👍👍 Just went there today and enjoyed a peppermint mocha. Delicious, great taste, and basically the same price as any other coffee place in town.     Just went there today and enjoyed a peppermint mocha. Delicious, great taste, and basically the same price as any other coffee place in town.     I always order my usual which is very unusual and they always get it right. The staff is super friendly and always have a smile on. I'm so glad they finally brought Starbucks to this small town 😊

    Wow just wow so it was my first time going to ANY Starbucks and this is what I got a pumpkin spice Frappuccino and a cake pop will say the cake pop was good 10 out of 10 and when I was done with that I began to drank my pumpkin spice Frappuccino and when Frappuccino me not knowing that it had coffee in it I ask if I can have a more cream in it I guess that the person that helped me would just add more but NO she made a NEW may and it was in the large size not the small size the LARGE one so I try it I did not like it so she ask me if I one with no coffee in I say yes she make it I like it a lot and its still in a large size and I say how much it is may I remind you that she make 2 dranks not Counting the original in all in LARGE SIZE that was like $10 all together not counting the original one she carries more about the customer experience more than the money and I did not say that It was the first time at any Starbucks in till after I got the drink I like and she said not to worry about the money I hope she gets a raise or something for this cuz she made 2 drinks just to get the one I like that most sadly I don't remember her name but to the lady that did that for me thank you I hope you have a good rest of you day or night or whenever your reading this and I hope you get a raise soon 😊

    Every single time I’ve come here my drink was never made right. I work at Starbucks for over year so I understand it can be stressful but literally every single time I’ve come here my drink was never made right.

    I did a walk in this morning. I had my service dog with me. I am ok with the fact that I was asked if she was a service dog because she was not wearing her vest. What i was not ok with was the fact that the lady behind the counter was giving rude looks and when I placed my order I was never asked which options I would like. Then when I got my order it was not even drinkable. My daughter ordered a pink drink it was mostly ice with at bit of coconut milk and a tiny bit of strawberry stuff. Mine was the refresher and that was just water with freeze dried strawberries in it. I will not be returning that is for sure

    I mobile order sometimes everyday since I drive thru the Rapids nearly daily. The staff is always so fast, polite, sweet, and friendly. They make the orders before the time the app gives me which is awesome. I order a customized cold brew and it's never an issue for them. I love it. Would highly recommend for great service and coffee.

    Baristas always pleasant and polite. Busy place! Cold brew usually made to customized specs. I order extra milk and that varies sometimes, not a huge issue.

    Went at 8:30 pm and told me they were close, well then fix your hours online so people don't think that you are open.

    If I could give zero stars I would. The last few experiences have been absolutely awful. My drinks not mixed, none of the flavor syrups added, and straight up rude service! The They/Them tranny’s can’t make coffee!

    Staff are very nice with speedy service for an easy in and out. The store has a drive thru, which makes it easy when you are in a hurry. Coffee and drinks taste really great, just more on the pricey side, but still ok for the price. The store is clean, and so are the bathrooms for an overall nice place to hang out and enjoy coffee.

    Saturday I went through the drive through and I was having an awful day and Kate was very kind and made a delicious drink that she recommended and it was amazing. She was very upbeat and kind and I look forward to seeing her when I come back again! :))

    I LOVE going here. I go 1-2 times a day and the barista's have become like family to me. Very good people. They're truly friendly, they have a good memory in knowing what you like the most, they're laid back to make the atmosphere comfy but yet are really motivated at the same time, it is a clean place, well kept, and the best coffee at any Starbucks I've been to across the country. Bravo barista's, keep up the good work!

    Was in the drive thru at 5:50 this morning and a girl pulls up that works there and says we don't open until 6 o'clock and I said you're website says 5:30 ...oh yeah she said we open at 5:30 and I'm like OK it's 10 to 6 she's like well we're now just getting here and she proceeds to laugh yeah real funny...this place is a joke.

    Wisconsin Rapids The coffee use to be outstanding, but these past couple dayssss they have made my coffee wrong and I told them about it and they gave me attitude and was so rude about it. I just don’t wanna be paying for coffee and extra shots of espresso when it’s not made correctly. It’s not like it’s cheap! I’m going to go somewhere else for coffee until they get there act together.

    One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only two tables of people inside and one car waiting outside and three partners working. One literally watching the other two work but didn’t seem to be in training. They seemed disorganized without an efficient system, communication or groove, and lack of knowledge on where things were. Once they finally made my drink, it was wrong but I didn’t bother going back since it would have taken another 20 minutes, like the person in front of me they also made erong. From a former Starbucks partner, these people need more training as to how to handle a few orders at once. Don’t go here if you’re in any rush.
