This hair salon was the worst hair salon I have ever seen. Very impolite staff, pretty frustrating and below average work. When they washed my hair, water and shampoo went into my ears 4,5 times. I had to put my fingers into my ears to prevent water going inside, unbelievable. Never happened before. I was not happy with the hair cut, they made only a few trim, I will not call it a hair cut! I think the reason is the staff do not have enough experience. You do not feel you’re a customer there, not a good atmosphere at all, they are just in hurry to finish their work, doesn’t matter if you are happy or not with the result. You just ask a question and they say they do not have time, well one need to ask why am I paying you if you do not have time to see if I am happy with the result?! Not to mention the price which is similar to highly professional hair dressers while staff does not seem experienced at all! They can not even wash your hair properly. Disliked, very much! waste of hair, money and time! Answer to your reply: Well, couldn’t you reply in English to me? Doesn’t matter, perhaps you apologized for putting water into my ears and other things (this is a normal expected answer when you put water in someone’s ears). BTW, who told you I speak Persich? I didn’t say this to anyone there. I only had private chat with my husband in Persich... it seems language barrier was not so high ;)

My first visit here. Extremely clean and airy environment. Very professional staff and was very satisfied with what I needed . special shout out to Danielle for his expert advice and styling! Will recommend for all!

Nice people, good service and good cuts

I don't have enough words to praise this Hair salon. I had amaizing experience and I am more than pleased with service that i recived. Dragana,the hairstylist that took care of me was amaizing. She spent so much time fixing my "home-made "curtain bangs. If you want great service ask for her. Djevojka je fantasticna i prica nas jezik u slucaju da neko ne zna dobro njemacki ili engleski. Zaista sve preporuke. I am looking forward to my appointment in January.

It was ok without being the experience I was looking for. The haircut was done quickly and solidly, everybody friendly, professional, with very good reception, but there was very little explanation or consideration for the special type of cut I was looking for, especially as I had given explanations by phone before actually reserving my appointment. Obviously this hadn't been conveyed to the person actually cutting my hair who seemed somewhat surprised. But, as I said: it was ok.
