30th April 2022 Wow British Legion just keeps giving. Celebrated my 70th birthday on Saturday at this hall. Had a brilliant time. Nothing too much trouble. Large hall which we decorated in the afternoon. All soft furnishings have been recovered and new tables. Music was provided by the famous ‘Johnny Wheeler’ and everyone loved him singing all their favourite 60/70’s songs. We were lucky to be able to book him. We are also lucky to live near this very convenient, all purpose hall with plenty of parking. An oasis. Sunday lunch We have just returned from Winnersh British Legion having had a stupendous Sunday Roast with Yorkshires and plenty of seasonal Vegetables. Choice of three meats and choice of three great puddings. All cooked perfectly by Becky and at a very reasonable price. Can't recommend our meal highly enough. We will definitely be visiting the Legion on a regular basis probably monthly. Looking around we noticed the Legion Club has had all new carpet and is in the process of having all their seats recovered. Looking lovely if you are thinking of hiring for a special occasion.

RBL Winnersh - Wonderful Sunday lunch, Roast Lamb . Very tasty and plenty of it. Excellent. Beer very good too.

Sunday lunch by Bex is amazing! Been there many times and it's always good quality and plenty of it. 7 veg and extra gravy, plus all her desserts are hand made and to die for!!!!

Very Friendly family orientated Club (open to non members) very good value for money with its club priced bar, regular high quality entertainment every Saturday night the bar staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty to do as there is Live TV sports, Pool tables in both front and rear bars, Food served (on selected nights) 4 Dart Boards Short Mat Bowls, Cribbage, and plenty of raffles to win prizes and Bingo on a Sunday Evening. The main Hall is available to Hire for private functions. This Club is well worth a visit and so good I Joined!

Very good Northern Soul night. Thiroughly enjoyed by the Newbury people.

Good place to have queit drink and not expensive great to book party's for and any other event you might need a hall for, open mic nights and things. Overall good place

We have a piste for playing boule at the rear of the main building. Our club is based there.

Great performance by the Small Fakers. Good venue for this music. The Wokingham Music Club is one to watch.

We had our wedding reception here and can't thank them enough. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help. We will be back just for drinks and Sunday roast (also amazing). The whole place was lovely and clean. Loads of parking.

Ask any person that has served, not withstanding when you eventually get served at the bar, if your lucky. Its changed. Not the same as a some time ago, such a shame. Slack jawed spinning out money. I'm sorry but I had fond memories of this place. Seems like money Churn/Disco/Wedding. Basic question If your a member how many of you are in the forces. Otherwise its just a pis-sup barn.

Amazing Sunday roast. Just like home made, and excellent bread and butter pudding for dessert.

Private member's club, two nice bars. Good beer. Played petanque there. 3 pistes.
