The drinks are nice, the ice cream is nice, BUT the staff does not care. I was waiting for my drink a little long and I was in a rush, so we asked if it could be served quicker. The staff member which knows that I don't speak German came, pointed a finger at my friend and said something in German, which I later learned was "She is not nice, she won't go here again, okay?". So yeah, if you don't want to be rudely talked to, pointed a finger at essentially saying "don't come here again" don't go there.

Great ice cream, very cozy! Super child-friendly with a play area. Great location, an asset to the front west! In summer a good opportunity to enjoy an ice cream or a coffee in the sun!

Super schönes Café mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Alles ganz neu, stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten zum Frühstück Stullen bestellt und waren begeistert. Geschmacklich und auch optisch toll! Den Power Chai Latte hatten wir hier zum ersten Mal probiert- auch sehr lecker. Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Preise sind absolut übertrieben und das Eis ist nichts besonderes. Die Waffeln sind noch ok aber das Spaghetti-Eis einfach ein Witz. Das Eis kam schon halb geschmolzen an. Viele Eissorten die aufgeführt waren gab es nicht. Einzig und allein die Location ist schön und die Toilette sauber.

Endlich mal ein Café,in dem man mit Kind verweilen und noch gut essen kann. Die Waffeln sind ein Traum und für nicht ganz so Süße gibt es auch Alternativen. Wir kommen sehr gerne her! Ich empfehle den Tisch in der Kinderecke zu reservieren,sonst hat man am Nachmittag keine Chance:-)

A beautiful spot where you can have an incredibly delicious breakfast. The sandwiches were both very well topped and tasted really good. The breakfast for two was also very special. It tasted delicious and was really plentiful. Plus freshly squeezed orange juice… a dream!

In the Vorderen Westen, the EisQuartier is definitely a gastronomic enrichment. There is a very child-friendly atmosphere and a facility with play areas. A very nicely designed cafe. The service was quick and professional. The coffee tasted excellent. The poppy seed cake was also very good. Thank you 👍. We'd love to come back.

Wir hatten die Waffeln mit Eis und dazu jeweils 1 Latte Macciato. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Vom Preis her ist es auch gut und passend. Leider war an dem Tag die Bedienung nicht ganz freundlich deswegen 1 Stern Abzug. Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber man sollte den Kunden trotzdem freundlich gegenüber sein.

I loved their customer service, they are very friendly and welcoming people. We ordered some ice creams and coffee. They have very nice indoor sitting area. We were with children and enjoyed our short stay there. I have never seen an item which is attached as a photo to this review. It was super delicious. Highly recommend.

Nice and cozy ice cream cafeteria which offers also something salty for mornings and afternoons. Friendly and attentive staff and also fast WiFi. Sundays are a busy so you might want to reserve a table if you have breakfast plans. For summer time there are also tables outside with sunshade.

Nice place with the leckeres Eis. 😊People can also sit outside. They have a little corner where little babies/toddler can play while parents can enjoy their meals or drinks. However,if the table near the Spielecke is occupied, it is not possible for the other parents to go in and out from the Spielecke to help their child with something without asking those who sit their to stand up and move a little bit. That is why i gave it 4 Stars. But overall it was a nice experience.😊

Alles super lecker. Auch der Espresso, zu dem es auch das obligatorische Glas Wasser gab... ohne darum bitten zu müssen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Draußen kann man gut sitzen.

Ein schönes und gemütliches Café. Die Bubble-Waffel mit heißen Kirschen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Eissorten. Für die kleinen Gäste gibt es eine Spielecke! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Friendly staff Delicious coffee and chillig Atmosphare

Super nice (ice cream) café. When the weather is nice you can sit outside wonderfully, but it's also really nice inside. If it's busy in summer, you should take some time with you, but that's logical. Super lovely employees. I only have one wish and that is that the lime-mint ice cream will be included in the regular menu in summer and not only be available for one month. Truly it was the tastiest ice cream I have ever eaten!

Seit einem längeren Zeitraum komme ich ca. alle zwei Wochen immer wieder zum Eisquartier. Hier passt alles. Ambiente, Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist wirklich toll, die Küche hat ein extra Stern verdient weil es einfach fantastisch schmeckt. Egal ob Eis, Kuchen, Waffeln oder Brote- es lohnt sich. Der Kaffee ist sehr lecker, zum Espresso bekommt man das Glas Wasser und das anrichten der Speisen ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die erneute Nachfrage nach etwas zu essen oder zu trinken ist oftmals on Point und man kann nebenbei noch ein kurzes oberflächliches und sehr freundliches Gespräch führen. Alles in allem verdient das Eisquartier 5 Sterne und ich bin glücklich diesen Laden für mich entdeckt zu haben.
