Great Dental practice.. Thanks to Dawn who registered me as a patient and booked appointment with my new dentist Dr Katherine the next day who was very caring and did a thorough examination. This led to me receiving a new crown all carried out under comfortable treatment. The other reception staff and dental assistants were all pleasant and helpful too. Many Thanks to all. Thank you as always for looking after our family so well. Dr Hanif and Dr Morgan are just the best so highly skilled and always gentle. The girls on the desk treat us like family when we turn up for our routine appointments. It is possible to say it is a pleasure to come to this dentist. I would and have recommended you as the best dentist in Surrey.

Having been to many dental practises before, I can honestly rate Sync Dental exellent. For their incredible service, from speaking to the receptionist to my wonderful experience at my appointment with the dentist and his assistant. There are no words to express my gratitude for the service received at this practice!! Everyone from the receptionist (who very kindly addresses everyone by their name) to the dentist and hygienist are extremely carrying,professional and kind!! I extremely pleased to listen to relaxation music whilst having my teeth cleaned !! It was more than a five star service!! Well done everyone!! Highly recommended this clinic!!

I cannot thank Simran & all of the staff who’ve helped treat me for my dental needs (past and current) and helping me overcome my traumatic fear of the dentist. The professionalism, kindness and warning welcome has helped me overcome one of my greatest fears, and I’m indebted to each and every one for their own individual exceptional interpersonal skills, communication and expertise on their own merits. The receptionist (I don’t know by name) i also held in high regard for the manner in which she’s always positive, energetic, and exceptional customer service engagement, I even had to personally give her the feedback she deserved this afternoon for this gift naturally possessed and amongst all other staff there are a huge credit to your company/surgery and team (this is also extended to other reception staff too) - you’re all simply amazing and cannot thank you all enough. Finally, this surgery is immaculate and a beautiful and calming environment and I highly recommend everyone to please consider visiting and using this surgery to see why I’ve written this review. Brilliant place, can’t recommend enough, though saying that I don’t want to big them up too much, or I could lose my place from everyone wanting to sign up with them aha. No long waiting times, making you more anxious, if you know what I mean. Staff are great. Dentist great. Highly recommended Samar Morgan, she’s absolutely amazing! The nicest person you’ll ever meet and understanding! Will be devastated if she ever leaves. Jay of course is brilliant, as I say can’t recommend these guys enough!

I’ve been using this practice for a little while along with my son. The ladies are the front desk are absolutely wonderful as are all the lovely dentists etc at the practice. We’ve never had a bad experience. I’d also like to add that I needed an emergency apt today and I got one which was amazing, I didn’t see my usual dentist but that was not an issue at all, in fact who I saw was lovely and made me feel very at ease. He took my wisdom tooth out there and then. 10/10 from me and would recommend this practice. Even more so after today!

Whilst all staff are very friendly . Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. On each occasion I had 3-4 injections but this didn’t numb my tooth just my eye and nose and face so had a lot of pain. Dentist cut my tongue and also despite paying £800 for private top range crown it was ill fitting and needed to be refitted at more pain! When I raised these issues with practice manager she said it was human error that could have happened to anyone. No apology. Dentist was lovely and very apologetic but unfortunately came across in my experience as incompetent.
