If I could rate a Zero I would . Absolutely the worst food yet . The Beef?? On Big Cheddar tasted water logged. The Fries weren't Crinkled Fries they were wrinkled Fries from being so cold the soda was flat no taste and they didn't add the slider for Baby . Wasn't worth driving back through traffic for We dumped it at the park down the road . . Arbys responded to the previous review with a link to their Customer care ..why bother when they don't respond back just blows you off . So when on these reviews you see a response from Arby's to contact them its purely lip service . We do not recommend this place to anyone .

Quality of food is declining. Employees have the I don't care attitude. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. They only got one sandwich right and my husbands large fry had less fries than my small. They apparently give you a large box without the large fry and upcharge it. The fries were old and cold. This is the second time this has happened and with only two sandwiches I would think that they could get it right.

If 0 stars were an option that would be my rating. Tonight was the 3rd time I’ve gone and gotten food here and it has been the absolute worse. 1st time I thought okay rough night. 2nd time I figured okay long night maybe for the crew working. However 3rd time I can’t justify. Every time I order I am either missing an item, it is completely wrong or just is horrible. I have given chance after chance with this location and have yet get sometime to be even the slightest enjoyable. Choose wisely.

If I could rate zero I would. Food was awful. Meat on Big Beef tasted soaked in water swollen yuck. Fries cold shriveled like left overs .Gave me a chicken gyro instead of Greek traditional and they didn't add the beef slider for baby .. Place had hardly anyone there but soo slow. Too far to drive back to ..We won't be back . Arbys responded to this review with a link to write a customer review but they do not respond back to it ..

We used to come a lot. It’s gotten so bad the service and the food. There always saying something is broken or they don’t have a lot of things.All they have there is teenagers not one adult. We sit down and I we here is bad words and gossip about what there doing everyday. I truly hate that they won’t fix this place cause Arbys was good at one point. If I could but a video up on there conversations while we sat there and ate you would be like wow. Please work on fixing your Store. This Arbys on 1625 3 rd street SW Winter Haven Fl.

Over 30 minute wait from receipt time to food in hand, absolutely ridiculous.... just watching others behind me get their food and leave or start eating while my kids just sat there and watched, and then once we got it, the food was cold, manager just shrugged me off,, others in the dining room agreed,, got told by one of the staff that they don't have a timer for dine in orders... apparently they need to add one. Hayden was the only one with good customer service 😒

Love Arby's. However ordered for delivery. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and 2 of the bacon ranch cheesecakes. Order totaled $38+. Received call they were out of steak so asked them to be replaced with 2 more beef & cheddar. Then was informed they were out of roast beef also. What?? So asked for 1 of their new hamburger that is $11. What I Received for an $11 burger was bread, 1 small patty, and cheese. Will never eat from this Arby's again. Went from my favorite restaurant to never again. Thanks:(

Many thanks to Elijah at the window! We were having a very hard day, as my mom just passed. The special-needs kids were acting up in the car and I was frazzled! Elijah took care of us. He was so warm and helpful. He deescalated my stress level and I'm just so grateful! He's helped us before, but this time his demeanor really helped. He looked me in the eye. Connected. Smiled. And made me feel much better. Our food was perfect that day, too! Thank you for having such good employees!

Good beef and cheddar sandwich. I got a strawberry lemonade , Wich taste very similar to Denney's but not as good . Convenient location somewhat. Clean inside . Long but short wait.minimal inside you can bring the bell 🔔. No milkshakes here. Would come again. Good parking . Nice employees. Very apologetic when our lemonade had a bit of a wait which was only like 2-5 minutes not bad.

Great staff. The manager was cute and the whole staff seem to get along really good. The sandwiches were excellent and just what I wanted. Certainly a better experience than the Arby's in Lakeland. (Hint hint - stay away from that one) at least if you go to the Arby's in Lakeland don't go through the drive-thru or have doordash deliver your food. You won't get what you ordered. Better to walk in the store. Anyway back to this Arby's, the manager and staff were excellent and help me download the app to get an extra sandwich for free.. at first they didn't want to touch my phone but one of the staff did and we all began giggling and getting each other about protocol and rules. Oops. Great staff and I'll go back whenever I can :-)

I couldn't hear so I pulled to the window to be told "I'm on a timer so if you're going to order then you need to hurry up and go" when there wasn't a single car behind me. Mercedes was rude and I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully,

Food took a long time to get they mainly concentrate on drive-thru and Uber Eats and all those online orders first before the people that go and sign order and want to dine in.

Did the Diablo Dare, but not fully due to not being a TikTok user. Great taste, with nice heat. No drink needed to complete. Will do again, and learn to post it with TikTok.

I spent over $30 for 2 people and was very specific about my order, employee repeated order twice and then we paid. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes... sadly upon arriving home finding that my sandwiches were absolutely wrong and I had even been charged extra for bun to be changed. No this place was not busy, no I didn't bother to go back due the time of the night and yes I did try to call, but not a person answered. So my fault for not checking order, but goodness sakes, not busy and waiting g for over 10 minutes...one would think that the order would be correct!!!!! Very upset that I wasted $30!!!! Will not go back again.

Tonight, Arby's did not "have the meat." They were out of roast beef. That is like KFC running out of chicken.. This happens at this location all the time. Used to love this place, not coming back.

The customer service was great! The lady was so nice. But the fries were eh, which is what my daughter came for. My mom liked her Andy's Mint Shake. And the Reese cup cookie was also delish.

This was not a good experience! First we were asked to pull up and wait as were the next 4 cars. Then we were missing food and when I got home I have the chicken bacon ranch fries without chicken. We only ordered 3 items and 2 of them were wrong. We won't be back!

Went through the drive through tonight and all we got was bad attitude from a girl with red hair and piercings. We left. Never getting food from that location ever again.

It was very clean they were friendly and courteous. It didn't take long to get our order.

Dissapointed. They do not participate in online deals. No senior discounts. French dip was smaller than ones at other Arby's and not a lot of meat.

Never again. I would have taken back my ice cold food, but the manager and a customer were busy yelling the f-word and the b-word at each other. It was a very frightening experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS NASTY PLACE. It was a horrifying experience.

I don’t believe in bad reviews because I feel it’s vengeance. What I would like to say is on Sunday the 24 th of September between 1-3 pm I was treated rudely. The drive through to the window . I received wrong order . I explained that it was wrong order . It’s not a big deal just say I’m sorry and move on . I was treated badly . Next time just say , I’m sorry and have a nice day .

Went to get some sandwiches for my in-laws, had a coupon that was 3 BNCs for $9.99. They wouldn't honor it, saying we don't do that here. So I decided to get them a rib sandwich instead and they were out of them. It seems like since they stopped selling potato cakes they have gone down hill. It's like they want to get so bad that they will go out of business. I do not recommend this place, customer service has gone down and they just don't care.

Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Probably cleanest restaurant even they constantly clean this store from the look of it. The staff was super friendly this go around, major difference between my last visit and this one.

Food was terrible ,curly fries over cook in old oil,brisket sandwich like rubber, half pound Arby's sandwich was like was sat on.I us to like Arby's. Will NOT eat there again, only. Good thing the drink was good right amount of syrup to carbantion.

Seemed nice at first. Service was quick, sort of friendly. Food wasn’t bad but they gave me a Diet Coke when I asked for regular. Maybe they assumed I wanted to lose weight, who knows. Won’t be back.

Absolutely love the one located in my neighborhood.. on 3rd street in winter haven Florida.. the food is ALWAYS fresh...hot and delicious!! And the managers are amazing.. Derrick Belinda and Gabby are always there when i come through the drive thru and there always smiling friendly helpful 👏 I would recommend anyone coming through 3rd street in winter haven.... you have to stop in!! Not just for the delicious sandwiches but the atmosphere is great!! Super clean restaurant 👌 I love my daily stops for lunch at this Arby's!! Absolutely the most disgusting curly fries I've ever experienced. I think the grease is extremely old. My curly fries had tons of black burnt stuff in them. I started eating before I realized The taste made me grow up. I will never assume fast food is ever good again I will never eat arby's again

I waited 40 minutes inside for my food. People who came in after me got their food. They had to remake my chicken nuggets because they got cold waiting for the other food. My classic roast beef sandwiches were cold when I got home and the fries were limp. Love Arby's not so much this store.

The place is fast, the food is good, and the location is great for a quick bite when we have appointments over there. I wish there was some shade for parking. Recommended: turkey sliders, Mac and cheese, triple chocolate cookie.

I received a message from the Uber Eats driver (while my status still said “wrapping your order up”) that the restaurant was closed. Ten minutes later my order was cancelled. This is the second time this has happened. Perhaps you should update your hours or audit your staff to see exactly what they are doing in the evening where they can’t complete an order. I won’t set myself up for this to happen a third time. I’m just simply done.

My curly fries were cold not warm cold like they had been there for a good long time and it looked like they scraped the bottom of the fry pan. Little bitty fries, little pieces only about 4 curly long ones. On the other hand the Andis candies milk shake is so awesome. Definitely go get one of those.

My girlfriend and I visited the Arby''s restaurant on 3rd Street in Winter Haven Thursday night and found the place to be very clean and in good condition. The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs and wants. The Prime Rib Philly Cheese steak sandwich was really good and I would highly recommend it. The jalapeno Poppers were good as well and had the right amount of heat. The only minus I could see was the Men's bathroom, where the roll of paper towels were not installed in the dispenser. Other than that, the space was clean and tidy. As of this writing, I highly recommend this place.
