The front desk office staff and other office staff are very bad. I have called 4 times or more with no help. This has happened more than 3 times this year. I have held off on doing a review, but it is getting worse and worse. I don't know if there is a training issue or something like that, but the front desk staff needs some help. I can't be on the phone for 25 minutes or more to make an appointment, then to get nothing done. The email said the appointment was canceled, why ask me if I want the appointment canceled if the email states it is canceled. When I return calls to this office the front the front desk staff is lost. I love my dental hygienist Stacy, but other than that I am not happy with with the office staff. I have asked for the office manager one time, the person put me on hold for more than 25 minutes. So I disconnected, I didn't call back because I was pissed. I haven't been seen by Dr. Odom in over 4 years or about. I only saw him the very first time I went to this dentist which was 2018 or 2019. All they say is we are putting your x-rays on his desk and he will contact you. I have never heard a word from him.

Do yourself a favor and check your bill from Dr. Odom’s office, ours is always wrong. If you have dental insurance, make sure that the office staff charges you based on what your insurance will pay, not what they just assume your insurance will or will not cover. We have spent the past year fussing with them over the correct amount that we owe each time. I never had a problem with Dr. Odom, other than him bragging about how much money he makes and how many expensive items he owns. The dental work was always good, but the billing is always wrong. When I told them I talked to my insurance company they told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. It has been very frustrating and unfortunate because we did get good dental care there. But I’m tired of overpaying so I’ve switched to another dentist - whose billing is always correct.

I have a lot of health problems that effect teeth mainly dry mouth and diabetes. This is 2 years now the dentist hasn’t came in to check my teeth. He made sure he came in and checked my husbands but went around me. He went to every room I’m the only one he did not see. I will never go back. A dentist should come in once a year and have a look at your teeth with or without xrays. Not this one he has his favorite patients and I’m not one of them.

I have followed Dr. Odom from Bartow, to Dundee, and now Winter Haven. When I have tried other dentists, I have been disappointed. The hygenists are very nice. Dr. Odom is very gentle and does not want anyone to be in pain. He is patient and not condescending if you need a break during work or you move. He has always been willing to give another shot and wait if needed. I highly recommend him.

My first visit and I was very impressed. Front desk staff were very friendly. Danielle did a great job cleaning my teeth she was very nice and explained everything. Dr. Odom is great and also explained everything he was so friendly also. Just a great place with people who make you feel welcome.

Dr. Odom saw my husband (we were here on vacation) the same day I called. He was very professional and helped him. The whole office was friendly & helpful! Great experience!

He has been our family dentist for many years now; starting at his previous office. He and his staff have always been courteous, professional, helpful, and fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long term relationship with a quality dental office.

Had a filling come out. He was able to schedule me quickly and repaired the tooth. Excellent service and care. I was dreading finding a new dentist after mine retired but finding Dr Odom made the decision a lot easier.
