Cozy burger 🍔 joint next to City Hall. Very clean, staff was very helpful in explaining the menu. Delicious food. 💯% recommend this location ❤️.

The food was not hot. the burgers were dry and overcooked the bacon was also hard and burnt. Nothing was fresh you can taste a fresh burger and trust me it was not fresh. They have kids (they could be 18yrs old kids) cooking in the kitchen and they have a look on their faces that they just don't care at all. I can't understand why but the Winter Garden FL location has kids hanging out after school not buying anything just hanging out and being very rude one kid was sleeping on the table. It's only a matter of time before this location closes down unless corporate sends in secret shoppers to see what's going on and cleans this place up. We will NEVER go back... We should have gone to 5 guy's. I also told them how bad the food was and they gave me a $30 gift card and asked to please come back and give them a 2nd chance. I gave that gift card to a homeless man on the street. Also, when did 2 burgers and fries and 2 drinks turn out to cost $50? That's is out of control over priced $$$$

Good basic fast food burger. Staff was friendly, service was quick and accurate. If we had one where I lived would come back when I want a good, quick burger.

One of the worst experiences/meals I've ever had. The kitchen was chaotic, no organization, very unsanitary. Every order that came up was incorrect or missing items. Meals were cold. Manager and employees were taking orders, answering phones, and then cooking with same gloves. Food tasted absolutely horrible. Onion ring was outer shell of onion, tried tearing with my teeth and pulling apart, wasn't edible. Even showed manager it wouldn't even come apart. It was as if they were use to complaints, didn't phase them. Also, we placed 4 orders and just about everyone of us was sick the next day. This place needs to be shut down.

Amazing place to eat by yourself or with the family. The members are very professional and welcoming and the food is always on time. My only complaint is the fact that I live close and can’t eat there every day.

My family and I were there for the golf cart parade. We stopped at Burgerfi to have some dinner and have to say, it was delicious. They were super busy, line out the door but the service was impeccable and food was amazing. We had the junior burgers, fries, shake, and wine. Have to say the fries are the best fries I have ever had. Will definitely be back. Great job burgerfi for your prompt service and amazing customer service.

My food was amazing ! The staff is very friendly. It was my first time there and they help me decide which option was best for me because I am vegan! That burger was sooooo juicy! The fries were crispy. The staff checked on me at my table to assure I enjoyed my meal! I will definitely be back to this location.

I must start by saying the food was very good. The place was crowded yet my food was out fast and hot. The GM Maseka had her team working together in making sure that all the customers were served fast. Watching her praise her team was also a pleasure to see.

Brandon was so friendly as a server. I really like the gluten free bun option. We love the Urban style fries and the outdoor sunset view while we sit and eat our savory burgers.

amazing customized service! took my out of state friend here on a whim after exploring downtown and just had an amazing meal. the cashier kyara was so knowledgeable and recommended me the new bbq burger and it was delicious! The staff seemed like they all loved working with each other!

I had the most amazing experience today when I came into burgerfi, I was immediately greeted by the cashier named Alexa and since it was my first time she helped me out with recommendations. The burgers were juicy and the urban style fries were even better. Definitely recommend this place Alexa was awesome!!

Sarah took my order and was very attentive to make sure I was well served. After I was done she came to my table and asked if everything was ok and picked up my tray because I was done. Great customer service and great athmosphere.

This is my first time eating at a BurgerFi, and I am really sorry I waited so long! Easily one of the best burgers I have had in a while. Their fries and onion rings are tasty as well, and all of our food was served hot!

Great food and decent prices. The menu was vibrant and offered a great selection. The only issue I had was the manager or District manager, not sure, decided to counsel the staff right on the restaurant floor in full view of the customers. Her reason was valid but it should have been a back of house conversation, as I saw a good deal of the staff looking around and seeing the customers staring.

Thien: He is an excellent worker. Very nice and welcoming. Always makes sure we are satisfied with our orders. I highly recommend this BurgerFi and will come back!

Shout out to Shonda! She was so slammed with mobile orders but took time to serve everyone in a pleasant way. I had asked multiple times for sauerkraut (I'm pregnant and that's literally all I wanted). The kitchen was only giving out the standard small cup but Shonda went above and beyond not only to get me a large size but to walk it to my table. The service absolutely made my night! I cannot thank you enough for the amazing care.

Ordered on Uber eats this evening and it was my first time trying BurgerFi. Even though I got a beyond burger it was still full of flavor and very yummy! Definitely will be a returning costumer.

2 ⭐⭐ because the food really disappointed. The Burger had this very pale stale grey color, a bit luke warm, and did NOT taste fresh. The young lady who took our oder seemed new to the team. She was super sweet and very customer service efficient, so she's the reason I put stars, but the food is why we went.

I love that they now have vegan buns to go with the Beyond burgers! I got my meal much faster than expected. Of the Burger Fi establishments I have been to, this one was by far the cleanest, least crowded (a good thing since I don't like that atmosphere), & also the most welcoming. Extra thanks to Jacob for taking our order and being very kind!

First time at Burger Fi and was not disappointed! The restaurant is clean and modern. Ezekiel was a gem and expertly recommended the fantastic veggie burger with urban style fries. Great meal and great customer service!

Had the veggie burger today and it was fantastic. Lots of flavor and good consistency. I also got the parm fries and let me tell you, they’re soooo good. You have to try this place out. The customer service was above and beyond for a burger joint. The ladies there went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard.

Ryan is an amazing she was courteous, friendly and took our order quickly and made sure we had everything needed for our order. Sometimes it’s just about good service and a smile she exuded both. 😁

Food as great as the service! Ordered bogo beers and they let me wait till the first was finished before bringing the second to ensure freshness of my drink rather than let them warm up like other restaurants. Highly recommend. Amazing food and incredible service!

Good location in Orlando (Winter Garden), fast food, and excelent costumer service, burgers and onion rings. The milk-shake was ok. Lots of places to seat in and outside.
