Terrible service !!!! I used to like this pub. But service and quality of the pub has gone down over last few years. Today I have decided not to go this pub again. They took almost 1.5 hrs to serve our food. If kitchen was running slow, they could have said that there was waiting time. Also service was very poor. Asked for water, they have completely forgot to serve. Even after asking second time, they still did not serve. They ignored. My kids wanted dessert at the end. Reluctantly I asked for menu. The waitress said, she would get. But instead of getting the menu, she started cleaning the next table. There was no one waiting for the table. Looks like they don’t want serve. Had to get up and paid the bill at the bar counter and walked away.

Omg, where do I start. Booked a breakfast with santa for 10am for 9. First we are told, "there had only be 9 as we don't have any more room !" First yes there are 9 of us so no need to be rude . Then it's 1130 and still no food, then after asking what's happening surprise surprise the food arrives 🙄 COLD, half of it missing burnt toast on one side not done at all on the other. Just unbeatable. Now I know this is all cheap and cheerful but come on, this is ridiculous. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!

Service was very slow. Starter was very nice and hot but the main meal was only warm. Didn't stop for dessert because we couldn't bear how long it would take to get it after the extremely long wait for other courses. The staff were friendly and nice.

Been visiting the Frogs for many years, it's always changing... But at the moment, (2023) the food is fine and reasonably priced, and I quite like the ambience. Beer is good too. I liked the pub more in the 80's... But that's another story.

Always loved a quick pint at the Frogs, and so happy to be able to sneak back down here once more! The staff are always polite and friendly and the service is always spot on! (I would complain that they don't have my Doom Bar on tap any more, but a pint of Old Rosie also suffices!)

We arrived at the carpark which wasn't full do we pulled in and though they wouldn't be busy. Wow, we were greeted by bar staff telling us there was a 45 min wait for food. So we said fine as there was steak on the menu. The place was a bit crowded but we were able to get a table so that was good. I also found some colouring activities for the children. The waitress served us by taking our drinks and meal order. My son ordered a steak and my daughter ordered from the children's menu, sausages. We ordered cod drinks for the children and coffee and soda water for me. The food came and it looked soo delicious. My children enjoyed the meal and pudding. Even though they were so busy they didn't fail on presentation or taste. No wonder they're busy... Good food, great tasting food actually. Well done. Thank you for a great experience.

Such an amazing place to have drinks and a meal. They do amazing cocktails and the food is super. Plenty of veg and vegan options along with a seperate kids menu.

Booked breakfast with Santa for 10.30. There were some positives... really good coffee, polite staff (who I felt a bit sorry for) and Santa was very friendly and gave a present to our little boy. However, unfortunately we won't be returning. I called yesterday evening to ask if we could add on an extra adult to only be laughed at and be told they're full to the brim. When we arrived there were multiple extra tables and we had two extra places with chairs on our table! We then had to queue for a while to order food and drinks to then be told they'd ran out of cups so had to wait for our hot drinks. We then waited well over an hour for our food. When we reminded the waitress, it then immediately arrived cold with hard eggs and cheap bacon and sausages. I asked for fresh eggs which, to be fair to them they brought out straight away, but why not serve us fresh eggs in the first place? All a bit weird. They'd also ran out of butter so had dry toast. A bit of a disaster. Sadly we won't be returning. Waste of £50 😔

Shoutout to Aaron the manager who goes above and beyond and is an asset the Greene King. This is a very friendly pub, with a convenient car park and plentiful menu. Their portions are great, you won’t be hungry after! Very dog friendly too with a special doggy treats area. Nice selection of alcohol free drinks too. A proper pub.

I absolutely love the three frogs! It's such a relaxed space. The staff are always so friendly. The food is fantastic! Can't fault them. The toilets are always clean. There is outside seating and the car park is really big.

Loved the new management. Dog was very happy with her special dog menu! What a great idea. She had roast chicken and gravy! The human food was tasty too. Only criticism was the food took 45 mins to be served, after we chased it up. We weren't in a rush, so no big drama, but I think we had been forgotten as we arrived after the usual lunchtime rush. Lovely and clean and nice atmosphere. We will be back. The dog agrees

Sunday afternoon, very quiet, food ( burgers) not good, looked like frozen patties reheated thin dry and compressed , chips very greasy ( oil not hot enough or reheated) onion rings good, buns good. Service good but only 1/6 dozen customers. Not likely to return base on food standard.

First visit to The 3 Frogs for a family meal to celebrate a birthday. Great place to eat. Food was amazing, great value for money, Deserts made by Caitlin are delicious and very well presented. Jane is fab behind the bar. Definitely recommend this pub. Will definitely return . 5 * Thank you.

Had a lovely meal on Sunday. The turkey was delicious and the meal on a whole was well presented and on time. The waiting and bar staff were friendly and attentive and our dog was welcome and there was even treats for him too. We will definitely be going back soon.

Lovely atmosphere, Great for a quiet drink or equally a family gathering, ABig night out. Quiz nights, Psychic Nights and live Music are just some of the things on offer in this friendly Pub.

Very disappointing. We ordered brunch breakfasts and Hunters Chicken with baked potato. Poor server seemed to be new and on her own. We got brunch which has chips and Hunters chicken, a strange different sauce and chips.they changed chips to baked potato reluctantly.....then after we had paid the bill they wanted another £2 for the bread and butter. Too much hassle to complain at the time, so we'll go elsewhere next time

Went for Christmas meal. Excellent service and the turkey was divine honestly how juicy and with some really good roast potatoes! Good wine menu and the rum cheesecake sent me home happy. More than just pub food.

Hubby and I often eat at The Three Frogs. Went there again on Sunday and we must say that something has changed there. Seems to be a much more positive vibe there. Food was amazing as always and arrived within 30 minutes - so definitely no complaints there. Only complaint was that we had to go and find our own cutlery and condiments. Easily rectified. Keep up the good work Linsey and team

Fantastic pub ! We turned up late not knowing that food stopped at a certain time . I've just moved to the area . We were hungry and tired from unpacking. The manageress over heard our conversation and opened the kitchen for us . Not many places would do that . Food was very good and good value for money. We got to watch some of the queens funeral on big TVs

Last night of our holiday we decided to go out to eat. We booked The Three Frogs! Not only is that a fabulous name, fabulous food too! I had the lamb shank cooked to perfection, delicious mash and fresh long stemmed broccoli, with the most amazingly tasty gravy. My husbands mixed grill went down well, my daughters chicken burger got the thumbs up and my son had the chicken breast off the children’s menu, with his specially requested gravy served in a perfectly sized jug for one! He’s 8 years old and said “ this is the best gravy ever.” All the meals were a good size and beautifully presented. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our waitress couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable, she was lovely with our children too. The manger was jolly and polite with an excellent rapport with his staff. A lovely place to go, just a shame we’re going home tomorrow, otherwise we’d be back for more!

My friend and I recently visited the Three Frogs Pub in Wokingham, and had a great experience. The fish & chips I ordered was delicious. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the chips were cooked perfectly. My friend had the beef bourguignon, and they were equally pleased with their choice. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the rich sauce was a perfect complement. We also wanted to highlight Tina, the friendly and welcoming manager at the Three Frogs. She made us feel right at home and provided excellent service throughout our meal. I highly recommend the Three Frogs Pub. It's a great place for delicious food, and the warm hospitality from Tina made the experience even better. We will definitely be back!

We have been using the Three Frogs on and of for a number of years and was always satisfied with the food. We went last week January 2024 and was totally blown away by the food it was the best fish and chips we've ever had. We met the landlord who informed us he was new manager and he could've have been more helpful. Will definitely be going back very soon.
