i came here a couple of months ago to get my industrial done and it hasn’t healed. i’ve had to take it out because it was pierced at the wrong angle and there was no chance of it healing. the piercer also said it was their first time doing an industrial and quite a while. i’m so upset because it was my favourite piercing. i went to another professional and they even said it was at the wrong angle and it wouldn’t be able to heal on its own.

I took my daughter to Skin Kandy in Wollongong to have my 2.5 year old daughter’s ears pierced. I was hesitant to get them done at that age, but she was adamant and there’s no arguing with toddlers! It was an extremely busy shopping day in the mall, but Mahalia and Jas were excellent. They made my daughter feel like she was in control of the process and she knew exactly what was happening at all times. Their piercing skills were so good that my daughter didn’t even flinch or cry. She would happily do it all over again! I can’t thank you both enough ❤️

I got my septum pierced by the lovely Mahalia. I was a bit nervous but they communicated through the piercing process, provided information and chatted to me about my day which put me at ease. I've done/changed numerous piercings there and most of the staff is very lovely. However, I attended the venue yesterday 10/12/2023 at 12.30pm and I was assisted by a girl who has just came back from lunch break as she said. She was quite rude and passive aggressive for no reasons. I had booked a session for a piercing on that day but I decided to cancel it after that experience.

We booked a double ear piercing appointment at SkinKandy Wollongong after reading all of the excellent reviews. I was very nervous to take my 11 year old to get her ears pierced as she has always been afraid of needles. I did not need to worry as Mahalia and Mads and all the staff at SkinKandy were absolutely awesome and professional. Not only were they patient, kind and calm, but they did an excellent, swift ear piercing job and my daughter was thrilled that it was all done so quickly. I would highly recommend SkinKandy Wollongong and will be taking my other kids there to get their ears pierced in the near future.

My daughter had her ears pierced at a pharmacy and they were uneven. SkinKandy Wollongong did an amazing job re-piercing her ears so they are now even. The staff are informative, patient and kind. The piecing didn't even hurt. I wish we went here first. Anyone looking to get their kids ear pierced for the first time, I would definitely recommend SkinKandy Wollongong.

Mads did my first Daith piercing. Completely painless. I can't remember the name of the lovely apprentice I had for my second Daith that was working under Mads direction, but she was awesome too. Another painless one. Great work!

My 4 year old had her ears pierced by Mads, and she was lovely and did a great job. I really appreciated the time taken to build rapport with her so she wasn’t nervous, and no tears! Highly recommend for young children.

Aeron was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the piercing and aftercare and was happy to answer any of my questions. She made me feel comfortable in the room and had good queues to help during the piercing. She was professional throughout it all. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely be coming back!

Amazing service every time I have been and they are so helpful kind and understanding. I lost the front on my helix peircing and had to buy a new one and they helped clean out my peircing hole and put in the new one free of charge. I only had to pay for the actual peircing. Wonderful workers who are understanding and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Mads, one of the piercers. They made me feel safe and comfortable getting my double helix done. When I fainted (whoops), they ensured I was looked after and didn’t rush me at all to get up and go - made sure I was recovered and checked in several times while finishing up the process. You’re a gem Mads!

Came here for a cartridge piercing and was pierced by Kaiya (an apprentice piercer) and it was a great experience, nice and friendly staff and the piercing by Kaiya was great and very well done, would recommend :)

I had my first and second lobes pierced today by Aeron and what a great job she did!! About 8 or more years ago I had my firsts done at a pharmacy but ended up removing the piercings after complications and the experience had somewhat scared me off getting them redone. I normally go dizzy and clammy after needles so I expected ear piercings to have the same effect but they did not. Aeron made me feel incredibly comfortable straight away, answered all my questions while being both wonderfully friendly and professional. She did the piercings so quickly and easily I had no felt almost nothing. Maybe only a pinch at most. She was totally amazing! I went made the appointment for early in the morning right after opening, so I was the only customer there. If you are like me and nervous, maybe this would be a better time as the shop always seems to be busy later in the day. If, or maybe when, I get more piercings done, I will definitely ask to book in with Aeron. She completely removed all my fear and I’m so happy with the results.

I went and got pierced today by Kaiya and the experience was amazing. From customer service to the piercings kaiya and the other staff were helpful and friendly. I have had a lot of piercings and this was one of the best experiences, Would recommend :)

I got my belly pieced, and once it was done I looked in the mirror and the piecing was pieced above my belly button and I said is that right? And they said it was fine.. and month after never coming close to healing it just ripped out. Now I have a big scare🥲
