    Hi everyone, please care about what you eat , it was one of the worst food I ever had please don't waste your money here , the quality is so bad the chicken overcooked and as you can see you can't chew it so dry , I was hungry and force myself to eat a little

    worst experience ever. we waited half in the drive through (it wasn’t busy there were about 2 other cars) until someone finally served us, we ordered and waited yet another 20 minutes before we got our order which was just a single chocolate frappe. when we were handed the frappe it was an incomplete drink with no whipped cream or chocolate sauce, we asked for it to be added and waited yet another 20 minutes for the worker to come back with one squirt of watery whipped cream, no chocolate sauce. we then asked for the chocolate sauce and he took yet another 10 minutes to come back with a single drizzle of chocolate sauce. i tried the drink before we left and it was watery and disgusting so we asked for a refund and we’re giving the wrong amount first up, then we asked for the correct change and got it. as we were driving away we were verbally assaulted by the car behind us for “holding the line up” when it was clearly the fault of this maccas. Come to find out when i drove all the way home that they gave us the wrong change AGAIN with dirty damaged money that a bank wouldn’t accept and had to drive all the way back for them finally to get it right. Not a sorry throughout this whole thing, absolutely atrocious. do better, it’s okay for people to mess up but don’t be rude on top of it xx

    Quality of food was ok. A mistake was made with the coffee but that's not the end of the world. What was lacking is that it's one of the few restaurants that haven't gone back to table service after covid. Most will deliver to the table which makes a big difference when you just need to sit instead of milking around the counter but this restaurant has chosen to abandon this level of service. Very sterile atmosphere and poor parking layout.

    It's rare thing to actually enjoy a visit to a fast food restaurant. This place was clean considering the customer throughput, service was quick and cheerful, but best of all was actual music played at a reasonable volume, instead of crass muzak at an annoying level. A pleasant surprise.

    Worst MAC that i have ever been too. All hand hanitiser were empty, tissue paper dispenser was empty, tables were dirty, toilet was dirty and the hand dryer was not working.

    So I was left without my dinner, it ended up being BINNED! The girl who served me was lovely. My takeaway order was over $65 in burgers and a salad for myself with no dressing. The salad was appalling, the tomato was glassy and mushy texture, pre-cut and refrigerated a long time ago, half lettuce was soggy, and the grilled chicken.pieces had me gobsmacked, no knife was used...it was torn into pieces. Swearing on my kids life, I would never serve myself or anyone else such poorly presented and sub quality ingredients.

    First time in years I have actually "dined in" at a restaurant (purely for the kids, not me). You can see the focus has completely shifted to looking after drive thru customers. The restaurant was filthy, tables not wiped down, food & rubbish everywhere, the floor disgraceful. I know Maccas is "convenience" but it is not an economical takeaway option anymore and the quality, so very poor. Even seeing into the kitchen area, it was disgusting and dirty and very unkept. Where is a health inspector when you need one !!!!

    Don't bother going in to order, I lived across the road for two years and 9 times out of 10 they'd take 20 mins to hand me a frozen coke or they'd completely forget about my order. Drive through seems to be the only functional aspect of the store. The self-service screens are always filthy. The workers are often slow and confused, which must reflect poor management. I don't often complain but I just think Wollongong McDonald's really should up their game.

    10 mins waiting drive through for a preordered coffee at 5.45am is ridiculous, making me late for work. Ordered "served warm" took a sip and it was scolding hot. Fairy Meadow is never an issue. Coffee is always made to my request and quickly served. On previous visits to the wollongong store, the inside is quite dirty and service very slow, even for just icecream.

    Came in the early hours of this morning, me tipsy and my friend sober. Both ordered meals fine with no issues, finished our meals and my legally DISABLED friend wanted a cheeseburger, she asked the cashier and was REFUSED service due to being DRUNK and told she needs a bottle of water. WILL NOT BE BACK. Absolutely disgusted with the discrimination.

    Great place to visit during a busy day, I ordered my son the Big Mac meal and nuggets just the way he likes it. Bonus we could sit inside on a hot day. Well done McDonald's, another happy customer

    Just ordered a small size double shot mocha and requested three quarter full which is my usual. They made a full one so I requested just 3/4 as per order and they tipped it out 😂😂😂charged just short of $6 and kids making the coffee. Kind of funny but also not

    Place had obvs been smashed all nite. Managed to order before they had a system update at 4am. Cheers for accepting and cooking it guys know it was mayhem.     Good food but we were in the waiting bay for 20 minutes for two handburgers while the security guard dealt with a drug addict and his 4 girlfriends acting violently at the front door. Staff couldn't provide our food until he had been legally moved on. Also teens will try and steal your food when your number is called. Great staff and good atmosphere and the food at figtree maccas isn't as good but it doesn't attract the same troublemakers.

    No person to serve customers. Only kiosk based order. As usual, the printer attached to the does not work. Food was okay. The toilets were absolutely filthy. No one seems to care about cleaning amenities.

    Just ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with extra cheese no pickles . Got charged for the cheese and guess what no extra cheese and clearly your kitchen staff have no idea what goes on a cheese burger because it had no onion , no mustard and tastes like rubber. Oh and to add insult to injury the chips were stone cold. Now i know why i dont normally eat Mcdonalds.

    The lady handling my order was lovely. But communication between staff is terrible. I'd also like to add that if someone orders a large drink, they want a large. Not a medium in a large cup.

    We attended a wedding whilst we were waiting got kids a little something. Place very mess and bins over flowing with rubbish. Had too return a burger that was half up the box very greasy. I understand its fast food but wish these places would stop sending out food that isnt at standards.

    Been coming here for 2 years, night crew always mess up orders and forget things we've already paid for. Terrible service with food that gets more expensive and yet the quality gets even worse. Only a handful of crew and one or two managers are actually doing their job. Maybe you need managers that have more experience? Maybe you need to organize yourselves better. Better luck next time, I guess.

    Spend 20 something dollars on breakfast for my daughter and I, was rushed at the speaker so decided to order at the window, proceeded to be rushed and talked over and surprise surprise they got the order wrong. I then had to sit in the waiting bay after already waiting in a backed up drive thru. Finally got everything we wanted and again, surprise surprise, food was relatable to the droppings of a dog. Waste of money. Should be expected from wollongong.

    Ive been all around the world and eaten in fast food outlets all over. I don’t think I have eaten in a McDonald’s that was as dirty as this one. This is a great example of running a lean business model. Put more staff on and keep your restaurant clean! Poor show Wollongong Maccas.

    Pretty sure the dumbest people in wollongong work here... Not only did they fail to take the order correctly but then the items they did put in the order were not correct according to the receipt. So you completely failed at 2 different points of service... I don't know how incompetent your team has to be... Won't be back

    Angus burgers are decent, but specifying extra mustard and double ketchup still gets you a fairly minimal amount of each. Ordering machines have NEVER printed me a docket, even though I've paid at that point. Also, the staff don't seem to be aware that the order number the machine gives you doesn't have an extra 1 in front of it. So machine says '50' and they call '150'. Beeping alarms behind the counter are near constant, even outside peak times... so probably have no real effect other than to annoy dine-in customers.

    I need to get this off my chest. The only reason I go to maccas these days is because it is open all night. Out of all the major takeaways Maccas is now the worst out of all of them. Where do I start, oh yes let's start with the portion size, hahaha big mac my arse, the big Mac for quite some time now looks like one of those toys at Coles or Woolworths when you buy 30 bucks worth of groceries. I mean, the shilrinkflation is shocking. And the cost for this toy is such a rip-off. The burger is usually slapped together, and no care is taken. I am sorry, Maccas, the only thing I will be buying from you is the coffee, which is not bad at 3 in the morning. If you can choose a different burger joint, do so, the place has become a complete rip-off. I actually think they are taking us for mugs

    Given feedback on the phone with poor customer service, ordered online pick up at restaurant. Staff throwing food on the bench when calling the number not smiling or any eye contact. Then ask for cup tray for 2 drinks given a 4 cups tray where half of the tray are soaking wet didn’t even help to tear apart. Then came home with missing top slice of the bun on a Big Mac as photos attached. Staff need to be trained on basic customer services..

    Took my order in drive through then advised they couldn't work the code. Ordered something else and pay only to be told there was a 7 minute wait. Every time I have been there they have either messed up my order or charged me for something they didn't give me. Terrible service, caused by lack of training and immature management.

    Just went through the drive through with an online order, usually at the payment window they say “ur all good to drive around” or at least a thumbs up. This young girl ignored me as I sat there for genuinely 2 minutes waiting for her to just confirm my payment. She didn’t look at me and continued to close the window knowing that I was waiting for a quick “all good”. Could have literally shewed me along so I knew the payment was all good. There was a que of cars behind me and all she had to do was wave me along. I’ve literally worked at a maccas myself and was in awe. So rude. But the staff who gave me the food were so nice and professional 😛

    Being stuck for a quick bite. I tried to make a cheeseburger a bit healthier by paying an extra $1.70 for salad - supposed to be lettuce, tomato, beetroot. The slice of tomato and few shreds of lettuce were tasteless, and they forgot the beetroot altogether!! Pattie was luke-warm, and the bun of course was unnecessarily sweet. Did my gut a favour, and threw it out!

    Eating in. Food was delivered quickly, but with missing items. Decent quality but a bit sloppily put together. The worst part was the bathrooms, which were incredibly disgusting. Door to women's bathroom wide open, and the men's had the walls painted in not so fresh human awfulness. Even the urinal was filled with toliet paper and unusable. Very disappointing.

    Ordered ice cream and got half filled containers. The staff didn't acknowledge it at all and kitchen staff were standing around chatting and eating. The manager was polite when taking orders but that's about it. Really disappointed.

    Good parking and easy access for prams and wheelchairs. Service is shocking hardly any staff . No one to help with self serve kiosk.we thought it was very quiet in the running area ( no music at all) but when we used the rest room that turned into a nightmare with music playing so loud it felt like you were at a concert. There were toilet paper everywhere and the small basin to was your hands had the tap on the right side of the basin making it nearly impossible to use. Food was really good, fresh and hot.

    In a word, disgusting. Dirty sticky tables, empty serviette dispensers, empty sanitizer dispensers, really dirty windows. Asked a staff member to clean our table and she reluctantly agreed, like was really surprised I asked her anything at all. Then when we went to order from the screens it said something like “Sorry but we’re only doing take away service currently”. So I guess it’s more a corporate decision (ie greed) - reduce staff, make more money. Different kind of disgusting then!

    Its mcdonald's and the name speaks for itself but the ambiance of this place is good and being situated in bunelli street makes it easy to reach. The customer service is very good.
