Vapiano Grand Central

Easy to find, wonderful staff greeted us and guided us to spacious and well appointed tables. Ordering from a good range of food was easy using the QR code. The food was delivered quickly and was piping hot. Nice to see and experience happy and helpful staff.

Went here due to the choices of others. Restaurant doesn't accept cash, but has a surcharge for card usage. Just build it into the prices, ffs. Seating isn't good for more than about thirty minutes, either you're on tall stools or short chairs without a back. The food was OK but they're pushing a little on the high side of prices for the value. The pizza in my photo was $32 + card fee. The dips were $15 + card fee. The only redeeming feature was the desserts, which were surprisingly good in both taste and value. Finally, strangely, for an "Italian"-style restaurant, they don't have coffee.

It was our first time at VAPIANO! We noticed they had a lunch discount menu at the time. We’re a Korean couple, and the staff was super friendly — they even greeted us in Korean! The food was delicious, and I especially loved the Bolognese pasta. I’d never tried thin pasta noodles before — it was such a fun and tasty experience! We’ll definitely visit again next time and try something new! The lunch deal was such a great value: one drink, a pizza, and a pasta for just $39!

Went to dinner with the family for my sister’s birthday tonight, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our lovely waitress was so wonderful and cheerful the whole time, she went above and beyond to make sure that we all had a great night. She even went to the extent of bringing out a free dessert and singing happy birthday to make my sister’s night extra special! Thank you! :) ❤️

Such a good atmosphere to have a meal especially dinner. Our server Harsh was very nice and friendly. I really appreciate the service. Had such a good time.

The pasta and gnocchi was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and it was cooked to perfection. Thank you for good service and nice atmosphere.

Joel always greets me with a smile and welcomes me to his restaurant. I am handed a menu whilst being guided to a table. Within minutes there is a glass and a Carafe of water. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant and inviting with gentle background music. The choices on the menu are explained in detail, arrive within minutes of ordering are of generous serving and hot. Did I mention, delicious 😋 .

Amazing service from Joel and staff, he was really accomodating, helpful and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the food was top tier! I would encourage anyone who hasn’t been in a while to visit again we tried a new pizza and it was delicious possibly a new favourite!!! Great food, great service! Thank you for hosting us! 🫶🏼
