fresh for sure, even the paper bag was the same. I left the place disappointed and disgusted I will not recommend anyone that specific place due to people who work there and how they handle these type of situations.

Chick-fil-A is always known for its outstanding food, service, and family-friendly atmosphere. I walked into the store and saw the missing man table. As a veteran, it brought a tear to my eye as I remember seeing them whenever I was in a military dining facility. I am so thankful for care and respect put into recreating this touching honor for the fallen and missing Service Members that have sacrificed for this country. Thank you.

It’s ChickFilA. The service and food are fairly consistent. I always order in the app and do curbside pick up because the drive thru at this location is extremely busy. It’s a great option for a meal in a hurry. They have gotten my order wrong a few times and someone always reaches out to make it right. I’m a signature member and appreciate the rewards I receive throughout the year for my bday or just because.

I can eat Chick-fil-a when any other fast food upsets my stomach. The food is good with healthy options and the drive thru service is excellent!

Usually good at this location, but today was not! Waited awhile in drive thru line, normal, to then leave with multiple items missing: salad, crackers, napkins, utensils. Then, waffle fries were cold, which shouldn’t happen with how busy they were! Also, one of the drinks was only 3/4 full:( This is frustrating because now you have to navigate back through the congested parking, to park and walk in to the restaurant to satisfy your original order! Ugh!

This particular Chick-fil-A was horrible. Service was good but the chicken nuggets were dry and nasty. I couldn't even chew it. I said fresh off the fryer but it was not fresh. Like it had been sitting under the heat lamp a long time. It was very bad. The fries were cold in under a minute. They were not really hot. It was overall nasty. First bad experience at Chick-fil-A, ever. I should have known it was not a location when there were no cars in the drive thru and only one other person inside. This is not normal for Chick-fil-A.

A++ For being awesome when it counts! Here in Winter Garden, there is no shortage of food or fast food. Chik-fil-a is nestled in between a gas station and another fast food establishment, also being across the street of a whole plaza a other food choices. Like most places you go, lunch hour is rush hour .. and fast food is not necessarily fast. That is unless you are coming here, it’s super fast and efficient. The lines, the cones, and all the people guiding you through is a great experience. When I pulled up, the line was already wrapped around the building. But… they also had five employees taking orders as you pulled up. I didn’t count the minutes I was there, but I got my order in, paid.. and by the time I rolled to the window.. order was up! Anyways.. having the same number of staff all day versus putting people in place when you need it, makes a big difference.. Thank you everyone there that didn’t make me late and got my order correct.

It’s always so refreshing getting fast food and encountering people with smiles on their faces. Always great customer service. Personally I’m not super into their chicken but my toddler loves the nuggets. The mac n cheese and salads are my go to.

This location is always super busy, but I like the fact that they have staff outside taking your orders which speeds up the process and the overall experience This Chick-fil-A is located right across the street from the Winter Garden Village. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, and the food quality has not disappointed us yet. We typically don’t eat fast food, but when we do, we eat at Chick-fil-A.
