Visited 21/06/21; 1.5hr play sessions booked in advance. £5.95 per person so 2 adults (who get a free drink each) and 2 children cost £23.80. The kids (2 & 4.5yrs) really enjoyed playing although they would have liked longer with a break in the middle for a snack. Aduls wear a mask in all areas except when sat down with a drink or food in the cafe area. There were 6 different pretend play areas : - construction (build a wall/knock out down) - supermarket (shopping bakers, trollies and checkout till) - BBQ and picnic area (food, plates, seating) - maternity ward /doctors surgery (medical bag, babies, cots, baby car seats, xray charts) - school (magnetic letters, puzzles, flower cart, table and chairs) - theatre /show/dressing room (dressing up clothes, pretend makeup/hair accessories and icecream stand by the stage with instruments) Outside of each room there were letterboxes and near the exit one red postbox (which the 4.5yr loved posting and wearing the postbag). There was a sit on wooden (fixed) train in the centre of the play area with a painted track surrounding it for ride on bikes and cars (all push along). Toilets easily accessible as is the cafe (which you walk past when you enter and leave shoes in) . Parking was difficult, on street parking was either 20 mins free no return or pay for on the other side of the road, but all those spaces were gone. We ended up paying for all day parking at the train stations long stay car park for £5. It felt expensive but was nice as a holiday treat whilst in the area. Not something we would do regularly for the price.

Clean space for the kids to play but found it a bit small of space guess the numbered time slots in place. Kids loved it. With only two toilets, with some kids needing a little more time with the change I was caught with both occupied and had to dash outside with my toddler for number 1 fortunately .

A really unusual set up..you must book before going. There are 1.5hr time slots and you'll wait on the street until it's your time. Once its finished you'll be asked to leave. They want to clean and tidy the play centre back up which I get but they are missing out on so much trade in regard to the cafe. We went from 11.30- 1pm and wanted to give the kids lunch there but unless we did it in our time slot your asked to leave. Bizarre! Anyway, inside its small but very well kept. Spotlessly clean and the toys are all new and in fab conditipn. My 2yr really enjoyed it and had lots of fun. No parking I'm afraid but paid close by. Staff were friendly and toilets clean with a changing area. We had a coffee while we were there which was good also. Overall really great, £6 for 1.5hrs play so not cheap by all means but work the money Top tip- bring slippers especially for your little ones as shoes arent allowed and the floor is freezing.

Great indoor play space for kids, probably from about 2-6 best suited. The space includes a shop, a ‘theatre’, a doctor’s and a farm, plus construction site and a train.

The customer service is great and the role play for the little ones are such fun. My 10 months old enjoyed himself . We will visit again.

Went for the first time today and it was a lot of fun for my little one. It was very busy and it a lot of adults were sitting in the train making it hard for little ones to use it. Not enough tables in the good area. Would be good if they had booster seats not just high chairs and normal seats.

My son loves coming here! Lots of different areas to keep him entertained. Really good coffee too! If you park outside, just remember to bring a £1 coin with you as the machines don't accept card and Little street doesn't keep cash on site.

My kids love here. Very clean and organised. Quiet area for parents and carer to seat and friendly staff with an enough menu. The most I like is the cleanliness.

Great place to take my niece for a few hours. She loves it there.☺️ The staff are lovely, and always welcoming and friendly. They toys and play areas are always clean and look inviting. The shop is the best, my niece loves walking about with the little trollies cramming in as many things as she can! They also serve coffee and have a good range of snacks for little ones. Perfect entertainment for kids and the only place around West Byfleet that has anything like this for children.

Much smaller than I was expecting. I don't really understand why you pay per adult either. It was just OK but I feel as though there are much better places.

We had such a fantastic time here today! We brought our 17 month old for the first time and even though she was shy at the beginning, she did manage to explore all the areas. There is a builders yard, supermarket, picnic and bbq, maternity ward, farm shop and theatre with a backstage makeup and costume room. Also a large train in the centre by the entrance. Can’t wait to go back again, it’s nice to do something different to the playground and soft play.

Fantastic party venue for our son’s 4th birthday. The kids aged between 2-8yrs had a great time and the adults appreciated the drinks and air conditioning. I was most impressed by the staff who helped to set up, serve food and pack up which took all the stress away!

Shocking establishment. Absolutely freezing inside no heating whatsoever. Came here with my & 2 kids & charged me an adult fee eventhough I came in on crutches and took no part whatsoever. This is how you gain terrible reviews and lose returning customers.customer service said if you walk past the gate then we will charge you.
