My
dog
had
an
appointment
at
8am
and
when
I
showed
up
to
the
store
they
were
still
closed
for
another
hour.
I
figured
the
groomers
were
just
on
different
hours
but
I
couldn't
see
anyone
inside.
I
had
to
go
to
the
vet
to
ask
them
to
let
me
in
and
the
lady
was
kind
and
walked
me
through
the
store
to
the
groomers
side.
I
went
inside
the
groomers
area
where
no
one
was
and
waited
around
for
a
few
minutes.
I
stepped
outside
to
see
if
maybe
someone
was
in
the
store
that
could
help
me
and
saw
no
one.
Since
the
store
was
still
closed
I
didn't
want
to
walk
around
to
look
for
help
in
the
dark.
Finally
someone
came
in
the
store
and
asked
me
if
anyone
was
at
the
groomers
in
which
I
replied
no.
The
lady
finished
her
personal
phone
call
before
helping
me,
she
then
called
the
stylist
and
asked
where
she
was
and
told
her
that
she
had
a
client.
The
lady
at
the
counter
did
not
explain
anything
to
me
and
said
she
would
take
my
dog.
We
went
over
the
details
of
the
appointment
and
she
told
me
they
would
call
me
when
he
was
ready
about
3-4
hours.
At
12
I
still
did
not
receive
a
call
and
I
tried
to
call
to
get
an
update
but
there
was
no
answer,
I
drove
to
the
store
and
when
I
walked
in
I
could
see
my
dog
was
in
the
middle
of
getting
a
hair
cut,
this
was
4.5
hours
after
dropping
him
off,
mind
you
my
dog
is
less
than
20
pounds.
I
asked
when
he
would
be
ready
and
she
asked
for
another
15
mins.
You
could
instantly
tell
she
was
in
a
rush
to
wrap
up
the
session.
I
was
in
a
hurry
to
leave
as
I
had
to
get
to
work.
Once
we
got
home
you
could
see
the
hair
cut
was
very
choppy
and
he
still
had
hair
all
over
him
from
the
cut.
It
looks
like
I
gave
him
a
haircut
in
my
car
with
how
much
left
over
hair
there
was.
My
dog
does
not
shed
so
I
know
it
wasn't
from
him
previously.
I
spend
6
months
a
year
in
this
area
and
we
are
preparing
to
head
home,
next
year
I
will
not
be
returning
here.
