Absolutely terrible experience at this location, and I can tell it’s probably their norm. The workers have attitudes, and no customer service skills. Just downright rude young women working in there. So disrespectful for no reason over the speaker in Drive-Thru, and then rude at the window as well. They’re out of several things on the menu. Got our order wrong, which wasn’t even the bad part at all. Don’t work somewhere where you’re interacting with customers if you’re this rude and miserable. You can really make or break someone’s day. Remember that. Maybe do better when interviewing these ladies, or management needs to correct them when they hear the awful service. I was honestly shocked.

Team needs to be be trained. There was a line of 7 cars behind me and they had me wait for 5 minutes to order with. Then had me pull up to wait at door while no cars were behind me. 5/30/21 Last time I was here they had me pull up to the door as well, I sat there for 10 minutes and had to go inside because they forgot. Horrible service

The service at this location is absolutely horrible! The employee was extremely rude, and I'm talking about raising her voice, rolling eyes and throwing things attitude she sounded like she really hates her job and serving people, not sure why she would take this job then. We ask for the price for the two pints, she said "is the same as one", we ask for pralines and cream, she said we don't have any", is Wednesday so we asked for 3 of the free waffle cones with pralines and cream, she said "we don't have free waffle cones", I have a birthday coupon for the free kids scoop, she said, "I can't give it to you because system is down, you will have to pay cash", I said, is free, there's no payment due, she said, I still can't put it in the computer, didn't even wanted to take it or write it down to enter it later, nothing, she simply said "I can't, and slam the door", she simply didn't wanted to do her job. Now I understand why everyone that was on the line was leaving. We will never be back.

Please make sure your birthday cake is correct. I arrived to pick up my son’s birthday cake and discovered that it was not the correct cake! The owner only offered a 5% discount! No rectification! The owner had no compassion for the mistake his employee made. The only offer was to fire the kid employee! I thought that was wrong, I mean mistake are going to be made but as an owner he needs a better way of handling his business. I will no longer support this location!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever, didn’t have enough flavors either waffle cones… the cashier made us wait over 20 mins for a milkshake that taste so bad and it was watery. Please don’t waste your time over here. Drive a little further go to Coldstone or even Andy’s.

Excellent ice cream and top notch service. The staff were very helpful and curtious. My son was very happy with the ice cream quality. They have a decent selection of flavors and toppings. Great service with a smile, that describes the service here. You can also grab donuts and coffee if you wish because it is connected to a Dunkin Donuts

We went through drive through and was immediately meet with a ‘Ill be with you in a minute’. There were no other cars….waited 3 minutes! Coffee was ok

This Baskin Robbins has been going downhill for years. The last time I went, 4 years ago, I said will never go again., but I decided to try again now in case thing have changed. They have definitely change, but for worse. I've never been yelled at and have the window shut hard in my face just because the emoyee didn't want to work. She kept saying they were out of products, no matter how many different things we asked for, then said the system was down so only could take cash. We had cash and kept trying to order but she wouldn't help. We had a coupon for a free ice cream, she could have gotter the coupon number and enter it later, it was just a kid's scoop for God's sake, but no, that's when she started yelling, hitting things and shut the drive-thru window. Wosrt place in town and probably in all Florida.

Been coming to this place many, many, many times and I have never had any issues with the employees at all. They alway go above and beyond to make sure we get the order correctly…..I drive about 30 minutes for a pistachio sunday and a chocolate milkshake

The employees are watering down their milk shakes tremendously. It's so watered down that you hardly think there any ice cream inside it. Completely unacceptable. For the amount they charge I expect to receive an actual milk shake. Don't go here.

I don’t recommend.This is the worst experience I’ve honestly ever had, Me and my brother went to just go get a late night snack, and I was met by the rudest worker ever. She had a black bonnet on. She completely lost her temper, and had the worst attitude because I had requested a waffle cone. I was more than happy to pay, but she didn’t even give me an opportunity to speak as she continued to bash the idea that it could not be done without paying. The cone hadn’t even been made. After thinking, maybe it was because there were two more cars behind me. I attempted to go inside to pay the extra, but it was closed. I came back around and another lady was at the window. She was rude as well then lied when I asked about her coworkers name. I don’t appreciate being treated like I can’t even afford ice cream. I don’t appreciate being demeaned or spoken down to. After moving into the area, this was the first location I found, and came to. I am originally from New York, and not even there have I ever been treated this way. I am completely baffled. This is a location I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to, especially at night. I understand if someone is having a bad day, but there is no justification for treating others like garbage.

I am very pleased with my experience on 09/06/2023. The lady working the 12AM night shift demonstrated a great example of what exceptional customer service should look like. I wasn’t happy with my original order and she helped me out with no hassle or attitude and I haven’t seen that in a while. She went above and beyond and made my night ten times better. Thank you for your hard work and keep it up!!!

I ordered a Oreo Layered Sundae and received a cup with soft serve vanilla ice cream and a couple oreo pieces. I did not pay over $10 to get a half done dessert. For reference it should’ve been 3 scoops of cookies n cream ice cream, hot fudge, oreo cookie pieces and marshmallow topping. I also ordered a brownie sundae and the brownie tasted like it was a week old and my sister almost got sick because of it. I will not be going there again, I wish I could’ve gotten my money back but it was an online order.
