This Taco Bell/KFC is so bad terrible service think they are funny. I ordered nacho bell grande and kindly said extra cheese please I will pay extra. Get all the way home they purposely put zero cheese on it just meat chips tomatoes and sour cream. Drive the extra miles for the other Taco Bell’s.

Waited over 25 min for what should have been fast food. The food tasted like it had been fried in extremely old oil. The cashier lady was extremely rude to the man ordering before us. He had a thick accent but you could still understand what he was saying and the whole time she was telling him she didnt know what he wanted and that she couldn't make that order. In the end the man gave up and just settled for whatever she gave him.

The most racist store I ever visited. I placed orders at the store through the drive thru and paid the bill at the window and then the guy told me to put the car ahead since the order is big. When I was waiting outside he didn’t bring us the order. When I went at the window back they rudely said that we have to come from drive thru again. We went again and they said that they can’t make the order since it’s too big. Just so racist! The store was still open. Too sad to see Taco Bell handling such employees.

Absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever been to purely because of the employees. They do not understand English, which is fine if they weren't so unbelievably rude about it and also bad at making your order. All three times I've ordered there, they have added meat to my vegetarian order and when attempting to go in and ask them to fix it, they have snatched the receipt out of my hand, glared at me and then made me wait 20 minutes to the side while they ignore me and then give me another cold, limp taco. Horrid experience.

Their new wings are so good! I'm so glad they brought them back! I got them nice and fresh too! The buffalo ranch that comes with it, is so good too. I hope they're here to stay!

The employee at the register was very rude, asked for crunchy taco but got nothing. Not a lot beans

Went there this morning. Got there about 10:05. 5 minutes AFTER they opened. Sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes. Said hello. No one answered. I understand that people call off and it has been hard for places to stay open or open at all. But please be professional and put a sign on the door or the drive thru speaker with an explanation. It is a waste of people's time. And especially now it is a waste of money because gas is a lot. You are the closest taco bell to me but still about 10 miles away from me. I wasted 20 miles driving and got nothing. Be more professional.

The last two visits resulted in incomplete orders. Previously a side dish was missing from a KFC 12-piece meal order that was picked up at the counter. Prior to that, the drive-through order charged me for 4 taco meals when only 4 individual tacos were order. Be careful with this location and assume there's a mistake with either the order or the price.

A fine Taco Bell location (it’s also half KFC). I went in and the service was very friendly. The restaurant space itself was very new and updated along with being very clean. The food was ready promptly and it was everything I expected (it was great). I especially like the taco fries and suggest you give those a chance! Will certainly be back I’m sure.

Vegetarians and vegans beware. My partner and I both ordered a black bean Crunchwrap from this Taco Bell. One Crunchwrap came with sour cream. I also ordered a three cheese quesadilla, ****there was chicken in it.**** Avoid this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service and tacos Supreme came with no tomatoes and sour cream, crunchwrap barely any filling. Why take our money and make us pay for nothing?

It’s taco bell, so I get it. Service from the window and intercom attendant was great. But if you ask for a simple ingredient removed from your crunchwrap you’d hope it comes WITHOUT the ingredient, right? Sadly not here. Even said it explicitly on the receipt yet still the item came with the ingredient. Kinda wack

Service here is not good. Did not feel welcome at all. The kid at the dive thru window was not happy at all. Kept telling me to "hold on" while I was placing my order as if I was going too fast so I did. Only to realize he was on his phone texting when I pulled up to the window. He was young so I made the excuse for that.. but then I get home and realize my order was wrong. 37$ for him to not do his job. ... and text about weekend plans. Awesome 👏 Tried calling to say my order was wrong but they are not answering or hanging up the line.

I come here all the time when I’m baked. The staff are always friendly (also patient if I’m a little slow) and the food is quick and never lets me down

Great for a Taco Bell. All others in a 25 mile radius is trash. Service is great. Staff don't seem to hate there job. Restaurant is quite small. Don't plan to bring the family there to eat at the location. Just grab and go. This location is my pick for Taco Bell and KFC when I'm craving it.

Got the $10 combo box. Food was fresh, and a good assortment. There are no Taco Bell’s near where I live, so this was a rare treat.

Ordered 2 crunch wrap meals with Fire sauce. Received no fire sauce and one of the crunch wraps had plastic in it. 40 dollars for 2 meals that were awful.

I live right up the street so we go here once every few weeks for a quick bite on the way home. When you're ordering taco bell via the drive thru you're not expecting a gourmet meal. That being said they tend to mess up my order pretty consistently (forget the chips or don't put the sauce on the cheese quesadilla). Make sure to check your order for accuracy before leaving.

Another location that is tragically understaffed. Orders are just handed to folk off cashier memory and obviously leads to errors. I saw 3 orders thrown away as they were given to the wrong customer causing a reference. Did not get the taco Supreme I ordered.

They will get your order wrong. Meat was included even when I selected not to include it. Black bean burrito was basically a tortilla. I’ve ordered from other Taco Bell’s and got much better quality. Very disappointed.

Sometimes when I feel like splurging, I go to Taco Bell and treat myself. Excellent freshly made authentic American tacos. Hard to beat, except for Taco Lita in Arcadia. Nobody beats those American tacos.

This was a second chance visit after receiving a cold ingredient grilled burrito. This time there were different employees. I went to drive through and asked for a chic chalupa/no sr.cr, a steak chalupa normal. The guy was confused and asked me to clarify. He then repeated it back to me and we were good to continued my order. I get home and find a beef chalupa/ no sr.cr. and a steak chalupa with only a very small amount of steak. My wife only eats chicken, ground beef makes her sick. So she settled for the steak. Our chic quesadilla usually come is 4 pieces but this had most of the chic to one side. I was only one in drive thru and didn't see anybody at counter so not sure why it seems like food was done in a hurry. So that is last time we go there! Never got a receipt to leave a comment with them either

I wouldn’t recommend going here. If you come and the drive through is to long they close the doors so you won’t be able to go inside. EVERY TIME I order food here they give me something other than what I ordered. And I highly recommend not getting the Cinnabon delights… they last 3 times I got them they’re either A. Old as hell….. or B. Burnt because they’re so hard. Smh 30 bucks later and it’s all stuff I didn’t order or it’s old.

We actually ate ate the KFC side It was good. The sandwich was a bit dry but still tasty. Really good service.

The food was great, the staff is fantastic, especially Maria, she is a ray of sunshine in human form, a bonafide angel walking the Earth. I was eating my food when she walked into the restaurant wearing a Colonel Sanders shirt and a smile…she helped fix my order and my day. Thank you Maria, you don’t even know me but your attitude and smile turned an awful day around.

We went through the drive thru, now there were no signs saying no long orders and we have been through this drive thru with the exact same order many times, as a matter of fact we were one of the many who went through their drive thru during the opening of the pandemic, but this one day we waited in the drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes, we get to the ordering box and start our order and she says, very rudely, if this is going to be a long order you need to come in, we asked where the sign that says that, she couldn't answer. So we left and don't know how quick or if we go back! But just remember who did ordering after you needed to be shut down for awhile and how were being treated! 😞

Dined in at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. Although the Taco Bell/KFC was pretty busy, the service was actually quick. We could tell they were short staffed it was nice to see that guy taking our order was friendly. We ordered alot of food as well.

Shouldn't be a taco bell. Doesn't support the app, and prices in store are higher than the app... Don't allow swapping any sides on combos or any customization that is standard within the app. Also they covered there entire taco bell sign with KFC pick up... Clearly prioritized for the kids go to another taco bell...

The sign on the lobby door says the lobby is open until 10, but they locked their doors by 9. Not offering freezes like most other Taco Bell locations? OK, I guess that's optional. Having accurate hours posted outside? That is required, not optional.
