Nice pub with a well spacious beer garden, well equipped with a few sheltered tables with heating. Family friendly with playing area for kids. Service was a bit slow and inconsistent on a very busy day, but staff were friendly and apologetic. Food was very tasty! Loved the halloumi fries. Would definitely come back.

The Best Sunday Roast in all of Surrey! The meats are tender, juicy, tasty, and cooked to perfection, the roast potatoes are crispy and delicious, and Juan and Elliott at the Carvery are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the various cuts of meat and how they are cooked. The wait staff are polite, friendly, and efficient. The decor and ambiance is lovely. And, to top it all off, it's busy and bustling every day / night of the week! Make sure you book to avoid disappointment!

Yes the typical English Sunday restaurant. Great atmosphere and really good service. The salt and pepper squid as a starter, I can recommend. Ribs were great, and the chefs special was also really tasty. Just over £30 per adult with a drink and a sweet. Really worth it.

Nice pup with a large beer garden and family friendly. I had the Sunday carvery which was good quality. The parking is a bit limited and will fill up fast on nice weekends. Need to book a table if you want to dine indoors as it is a popular place.

Overall a great place to be on a hot summer's day. I wouldn't order the steak again (not seasoned well and grisley pieces). The starters were very tasty though. I had the squid and the cheesy melted balls. Unfortunately, I ate my starters before remembering to take a picture... I'll be back but order something else next time!

Not a bad pub, large with big garden. Good selection of dishes, however the food is good, but not top class. We had burgers and nachos, the burgers where OK, and the nachos were a little soggy. This pub is part of the Barons pub chain, it nice but just needs more quality on the food side.

I must say the pub has changed a lot since the last time we were there. We were served by a lovely Irish guy, Fin, and the food was great too. The last time we were there, both service and quality of food was average I would say. But this time, the food was tasty and presentable. They definitely have changed the staff :) We ordered Spicy Bean Enchiladas and Tempeh Katsu Curry. Cheesy Chips, Chocolate Cookie Sundae and a Bottle of White Wine and everything was just made to perfection :)

Very good pub, nicely done inside and load of outside seating for a nice day! Food was delicious! We were a group of 9 so a slightly larger group however did find service quite slow, it was a busy Saturday so perhaps that’s why. Still recommend it as a great place to go for a good burger!

£20 for a Sunday roast. It is more expensive than a standard Sunday roast however the quality is better also. This is one of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had. Decent options of meats: beef brisket, beef, chicken, turkey, etc. Unlimited non-meat options which basically turns it into an all-you-can-eat experience. I recommend it.

We went here for our Christmas works meal and I have to say what a great little find, really fast and attentive service, great food and a warm comfortable atmosphere, we spent about £35- £40 per person for three courses with drinks and well worth it

We had a lovely family lunch at the cricketers, who were very accommodating for our big group. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food!

Had a wonderful pub lunch after ages and Harry the member of staff was awesome, ever so patient as I was spoilt for choice on what to eat. He was brilliant. Wonderful atmosphere and great selection of drinks. An experience I'll remember forever

The pub is tucked away behind a private road with ample parking behind and in front of green, the amenities are clean and comfortable with diners high chairs and tables as well and the traditional seating and tables. It offers seating outside in the garden area as the front of house some with cover, although the front seating can experience gush of wind as it’s mainly in shade most of day, great place for family and the Sunday carvery is an absolute gem the roasties are best I’ve eaten the selection of vegetables are very good especially the parsnips and roasted veg, the plates are good size please feel free to pile on what you want even Yorkshire puds. The meat selection looks amazing but tastes rather bland and the only reason why I don’t offer 5 stars is the price and the waiting around as it is best to book ahead for the carvery as demand high, why prices keep going up but value and quality remains same, friendly staff and it is an enjoyable experience.

I have recently found this place near to my house and it is probably the best pub in the area. Every time we came here staff is very polite, very friendly, happy, attentive. I could not say enough. Food is lovely and fresh. I love the Chicken and Leek Pie. Also they doan amazing Expresso Martini ( probably the best in the area too 😀). There's always nice music and very pleasant atmosphere. Amazing beer garden with soft play area for the kids. I highly recommend this place.

Good cross section of food. If its sunny reconmend sitting in a cabin in the garden. Can be very noisy inside. Good selection of beers and wine. Cost moderate + and available parking along side of venue.

Glenn the Manager was super helpful with our booking on the hottest day of the year grabbing us an outside table with umbrellas and disabled access for my wheelchair. The drinks, food, and disabled loo were all fantastic and the garden is a wonderful setting to spend the afternoon in. Our group pretty much ordered the whole menu from burgers, fish and chips to salads, all highly recommended! They also kept up iced water jugs all afternoon which was very sweet of the staff. Very dog friendly too to Bramble our local friends lab.

Food was good but hard to find a space in the car park at 6 pm ! Then we were ignored for about 10 minutes while we waited to tell them we had arrived and we almost just walked out. However the waiters we had were very pleasant

Had a lovely evening at the Cricketers. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Great food. Would recommend eating here.

This is my favourite place to visit, normally having everything that you need in a good pub. However, yesterday our outside pod had no heating. The waitress wasn't interested in sorting out the situation and just told us that the one next door wasn't working either. Its too cold to sit without heating. Unfortunately service was poor, very few staff outside, it was obviously busy inside and our food took almost an hour to arrive. It definitely wasn't the great experience we normally have there.

Their outside space is the perfect place to be in the sun. It's clean and well cared for. The staff were all friendly and helpful although all seemed very young. The food was great and priced reasonably. I will be back.

The venue is awesome. Large, family friendly and plenty of space inside and out. The waitress was soooo nice and even brought olives and tasty bread whilst we were waiting :) We had the Christmas menu... calamari was excellent and i enjoyed my ribs but the ham hock terrine was a bit dry and kinda tasteless. Chocolate pots for dinner were nice but extremely rich, half the size would be more than enough. The Christmas Dinner itself was average with enough boiled veg for the whole table (who were eating the Christmas dinner) We enjoyed the experience though, the ambience was lovely and they had left out activities for our little one, which is always appreciated :)

Nice enough pub, though unfortunately is falling into the gastro types which, I suppose, good old pubs are being forced into (though they wouldn't need to if they used their imagination!). Staff were reasonably pleasant and grub was okay if you can avoid the usual fried stuff. They dont allow dogs inside the pub, which is a shame but the garden is quite nice and they have little comfortable pods to sit in (with heaters). My kids quite like going there and they have a spacious car park.

Service seemed a little slow but that was probably because it was very busy. Was not happy with the serve yourself carvery vegetable area being so close to the assisted toilet door. From where I sat I could see the toilet bowl when the door was open. Apart from that, a reasonably good experience.

We had a group booking for 9 people and kids. Booking process super easy over the phone and they were happy to amend details right up to the day. Food was good quality and they offered a good range of dishes, traditional and less so. The service was prompt, polite and accurate throughout. My family and I had a great time.

Had a lovely meal with a friend. It was very busy so our meals took a little longer than usual. The staff were great at keeping us informed of when our meals would be ready. Food was great and the staff very attentive and helpful. Thanks Cricketers for a good night out.

Been here a few times and love it! Even brought family here and now anytime they visit and want to eat out they insist on coming here 😂 They especially love this place as it has good vegetarian options on the menu. Staff have always been really friendly, the food and atmosphere is lovely. Honestly everything is 10/10 for me. Couldn't recommend this place enough!
