She
has
to
know
this
review
was
coming!
The
woman
at
the
front
desk
(sits
on
left)
with
the
awful
attitude
needs
to
be
fired!
Standing
in
line
for
the
2
"appointments"
that
I
made
online.
I
noticed
the
lady
in
front
of
me
became
having
words/aggravated
with
the
woman
behind
the
desk,
after
a
few
minutes
walked
out
in
a
huff.
Unfortunately,
I
was
next.
The
woman
is
now
leaning
over
to
the
other
lady
to
brag
about
her
actions.
I
hear
her
say,
"I
was
about
to
tell
her"
in
a
very
aggressive
way,
shoulders
moving,
she
was
proud
of
herself.
My
turn....I
introduced
myself
and
the
2
"appointments"
I
made
for
my
Granddaughters
"it's
NOT
an
appointment
and
your
wait
can
be
up
to
2
hours"
I
said
I
did
not
see
that
online
when
I
made
the
"appointment"
again
before
I
could
finish
my
sentence
she
interrupts
me
again
to
say
"Yes
it
is"
I
said
"Obviously,
I
did
not
see
that"
"Well
it's
there!
She
said
it
to
me
3
times,
louder
each
time.
She
is
one
of
those
that
has
to
have
the
last
word
and
even
that
is
condensing.
I
told
her
how
rude
she
is
and
that
she
is
not
representative
of
Advent
Health.
This
is
after
telling
me
I
have
to
pay
upfront,
I
asked,
what
if
I
can't
wait
the
2
hours?
"Then
I
won't
put
you
on
the
schedule
to
be
seen".
I'm
still
working
my
"kill
em
with
kindness"
attitude.
I
asked
in
her
"in
your
professional
opinion
looking
at
how
many
people
were
in
the
lobby
did
she
think
it
would
be",
and
before
I
could
complete
my
sentence
AGAIN
I
was
told
even
louder
"UP
TO
2
HOURS!"
I
can
not
be
the
only
person
that
has
complaints
about
this
woman,
her
rudeness
is
contagious,
I
know,
I
caught
it!
Take
her
off
the
front
desk
and
a
face
of
Advent,
she
shouldn't
work
with
the
public.
Nobody
walks
through
the
door
of
a
walk
in
clinic
just
to
walk
out!!
