If I could rate this location as a 0 I would. Very disappointed in their willingness to help me and my situation. I arrived at this location due to a gynecological issue that I was dealing with. I was told by the front desk staff that the most they could do for me is a urine sample???? What is the point of an urgent care if they are unable to address particular circumstances???? I was told my best option would be to go to the hospital. As a former employee of Advent Health, I am not impressed. Such a waste of my time, and what a lack of care. DO NOT COME HERE. You’re better off going to the minute clinic at CVS. As a new comer to the Winter Haven area (originally from Orlando) this place is ghetto and far from professional. Seek care elsewhere, because they’re going to steer you somewhere else anyways.

She has to know this review was coming! The woman at the front desk (sits on left) with the awful attitude needs to be fired! Standing in line for the 2 "appointments" that I made online. I noticed the lady in front of me became having words/aggravated with the woman behind the desk, after a few minutes walked out in a huff. Unfortunately, I was next. The woman is now leaning over to the other lady to brag about her actions. I hear her say, "I was about to tell her" in a very aggressive way, shoulders moving, she was proud of herself. My turn....I introduced myself and the 2 "appointments" I made for my Granddaughters "it's NOT an appointment and your wait can be up to 2 hours" I said I did not see that online when I made the "appointment" again before I could finish my sentence she interrupts me again to say "Yes it is" I said "Obviously, I did not see that" "Well it's there! She said it to me 3 times, louder each time. She is one of those that has to have the last word and even that is condensing. I told her how rude she is and that she is not representative of Advent Health. This is after telling me I have to pay upfront, I asked, what if I can't wait the 2 hours? "Then I won't put you on the schedule to be seen". I'm still working my "kill em with kindness" attitude. I asked in her "in your professional opinion looking at how many people were in the lobby did she think it would be", and before I could complete my sentence AGAIN I was told even louder "UP TO 2 HOURS!" I can not be the only person that has complaints about this woman, her rudeness is contagious, I know, I caught it! Take her off the front desk and a face of Advent, she shouldn't work with the public. Nobody walks through the door of a walk in clinic just to walk out!!

Waiting room time was decent. Professionalism from front desk was excellent. Got into the office in the back and you can hear all the employees in there chatting and playing around. Waited 2 hours for someone to come in and actually complete a Sports Physical (which takes no longer than 15-20 minutes). Business wasn’t even busy. Why call three people back at once if you can’t help them all ? Don’t have people sitting there for hours.

This urgent care is really great. I accompanied my aunt there on two occasions. The last time I was there a gentleman, I believe he said he was the manager offered us water and snacks. He gave this little girl a little juice. That was an extremely nice experience. This time around we were in and out fast.

New to the area. I did two school physicals on 8/11/2022 which they told me would be $35 each. I payed for both in the office but got bills a month later on 9/7/2022 for each physical being $95 and that I owe $60 for reach. Also took my daughter there for a urgent care visit on 8/25/2022. I was told they accept my insurance Humana. I got a bill in the mail for $200. When I called I was told the insurance was not processed . Staff at the center are very nice and service is efficient but their billing process is very stressful. I am still trying to get my bills sorted out with them. If it were not for the frustrating billing process I would have given a 5 star review.

I went in this morning as I was not feeling well. The assistant basically called the wrong name and instead of correcting herself, she looked at the receptionist as she was disgusted. When she completed my vitals, she left out the room and slam the door. It didn’t end there, the doctor or ARNP came in for two minutes and confirmed that what my complaint was indeed was true, but instead of saying I’ll have a prescription for antibiotics sent to the pharmacist I had to ask. To add on he let me leave out with no discharge paperwork, I had to turn around and wait for it. There is no sense of urgency and the friendliness is definitely not there. The facility is beautiful, the workers need to match. One thing I can say they know how to be smart mouths and laugh with each other.

I came into today for a DOT physical and even with how busy they were , Candice at the front desk had the best attitude a you couldn’t even tell from her expressions that you guys were busy! She told me have a seat an I would be seen quick as possible an before I know it I was already leaving. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

My son was vomiting all day, couldn't eat anything all day, everything he tried he threw up so I rushed to the Urgent Care and Dr. Glaser saw him and said he didn't look sick, that he may had a stomach bug but that he didn't think so. Didn't even checked if he was dehidrated after vomiting multipls times and he just rushed out the door. A total waste of time and money becauae now I have to take him to another doctor to check on him. We were still at the parking lot when he started vomiting again.

I cut myself last minute pretty bad and didn't want to go to the ER and wait 5hrs. Dr Glaser and Josue stayed after they were closed on a Sunday to make sure I was taken care of. The sutures were beautiful. They both deserve a raise!

I first wanted to say that this place is highly recommended!!! You do have a wait time but that is expected as this is an urgent care not a primary doctors office; there are many sick people and they do other services as well, so they have their hands full. Had such a great experience taking my father. The front desk ladies Tammy, Shanley, & Oriana were very professional & nice. Dr. G is the best doctor, fast & efficient! The nurses in the back Josue & Annie were very nice & the X-ray tech Roberto was very nice as well. We will be coming back in the future for any urgent care needs.

I went to Adventhealth Urgent care Cypress Gardens Blvd., Winter Haven, FL. today with a problem. Receptionist was friendly; checked me in with normal procedures, told me to have a seat and they would call me shortly. The wait was very short. I saw Dr Craig Glaser. I told him my problem and that I had the same symptoms before. He immediately told me the plan for treatment and I should see results in a few hours. I was given an injection in each hip and sent on my way. About 3 to 4 hours later there was tremendous improvement in my condition. I will gladly return to this facility should I need treatment again. I highly recommend Dr Glaser.

I had a wonderful experience here! I have been there twice when I can’t get into my regular Dr. The Staff is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable in your discomfort. I especially liked my nurse Annie who calmed me down, reassured me that I would be fine and explained to me about what was going to happen next. She was awesome and professional…just like the entire Staff!

The wait was a little longer than I would like other then that my visit was good they had water fountains a bathroom and a hand sanitizer in the lobby also a table and multiple chairs

Walked in at 6:30 p.m. the girl at the front said they were not seeing anymore patients due to already being at full capacity mind you I only seen to people in the lobby not saying they didn't have people in the back.She stated also because they were about to close at 8 p.m. and the wait time was very long. This is the 3rd time I try to be seen here in different occasions and on all of them I have been turned away due to wait time them specifically saying not to even wait, or because they are short staffed so they couldn't see anymore patients.

If you can go anywhere else, you should. The individual taking calls doesn't appear to know what this facility does or doesn't do. Called to make sure we didn't send a team member over AGAIN for a fit testing to be turned away because they don't have the staff. They told this individual to return on Sunday. Sunday we call to make sure all is well. The lady says "we don't do that". I said, "ma'am you do, we're contracted to have fit tests done at this site". To which she responds we do but you don't have to yell. No yelling occured, just an exchange of facts. If you're not sure, find out. Educate yourself, this is especially scary in a medical facility.

I am the wife of a patient that had been seen. Kira was amazing Did his vitals with a smile, Did his X-ray quickly Offered us water , and showed us the exit after the visit. She completely went above and beyond for us during this visit. Not many medical facilities do that anymore . We felt at home and at ease. We will definitely come again if we need to, I hope her smiling face and kind heart is there . Definitely an outstanding experience.

Candice at the front desk was very pleasant and cheerful. She was prompt and got me checked in right away. Annie got to work once we got called back and was very nice and professional. Great experience!

Fast and friendly service from everyone here. Dr. Glaser immediately put us at ease with his great sense of humor. He diagnosed my husband's problem quickly and effectively. Josue was the nurse who did the follow up care. Also had a superb attitude and humor, and he answered every one of our questions with patience and detail. A true 5* experience all around. We will be back for any future urgent care needs.

Came in to the urgent care to be seen. I was greeted with a smile from Candice at the front desk. She was professional and had a great attitude. The nurse Annie called my name in a timely fashion, and was just as professional. Highly recommend. Even with the clinic being busy I had a great experience. Doctor Ellis was amazing and a real joy to have.

As helpful as this place is, to sit in the waiting room for hours to get my toddler seen (I’m visiting my mom) is beyond ridiculous! I didn’t know you can check in and go home and call to see how long of a wait you have before your name is called! While waiting in a room with 3 families I was told it could be a minimum of 3 hours plus! Well, it was and then some! As people were coming in and asking how much longer until I get called and they were also calling to inquire! I’m sorry, if you are not in the waiting room when your name is called, you should get bypassed! No calling them to see if they are still interested in being seen! No! Absolutely not! I wish my telehealth worked down here, I would not have waisted 6 hours!

Had a 2pm appt today for my son. Upon booking it says to be there by 1:45pm. No problem. Got there at 1:45pm. Walk up to the counter to check my son in who is really sick and the ladies behind the counter tell me that there is a 2.5 hour wait even though we have an appt. That we could leave and come back in an hour. When I explained that was not an option because my son was really sick was pain in chest she could care less. I understand they maybe really busy but dam the lack of compassion they had was just gross. I have dealt with this place a number of times and never experienced this from them. Very disappointed especially when dealing with the sickness of a child. If you want compassion and caring do not go here. I canceled and took my son to the hospital.

Absolutely amazing staff and Dr! From the friendly greeting of the front desk staff, the nurses and Dr. Glaser himself, they were all awesome and sweet and truly care. We had gone to Winter Haven Hospital the night before and were treated horribly and basically dismissed. So the next morning I took my husband here to be see what was wrong and why he was in so much pain.Turns out he had slipped his disk in his lower back and had some swelling. I would highly recommend going here if you ever need to go to an urgent care.

First impressions…….lady at the front desk is rude. Barking orders at people like they are not human. I almost left because of her. Felt so bad I stayed. Everyone else was very nice and compassionate, that’s why I gave 3 stars. If the receptionist doesn’t like her job, she needs to find another one. She gives your entire clinic a bad name.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible service, unfortunately I have to give it a star which they don't deserve.
