I was just trying to get an appointment for minor, outpatient surgery. Appointments will not be made. I should come to the open consultation hours. The question about the waiting time in the waiting room could not be answered. “I can’t tell them. It can take 30 minutes or over 2 hours.” Unfortunately, this is increasingly the new normal in doctor's offices. But it doesn't make it any better. I can't say anything about the quality of the doctor.

A very nice, bright and clean shared practice. The assistants I met were very, very nice! I got there very quickly without any problems (even though I didn't have an appointment). Dr. Berg opened my abscess very easily and was super nice! Thank you again. I would go here again and would recommend the practice to others. PS: I also liked the Corona measures.

Poor information before and after the operation, poorly sutured (only calluses were sutured which doesn't help at all), then my concerns were downplayed until it was discovered that I had a huge infection in my foot. Extreme waiting time (2 hours+) despite appointments and pain at all appointments... it doesn't have to be that way

I tried in vain to contact you by phone today. While on hold (music), the call suddenly ends. After about 40 attempts I gave up. Maybe I shouldn't go to this practice after all. Contact is not even possible via email. A twist of fate?????? Thanks to the practice team!

I was there with an ingrown toenail. Dr.Berg was very friendly and took great care of my toe. The staff was also very friendly. Hardly any waiting time, easy to reach by phone!

My experience at this doctor's office was extremely positive. Ms. Makowiecki was extremely sensitive and competent when changing bandages. Her friendly demeanor made the visit even more pleasant. A recommended practice for anyone looking for high quality care.
