They refused to treat me. Had me sitting in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. They have a number system but I think they cherry pick. Saw people who came in after me get called before me. I told the receptionist what I was there for. She could have told me they don't treat upset stomachs. No, they had me wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, give urine sample then wait another 10 minutes for the doctor to come in and say go to the ER. I said where is ER? Just google it they said. They did not give me any papers or anything. They neglected to tell me there are two Trinity Valleys and I had told them I was new to the area. Navigation took me to some deserted building. I gave up. Also, way too many people in the lobby without masks. I had called first and asked about masks and the operator said you had to have one on. Also, some guy in the waiting area was blasting his cell phone music and controversial topics talk shows. No ear buds in. The receptionists would have heard all that but no one told him to put earbuds on or turn it off.

If I could put no stars I would! My daughter took my 5 year old grandson there with a temp of 103! Their hours say until 8 pm. She was there at 7:00 waited until 7:39 they finally came out and said they could not see him that they were closed! Refused to see a 5 year old with a temp!! So I called this morning and let them have it!!! Call patient advocate! What a joke! From reading all the reviews don’t think that works as I worked there a long time and it’s pushed to the trash! That’s why Trinity has the reputation they have!!! Go to Weirton Mediexpress much better! Change your hours! I don’t care how overwhelmed you are!!

I thought express care was for care needed sooner than you could get in your dr. I called my Dr for an appt and they advised me to go to express care. So, I went there, spent about 3 hrs waiting, and didn't get a prescription cream usually ordered for the condition or an oral antibiotic and now the wound is full of green pus. So now, I get to call my Dr and ask them for the appt they weren't able to give me last week when I called. What is the use of going in for "CARE" when they refuse to give you what you need? Healthcare leaves alot to be desired here.

Had major back pain! Went and was seen quickly. Staff was pleasant and professional with a very warm welcoming vibe. Tommy was outstanding! He did the intake and is also the Radiology Tech who took my back xrays. Very professional and caring. Dr. Nick was very competent and explained my current situation and what his plan was to help me to become more functional. Remarkable team! We are very blessed to have Trinity Express Care here where we live. Thank you Tommy, Dr. Nick and Abby! 😊👍🙏🏆

Trinity express care in Wintersville has to be the worst in the country! I won’t take my pet there ! Probably could have had better care at the vets !

Trinity Express has helped me out with a couple medical things, first was our toddler who got a spider bite. Second was when I got a cut on the back of my thumb that was deep and needed stitches. Saw me right away, x-rayed, stitched me up, very professional.

The staff are very kind and courteous. They do what they can to help. Two very kind staff waited with me after hours and entertained my sick baby while we waited for our ride. 5/5

Don’t know how to swab people for tests. I know I have strep and that I was improperly tested. I’m now home sick, sad, and pregnant because I’ve wasted two hours of my life at this place just to leave without real answers. If someone gets sick because of me it’s on your hands.

I got registered and sent back quickly. That was the good part. I needed some blood work done and I am a hard stick so i have a power port in my chest. I told them of a certain vein that they could draw from. The lady disregards where i said to go and really messed up my arms. She told the young girl she has drawn blood from me many times. First of all I HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE EVER IN MY LIFE.

The people working were efficient and very nice. The PA (I think her name was Catherine) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time was acceptable and so much better than the ER.
