So here’s the update! I moved in Dec 2022 it’s been hell since we moved in. Tenants in #4311 building 51 act like total animals constant noise until mid-night. I had to tell the manager Brianna if they didn’t get these folks from over my head as discussed I was going to take the corporate to court, A week or two later Brianna called me a bout a police complaint and that they will not be renewing because of it😏 which is cool but why lie about a police document that doesn’t exist, lawyer and I checked Woburn police and Woburn court. They claimed they had audio on me, I asked to hear it THEY NEVER LET ME HEAR IT😏 when I got served by the lawyer the reasoning was’nt on the paper😒 RETALIATION at its best. I have been on this property for not even a year! I still live here. I’m on migraine medication Topomax to be exact. Management did nothing all this talk of the moving & nothing happened. They wanted me to move, don’t think so not on my dime. Woburn has a flat rate billing about $670 a year but this property charges per usage(be careful with that) $200+/month water and sewer, remember there’s renters who are grandfathered in so the new comers gotta pay their water/sewer too. Please fellow renters do your research before signing a lease here. I have 2 parking spots and one of them I have a separate fee for I sometimes I STRUGGLE to get out my own damn parking spot due to pickup trucks that have a longer length to the vehicle, management does nothing! Tenants park in visitors spots cause they’re too cheap to pay for a 2nd spot. That means that if someone visits someone 9/10 there is NO VISITOR PARKING AVAILABLE! There is no central AC, 4211 had zero Freon the whole summer🤬 comfort air is what they’re calling it. Have you heard of comfort air🤔Me either! Save ya $$$ there are several new luxury apartments. I wouldn’t call this luxury maybe projects with a swimming pool! * UPDATE* Finally moved out😊I’m happy that I’m being charge a flat rate for water/sewage and not per usage like Washington does to all their new comers! Woburn charges a flat rate for water/sewer, this property charges up(per usage) my bill on average was about $179. Now I pay $50☺️

On organize staff, including maintenance. Not community oriented whatsoever. Save your money and your time for a better place within five minutes of Washington Crossing still in Woburn. If you are disabled, there are absolutely no accommodations for you. The old timers that have lived there for years and years are not welcoming and will make sure you know that. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been living here for almost two years now and I couldn’t be happier. The property management team (Breanna & Emmie) are amazing. They go above and beyond to make my stay here happy and comfortable. They handle all issues with urgency regardless if it’s an emergency or not. The maintenance team here is great as well. If there is an issue with plumbing or with an appliance they also fix them in a timely manner. The residents here are friendly too. Everyone here has a common goal to keep the complex peaceful and enjoyable. The unit’s are really nice too, very spacious, with washers, dryers and dishwashers. I highly recommend Washington Crossing if you’re looking for a wonderful place to live.

While they are very kind when attracting customers, once you decide to leave, they only uphold their perspective and do not consider the tenant's stance. Communication was extremely challenging. In fact, upon move in they promised yearly carpet cleaning, and we’ve requested it multiple times since 2021. They kept promising to get it done, but never once delivered in the past three years. Consequently, we had to purchase a specialized carpet cleaner ourselves. The dust was so severe that it caused allergic reactions, making my mother cough excessively.

Lived here for 15 years (Active duty military). Several different management companies over the years, some better than others. The last being the absolute worst. As a wounded warrior 100% disabled combat veteran, who was transferred to West point, NY for medical care and a medical discharge, I was in a state of shock that after all of the time that I made Washington Crossing my home the current management company refused to abide by the federal Sailor and Soldiers act and refused to allow me break my lease. I had given to the required notice , included a copy of my orders, and paid most the last month’s rent. I attempted to pay the remainder, but, they pushed $500 (rent was 2900) to a collection agency. Yes, So this company is, in my opinion, anti-Military and extremely greedy. Be careful if you are considering this property.

We lived in the model apartment for over 5 months as our home was renovated. It was hard to say goodbye when we went home. The management team could not have been nicer and we loved the entire experience. Very convenient location and wonderful people.

We lived here as tenants from September 2020 for three years. I want to state facts about our move-out process so others don't experience what we went through. On September 7th, when I went to the office to return the keys, I informed the Assistant Community Director about the partial damage to the carpet. She mentioned that since we had been renting for three years, we would not be held accountable for the penalty due to the minor carpet damage. However, on October 6th, we were notified that we owe a fine of over $1,300 to replace the entire carpet, saying that they’d be charging 3/5 of the entire price of carpet replacement since we lived there for 3 years. If not paid, they informed us that it would be handed over to collections. We are deeply disappointed by this apartment’s inconsistency in their word. Attached are some pictures of the carpet before we left, which is in by no means worse condition than normal wear and tear over 3 years

After moving out of this apartment, the management charged us $672 for countertop replacement. When we moved in three years ago, it wasn't in pristine condition. I never thought of the furniture as brand new. Some parts of the countertop coating were not adhered well, but I brushed it off as no big deal. Laminate countertops typically have a lifespan of 5-10 years, but management stated that the lifespan is 30 years and because of that they’d charge us for full replacement. It is ridiculous to suggest that even the lowest quality laminate countertop that we’ve used lasts 30 years in their books. As shown in the picture, there was no special damage that we did to the counter top that's not within normal wear and tear throughout 3 years, yet they're charging us for the full replacement cost. We're utterly disappointed with this management trying to extract money from us through misleading information.

The move-out process was a nightmare considering that the management basically used our family to cover the replacement fee of the carpet and countertop for the new tenants. Going through this, my parents were immensely stressed. Our family tried to talk to the management to reach an agreement, as we thought that the charges were not fair, but the management didn't care about what we had to say. We write this with the hope that no one else suffers as we did.

It is very nice place to stay! Good and calm neighborhood. Good looking apartments, good service and maintenance. Little bit slow answer for non-emergency problems, but all problems always get resolved. Good and nice staff, especially in office, they always trying to help and answer your questions
