The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was of a wide variety. The only thing I didn't like about the breakfast was the man that hovers over you every morning that comes out of the kitchen. I don't know if it's to make sure people don't take more than they should. He does it with his arms crossed. On more than one day and not just to me and mine. Front desk service was nice. They have a little computer system setup with free printing and internet. Maid service was thorough. There's not too much in the area but I did find out after the fact that there is a commuter real not too far. You can walk it but there's dangerous streets to cross. There's also a Target which has the same problem but if you're driving then it's a good little getaway. I will be back since I have someone staying there for a bit due to an emergency. Maybe the breakfast guy will be less of a hoverer;) overall definitely a great place to stay that you can feel safe and clean. It was a quiet and respectable hotel to stay at.

Good price and good location as shop/restaurants are just a few minutes drive. Service was great and they have a small gym/pool. They provide a lot of variety for breakfast but one thing is that the flat sausages were cold and rubbery. Our room was clean however I had mentioned about the air conditioner not working properly and it wasn't fixed as it was taking hours to cool the room. They did send someone to verify however nothing changed and we didn't bother with it after since by the time we got back from visiting Boston, the place was cool as we left it on.

The rooms were great! We got a free upgrade to a two room suite. The only problem that I ran into was that our room never got cleaned for the five nights that we stayed. My daughter spilled water in the bed sheets and soaked them, so we put them out in the hallway and never got a new bed sheet set put on the bed. Then we always had to go to the desk to ask for new towels seeing as our room was never cleaned. The location is great as it is close to the highway!

Honestly was super surprised by this hotel. A little hidden gem north of Boston. Out in an industrial park area and away from busy traffic, yet super close to everything. Also. Dry close to commuter train station if going into the city. The hotel itself was surprisingly very nice. The lobby was great and the staff as well. Pool was great, gym was out of service when we went. But the room was the biggest surprise. HUGE and very clean. The studio set up was nice for families. Master room with king size bed (definitly more of a queen) with a separate door. Living area and kitchenette (although is argue it’s more of a ln actual kitchen, as it has a dishwasher, cook top, and FULL fridge). Couch pulled out to a double and slept our family of 4 with plenty of more room. Honestly I’d say this hotel is a hidden gem and a steal for the price and what you get. Would definitely return!!

One of the worst Residence Inns I’ve ever been at. This is only My second day here and here are some of the issues I’ve already run into. First day I get into my room there is no table lamp for the desk and I do a lot of computer work for work - No desk chair for the desk - no kitchen rags for the kitchen - parking in front of building has signs for compact cars only and the hotel lets trucks take up 2 spaces meant for 1 car and they say even though it says compact car parking they allow trucks to park there. I take that as that the management at this location cares nothing about the customer just the money. I wonder what the owner would say? Oh by the way they don’t believe in stocking rooms with the little amenities such as coffee like they are supposed to either.

This place was perfect for our one week stay in the Boston area. Very convenient to highways. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and nearby groceries. Our unit was exceptionally clean. It was like our own little apartment! We used the kitchen extensively and it was well equipped. Breakfast was included and it was good! Staff was great. Room was well insulated from any outside noise. Bed very comfy. Living room very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Check in is at 3:00 we arrived at 4:30 and had to wait because our room was not ready. Finally when we got to our room not only was it not what we paid for but it was not clean up to standard. The Queen studios are advertised with a shower/tub and the front desk manager told us the studios only have a standing shower. Not to mention the sheets were stained, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Never booking this place again.

Rooms are very nice. Traffic is tough in the area. Would have liked to see some melon cut up for breakfast and less burned food. Coffee was great!

Great find. Conveniently located close to the highways. Rooms were clean and updated. Our family appreciated the gluten-free breakfast options as well as non-dairy oat milk. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Clean, comfortable rooms, free hot breakfast daily, pool and gym, what more could you ask for? We had a great weekend, using the facilities to the hilt! Great location, close the commercial area and highway, but tucked away just down the street. Our room overlooked a river and a family of ducks! Be sure to check out downtown Woburn, just ten minutes away. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries. Only drawback was strong floodlights in the windows at night. Had to secure the drapes to keep the room dark.

This was our 3rd stay here at this hotel. We normally stay in a 2 bedroom suite as a family of 5 but they were not available so we choose a one bedroom suite and a studio. Daniella was wonderful to deal with on the phone as I had needed assistance with the reservation. Every room we’ve been in has been clean and comfortable. The full kitchen cuts down on cost of eating out. The kitchen has mostly everything you need to cook and eat with but only the 2 bedroom suits have an over but all have full fridge , stove top and microwave. If you need additional cooking items, the friendly hotel staff with bring what you need. The lovely woman Adeliyn who checked us in was wonderful. She couldn’t have been more welcoming. The complimentary breakfast had many options from egg sandwiches, cereals, pastries, waffles and more. Nilesh and Jacque who maintain the breakfast were very friendly and helpful especially because we have a gluten free child and they were able to supply us with options. This is a great hotel in a great location! There’s a Target close by so who can ask for more!

Perfect area to be close enough to Boston, Salem, etc without being too far. Our room had a full kitchen, couch, dining table, workspace, great shower, etc. Breakfast was always good. The people at the front desk were always super helpful. Target is very close by, as well as many food options. I'll stay here again if I ever end up that way.

My room is exceptionally clean. Everything works. The staff has been super nice and accommodating. I've been on a travel assignment for 6 months and gotten to know the front desk, they're great. Never had an issue. If I could make one suggestion , that is the internet service for the TV ... I have to reboot almost everyday, sometimes up to 3 times. It's frustrating, can you fix that ? Other than that, it's been great here.

This is an above average hotel. With good service and very friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and without any broken or worn out furniture. There's not a lot of variety of food choices near the hotel, but just a few miles farther will get you whatever you care for.

I just wrote a long and thoughtful review that got deleted. So I apologize that this is not as helpful, but here's the gist: If you're a gold member or above, stay elsewhere. You're supposed to get a gift at check in. You don't. The gift is supposed to be bottled water and who knows what else. You'll need the bottled water because the water source is still contaminated from the giant environmental disaster that was the 70's (look up "A Civil Action" with John Travolta). The food is meager but doable if you're not picky, however, they didn't label the food most days we were there. My husband had to ask which nut was the pecans, which led to him overhearing a female staff member offer the male staff member to print out labels for him, to which he replied "No I have them but just don't usually put them out because of laziness". Also, the coffee is terrible. Our room was clean on 1st sight, but we found an old juice bottle behind one bed and some sort of cereal debris under the same bed. Then, we found a ring-pop under the pull-out sofa. I guess that explains the ants. The kitchen also lacked certain useful items, like a spatula and measuring cup, but if you have need for opening 2 cans at one time, this is your place to stay! (I tried to add photos last time I tried writing this review, which seemed to cause my technical difficulties. So I'll try Tripadvisor.) They seem a bit stingy with things, like tissues. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It would have been nice to have at least 2 boxes of tissues. Also, the market lacks female essentials. The main reason I decided to write this review was because I noticed a pending charge of $1,710 on my card, and yet my receipt from this morning clearly states $1,627. Upon calling to ask about it, we were told "oh that's the $20/night incidental hold, you'll get it back in 7-10 days". I can assure you I was not notified about this when booking the room. I re-read my confirmation email and could only find a vague statement that did not provide the actual amount in the fine print saying "Upon check-in an authorization request will be placed on your credit...in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax, and incidental charges for the length of your stay". I have clear itemization of the room rate and tax charges, and yet, nothing about the incidental fee. How curious! Anyway, if you need a kitchen, this place is cheaper than others I saw, but that's probably because you need to bring your own water to drink and cook with. I'd also bring a pillow, too. Parking is free, and I never had a problem finding a spot. It's right off I-93, but there's no convenient diner or food right next door. There's a decent restaurant 7-10 min drive down the road. Pool is small, so only 1 family at a time can be in it, but it's clean and warm enough.

This place is amazing! The GM, Michael, went above and beyond for me and my family during a time of loss. The staff was super friendly and place was immaculately clean. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!

The hotel is great but the staff is what sets it above the rest!! Carmen was AMAZING, very very busy breakfast but she was kind and kept everything stocked! Kudos to Carmen 🙂

I am pretty disappointed at the staff training there. For the first day, the maintenance personnel just rang my door bell once and tried to open my door less than 5 secs right after the ringing. For today, I always hang up the sign of " do not bother" on the door. the cleaning staff, however, decided to still come into my room, and the worst thing is that "THEY LEFT MY DOOR OPEN" after they finished. Now I have no idea how many hrs my room was totally open for anyone to freely come in and out? I felt so uncomfortable and unsecure for the staying here

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I used to love going to the hotel but last night/this morning was the worst I have ever been treated. First I called to make sure when checkout would be if I checked in at 3am(Thursday technically) because we just got back from a 9 Hr drive so we were exhausted. Jeffery answered the phone and I’m not sure if I interrupted his nap or something but he was very rude and dismissive and told me to come in and said check out would be Friday. When I got there I again asked him to confirm would I only be charged one night and when would check out be he assured me it would be one nights charge and check out would be for Friday. I swiped my card he said it did not go through when in fact it did. He told me to swipe another card because on his end it did not go through when I did he charged me 4 times what was supposed to be charged. When I asked him why he had no idea and told me to check with managers in the morning. Then he had to open the room for us because he did not give us a room key!! When leaving our room we have to keep the room open because we had no way of getting back in if the door closed. THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING!! I woke up after 5 hours of sleep to be then told by the manager that I was being charged two nights at the wrong rate. I have never had this treatment here before when other managers were in charged. I am a TITANIUM ELITE MEMBER. YOU WOULD THINK STAFF WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE WELL INFORMED OR EVEN COURTEOUS TO GIVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM THAT I PAID QUADRUPLE FOR 5HOURS OF SLEEP!!

    - staff were cool but not really the most friendly. - place and rooms were clean and organized. - free parking. - room had a big fridge, mini oven, and a nice little eating area. - will say our room with the air conditioner it was really loud. - there is not really any food that is open late in this area unless you want to drive a little bit. - overall not bad to stay at for a day or so.

With the exception of a male who works evenings and/or weekends, the front desk personnel were professional, warm and friendly. Landscaping was very nice; room was clean and comfortable (we were there for a week); housekeeping and breakfast staff were always so nice and friendly; location was fine for our needs. My one complaint applies to all hotels. Move the disgusting smoking bin for spent butts as far away as is allowable from any entry or exit door so that people aren’t loitering and smoking outside your room window or that you aren’t met with smoke and/or smokers on your way in or out.

Just wanted to say a personal thank you to Daniella Pacheco (Front Desk Supervisor) who's small show of kindness ($2 from her purse to help me dry some clothes) meant alot to me and my colleagues. Great support and thank you again for taking the time to help me out in such a personal way. It is the small things that make all the difference during our stays.
