I recently had a check up followed by a tooth extraction both carried out by Quincey. I was very anxious with the tooth extraction and Quincey made me feel very much at ease. He is a brilliant dentist. I’ve been with Maycroft for over 15 years. I’ve asked on a few occasions if I could be considered for NHS treatment and last time I was advised”only for new patients”. So loyalty means nothing to Damira. I paid over £200 for both treatments and as I’m on a pension this is more than I can afford. I look forward to why you don’t consider pensioners as they need the most treatment.

Hygienist Jackie is lovely - kind, calm and thorough. Only 4 stars because the waiting room still (after some years) looks like a work in progress. No pictures, no plants, no soul. Mr Brown & Co always made it feel welcoming - activities for children, magazines and a nice atmosphere. It's now cold, sterile and looks like a cheaply furnished office space. As a side note the receptionist's first words on exiting the appointment were "that's £69" (the other receptionist was chewing).The ladies in the past would always offer a friendly comment to detract from the painful process of going to the dentist. Much missed. Quincy and Jackie are stars. The rest is lacking. Such a shame.

I had seen a dentist who said I needed a root canal and crown costing nearly £900, I requested the tooth be taken out as I didn’t have that kind of money, I was referred to another dentist to remove the tooth and today I saw Kamala Ebrahimova, what a difference, she said she could fill it and did it straight away. What a breath of fresh air to see a dentist who wants to do what is right for the patient. Fantastic service, I will only see this dentist going forward. Highly recommend!! Thank you.

His expertise, and no-pressure advice led me to decide to have a crown implant - and the communication, treatment and support throughout were exemplary.

I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice. Virinda, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this place for exceptional care and friendly staff!

All staff are super helpful! Reception staff are welcoming and inviting and are very supportive. Dental staff made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process during the check up. Would recommend to all!

Really great work by Virinder Flora! My gums have improved greatly after 2 appointments and her advice. She has really put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Really warm and chatty which distracts you from what is happening!

After not being able to find a local NHS dentist in years, I finally managed to join this practice. The staff are friendly and caring, and they saw me right on my appointment time. They got me a treatment plan in place and I honestly can't fault them! Great dentist.
