Visited
21/06/21;
1.5hr
play
sessions
booked
in
advance.
£5.95
per
person
so
2
adults
(who
get
a
free
drink
each)
and
2
children
cost
£23.80.
The
kids
(2
&
4.5yrs)
really
enjoyed
playing
although
they
would
have
liked
longer
with
a
break
in
the
middle
for
a
snack.
Aduls
wear
a
mask
in
all
areas
except
when
sat
down
with
a
drink
or
food
in
the
cafe
area.
There
were
6
different
pretend
play
areas
:
-
construction
(build
a
wall/knock
out
down)
-
supermarket
(shopping
bakers,
trollies
and
checkout
till)
-
BBQ
and
picnic
area
(food,
plates,
seating)
-
maternity
ward
/doctors
surgery
(medical
bag,
babies,
cots,
baby
car
seats,
xray
charts)
-
school
(magnetic
letters,
puzzles,
flower
cart,
table
and
chairs)
-
theatre
/show/dressing
room
(dressing
up
clothes,
pretend
makeup/hair
accessories
and
icecream
stand
by
the
stage
with
instruments)
Outside
of
each
room
there
were
letterboxes
and
near
the
exit
one
red
postbox
(which
the
4.5yr
loved
posting
and
wearing
the
postbag).
There
was
a
sit
on
wooden
(fixed)
train
in
the
centre
of
the
play
area
with
a
painted
track
surrounding
it
for
ride
on
bikes
and
cars
(all
push
along).
Toilets
easily
accessible
as
is
the
cafe
(which
you
walk
past
when
you
enter
and
leave
shoes
in)
.
Parking
was
difficult,
on
street
parking
was
either
20
mins
free
no
return
or
pay
for
on
the
other
side
of
the
road,
but
all
those
spaces
were
gone.
We
ended
up
paying
for
all
day
parking
at
the
train
stations
long
stay
car
park
for
£5.
It
felt
expensive
but
was
nice
as
a
holiday
treat
whilst
in
the
area.
Not
something
we
would
do
regularly
for
the
price.
